Procédé pour réaliser des enveloppes d'expédition rembourrées, dans lequel on transporte en direction de transport une bande de papier normal supérieure et une bande de papier normal inférieure (11, 12) en enserrant au moins deux bandes de papier de rembourrage (18, 19) en papier gaufré avec effet de rembourrage, et on rassemble ainsi lesdites bandes, dans lequel l'une des deux bandes de papier normal est plus large que l'autre bande de papier normal pour former un rabat de l'enveloppe transversalement à la direction de transport, la bande de papier de rembourrage voisine de la bande de papier normal plus large est plus large en direction de la bordure du rabat que l'autre bande de papier de rembourrage et que la bande de papier normale plus étroite, et on applique sur l'une au moins des bandes de papier de rembourrage (18, 19) et sur l'une au moins des bandes de papier normal (11, 12) une colle à chaud réactivable le long de régions prédéterminées (62 à 65, 66, 68, 72 à 75), avant que les bandes de papier normal et les bandes de papier de rembourrage se rejoignent, et dans lequel la bande de papier normal supérieure et la bande de papier normal inférieure sont fermement collées avec les bandes de papier de rembourrage et les bandes de papier de rembourrage sont fermement collées ensemble dans les régions prédéterminées par réactivation de la colle à chaud, et sont coupées dans le format prédéterminé le long des régions collées qui ne sont pas voisines du rabat.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que, après application de la colle à chaud, celle-ci est séchée.
  4. Procédé selon l'une ou l'autre des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que les bandes de papier de rembourrage (18, 19) sont produites respectivement après déroulement d'une bande de papier et admission de celle-ci dans un dispositif de gaufrage (21), avant que les bandes de papier de rembourrage soient amenées entre les bandes de papier normal supérieure et inférieure (11, 12).
  5. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'une des bandes (11, 12, 18, 19) est pourvue d'une marque d'impression, qui commande au moins l'application de la colle à chaud sur les bandes.
  6. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les régions prédéterminées (62 à 65, 66, 68, 72 à 75) s'étendent en direction longitudinale ainsi qu'en direction transversale des bandes (11, 12, 18, 19).
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les régions qui s'étendent en direction transversale au moins (72 à 75) avec la colle à chaud appliquée sont réactivées en deux opérations qui se suivent dans le temps.
  8. Procédé selon l'une ou l'autre des revendications 6 et 7, caractérisé en ce que la bande de papier normal supérieure et la bande de papier normal inférieure (11, 12) sont respectivement pourvues d'une application en bordure de colle à chaud qui s'étend en direction longitudinale et d'une application de colle à chaud qui s'étend en direction transversale.
  9. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 8, caractérisé en ce que lors de la fabrication de plusieurs modèles d'enveloppes d'expédition, les régions prédéterminées présentent une région qui s'étend au centre en direction longitudinale (63, 64, 66, 68) et des régions de bordure (62, 65).
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que dans la région qui s'étend au centre (63, 64, 66, 68) il est prévu une fente exempte de colle à chaud (78).
  11. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 10, caractérisé en ce que dans les régions qui s'étendent en direction transversale (72 à 75) il est prévu une fente exempte de colle à chaud.
  12. Appareil pour réalisation d'enveloppes d'expédition rembourrées, comprenant :
    une station (1) pour des bandes de papier normal, qui comporte une bobine de déroulement (2) pour une bande de papier normal supérieure (11) et une bobine de déroulement pour une bande de papier normal inférieure (12), l'une des deux bandes de papier normal étant plus large que l'autre bande de papier normal pour former un rabat de l'enveloppe d'expédition,
    une station (14) pour des bandes de papier de rembourrage en papier gaufré avec effet de rembourrage, qui comprend une bobine de déroulement (15) pour une bande de papier de rembourrage supérieur (18) et une bobine de déroulement pour une bande de papier de rembourrage inférieur (19), dans lequel la bande de papier de rembourrage voisine de la bande de papier normal plus large est plus large en direction de la bordure du rabat que l'autre bande de papier de rembourrage et que la bande de papier normal plus étroite,
    au moins une station (35) pour appliquer de la colle à chaud sur la bande de papier normal supérieure et la bande de papier normal inférieure (11, 12) ainsi que sur l'une au moins des deux bandes de papier de rembourrage (18, 19),
    au moins une station (42, 45, 46) pour réactiver les applications de colle à chaud, dans laquelle les bandes de papier normal (11, 12) et les bandes de papier de rembourrage sont reliées ensemble dans les régions de liaison qui s'étendent le long des bordures de l'enveloppe d'expédition, et
    un dispositif de coupe (52, 53) pour couper les enveloppes d'expédition dans un format prédéterminé.
  13. Appareil selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que la station (14) pour les bandes de papier de rembourrage comporte un dispositif de gaufrage (21) pour gaufrer les bandes de papier de rembourrage (18, 19).
  14. Appareil selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que ladite au moins une station (35) pour appliquer la colle à chaud applique celle-ci en direction transversale et en direction longitudinale des bandes.
  15. Appareil selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que la station (35) pour appliquer la colle à chaud comporte des buses (37, 38, 39) qui appliquent la colle à chaud en direction transversale et qui sont commandées au moyen d'une commande temporelle (41).
  16. Appareil selon l'une ou l'autre des revendications 14 et 15, caractérisée par une station (43) pour refroidir la colle à chaud appliquée en direction longitudinale.
  17. Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 14 à 16, caractérisée par au moins une station (47, 48) pour refroidir la colle à chaud appliquée en direction transversale.
  18. Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 12 à 17, caractérisée par une station (25) pour stocker des découpes de bandes de papier normal (11, 12) et/ou de bandes de papier de rembourrage (18, 19).
  19. Appareil selon la revendication 18, caractérisé en ce que la station de stockage (25) comporte une commande des arêtes latérales de bande pour les bandes de papier normal supérieure et inférieure (11, 12) et/ou les bandes de papier de rembourrage supérieure et inférieure (18, 19).
  20. Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 12 à 19, caractérisée par un dispositif à buse (58, 59, 60) pour appliquer la colle à chaud en direction longitudinale.
