In Fig. 1, 1 denotes the post element which, in the preferred embodiment according to the invention, has an I-shaped cross section. The post elements can also be formed from square tubes. At this post 1 is the left side of the frame of the noise barrier wall segment according to the invention arranged adjacent, eg inserted or lashed. In the same way, the right post, not shown, is formed on the right edge of the frame.
The frame consists of two vertical frame bars 2, the lower horizontal frame bar 5 and the two upper
On the inward-facing surfaces of the vertical frame spars 2 6
In the same way, on the inward-facing surface of the lower horizontal frame spar 5,
In the
A preferred embodiment of the frame according to the invention is shown in detail in FIG. 2. In this view of the corner region of the frame, the reference numerals have the meaning given above, but in each case at least one perpendicular groove is formed in the inwardly facing surfaces of the vertical frame spars 2, in the
In the same way, a corresponding groove is preferably formed in the same way on the inward-facing surface of the lower horizontal frame spar 5 with an
In Fig. 3 it is shown schematically how the edge regions of the frame according to the invention are releasably secured in the post 1. Here, the front edge of the frame lies flat in the area of the vertical frame spars 2 on a free leg of the carrier 1 with a U-shaped or I-shaped cross-section, while a clamping or. Between the other free leg of the carrier 1 and the other side of the vertical frame spars 2 Spacer element 10 is arranged, which is supported, for example, on the inside of one free leg of the carrier 1 and the other end of which presses in a locking manner against the opposite side of the vertical frame spar 2. Because this clamping bolt or this spacer is designed to be detachable, an extremely easy and convenient assembly and disassembly of the frame of the noise barrier wall segment according to the invention is possible.
Preferably, the is inserted into the frame
For reasons of strength and stability, the
In a preferred exemplary embodiment of the invention, the sound-absorbing plate is composed of acrylic glass elements which have beads and webs which interlock with one another at their vertical edges.
In a further preferred exemplary embodiment of the invention, the
The materials of such an artificial glass are chosen so that the embedded polyamide threads do not form a molecular bond with the synthetic glass, in particular the acrylic glass. This has the advantage that the sound absorbing plate can tear in the event of a vehicle crash, but the cohesion is retained due to the embedded polyamide threads, which can slide in the acrylic glass due to the lack of molecular bonding. This eliminates the need for safety nets to protect against impact accidents that were previously necessary.
If the embedded polyamide threads are also dyed black and arranged vertically, the prescribed bird protection is guaranteed at the same time.
In the case of a noise protection wall segment with this structure, it is possible, instead of the previously required post sequence of about 2 m, to provide a post sequence of only about 5 to 6 m with several, in particular three, soundproof panels let the sound absorbing plates protrude up to one meter above the frame. The adjacent soundproofing panels are connected to each other at the joints by plastic profiles made of polycarbonate. As a result, the view, which is severely impaired due to the short post sequence in the known noise barriers, is considerably improved.
The frame according to the invention with or without an internal
