Claims (10)
- Machine d'emballage, comprenant au moins une tête d'emballage (1) tournant en continu sur une orbite (30) fermée et présentant au moins un élément de préhension (2) commandé, un transporteur d'emballages (7, 8) qui fait passer des emballages(3, 4) en continu, dans un plan sensiblement horizontal, devant la machine, un transporteur d'articles (9, 10) disposé au moins dans la zone de rotation de la tête d'emballage (1) au-dessus du transporteur d'emballages (7, 8) et orienté parallèlement à celui-ci, ainsi qu'un dispositif de commande (101 à 106) pour le déplacement forcé de la tête d'emballage par rapport aux transporteurs d'emballage (7, 8) et d'articles (9, 10), caractérisée en ce que le transporteur d'articles (9, 10) et le transporteur d'emballage (7, 8) transportent en permanence aussi bien des articles à emballer et à déballer (5, 6) que des emballages (3, 4) vides et remplis d'articles (6) à déballer, et que le long de l'orbite (30) de la tête d'emballage se trouvent à distance l'un derrière l'autre trois points de travail (I, II, III) au cours du passage desquels les éléments de préhension (2) sont amenés d'une position de libération de prise à une position de préhension ou inversement.
- Machine d'emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le transporteur d'articles (9, 10) et le transporteur d'emballages (7,8) sont entraînés dans le même sens, le transporteur d'articles comprenant une section d'amenée (9) et une section d'évacuation (10) qui se terminent toutes deux de préférence dans la région de l'orbite (30) de la tête d'emballage (1).
- Machine selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que des articles (5) amenés à la machine par le transporteur d'articles (9) sont saisis en un point de travail (I), qu'au point de travail suivant (II), les articles (5) sont libérés après leur mise en place dans un emballage (3) et que sensiblement en même temps, sont saisis des articles à déballer (6) placés dans un emballage (4), lesquels sont libérés après l'atteinte du point de travail suivant (III) sur un transporteur d'articles (10) qui évacue de la machine les articles déballés.
- Machine selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le transporteur d'articles comprend une section d'amenée (9) et une section d'évacuation (10), et qu'entre ces deux sections de transport (9, 10) est prévu, dans la région de l'orbite (30) de la tête d'emballage (1), un intervalle pour permettre le libre passage de la tête d'emballage par le haut en direction du transporteur d'emballages (7, 8).
- Machine selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que sur le transporteur d'emballages (7, 8) sont amenés simultanément sur deux voies et côte à côte des emballages vides (3) et des emballages (4) remplis d'articles (6) à déballer, et que la section d'amenée (9) du transporteur d'articles est associée à la voie de transport (7) portant les emballages vides (3), alors que la section d'évacuation (10) est associée à la seconde voie de transport (8) qui porte les emballages (4) à déballer.
- Machine selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la tête d'emballage (1) comprend un premier et un deuxième groupe (13, 14) d'éléments de préhension (2), chacun de ces deux groupes d'éléments de préhension (2) pouvant être amené indépendamment l'un de l'autre ou alternativement d'une position de préhension à une position de libération de prise et inversement.
- Machine selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins la partie de l'orbite (30) d'une tête d'emballage (1) qui comprend les trois points de travail (I, II, III) se situe dans un plan vertical au-dessus du transporteur d'articles (9, 10) et du transporteur d'emballages (7, 8).
- Machine selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'une tête d'emballage (1) se déplace pendant une révolution complète sur son orbite (30) dans un plan vertical au-dessus du transporteur d'articles (9, 10) et du transporteur d'emballages (7, 8).
- Machine selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la tête d'emballage (1) se déplace respectivement peu avant, pendant et après le passage par les trois points de travail (I, II, III), en synchronisme avec la vitesse de transport du transporteur d'articles (9, 10) et respectivement du transporteur d'emballages (7, 8).
- Machine selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la partie de la machine qui porte les têtes d'emballage (1) n'est disposée que sur un seul côté des transporteurs d'articles (9, 10) et d'emballages (7, 8) et que le côté opposé est librement accessible.
