Claims (15)

  1. Verbinder von der Art, bei der ein männlicher Modul (1), der eine Reihe steckerartiger oder buchsenartiger elektrischer Kontaktorgane enthält, ein weiblicher Modul (2), der eine Reihe steckerartiger oder buchsenartiger (21) elektrischer Kontaktorgane enthält, die zur Zusammenwirkung mit denjenigen des männlichen Moduls (1) bestimmt sind, und ein Verriegelungsschlüssel (4) in Form eines U mit zwei Schenkeln (90, 91) vorhanden sind, welche jeweils mit Rampen (100, 101) versehen sind, die zur Zusammenwirkung mit Zapfen (29, 30) des einen der Module (1, 2) bestimmt sind, um das gegenseitige Verbinden der genannten Module oder deren Entkoppelung zu steuern, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er ein Gehäuse (3) aufweist, das an einem Ende einen Hohlraum (42), der zur Aufnahme des männlichen Moduls (1) bestimmt ist, und am anderen Ende einen Sitz (71) für die Aufnahme des weiblichen Moduls (2) besitzt, wobei das genannte Gehäuse zwei parallele Führungen (65, 66) aufweist, die sich quer zu dem Hohlraum (42) und dem Sitz (71) erstrecken und sich auf zwei einander gegenüberliegenden Seiten öffnen, wobei jede Führung dazu bestimmt ist, einen Schenkel des Schlüssels (4) aufzunehmen und die Zapfen und die Rampen (100, 101) so angeordnet sind, daß der Schlüssel (4) in die Führungen von der einen oder der anderen der zwei Seiten des Gehäuses (3) her eingesetzt werden kann.
  2. Verbinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zapfen (29 und 30) von dem weiblichen Modul (2) getragen sind.
  3. Verbinder nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (3) Mittel zur Verriegelung des männlichen Moduls (1) in dem Hohlraum (42) aufweist.
  4. Verbinder nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (162) in seinem Hohlraum (189) zwei elastische Leisten (187) aufweist, die in Haken endigen, welche für die Zusammenwirkung mit den entsprechenden Enden des männlichen Moduls (160) bestimmt sind.
  5. Verbinder nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 3, bei welchem der männliche Modul (160) eine Reihe elektrischer Kontaktorgane (171) aufnimmt, die mit Mitteln für ihre Verbindung Mit elektrischen Leitern versehen sind, wobei diese Mittel vom isolationsabstreifenden Typ sind, mit Laschen (173), welche mit Ausnehmungen (174) versehen sind, in die die genannten Leiter mit Kraftanwendung hineingezwängt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er einen Einsatz (220) aufweist, der eine Reihe von Gitterstäben (221, 222, 223, 224) aufweist, die durch querverlaufende Ausnehmungen in Blöcke unterteilt sind, welche dazu bestimmt sind, zwischen die Laschen der elektrischen Kontaktorgane einzugreifen.
  6. Verbinder nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einsatz (220) eine schwenkbare Klappe (232) aufweist, die mit Mitteln für ihre Verriegelung in dem Hohlraum (189) des Gehäuses (162) versehen ist.
  7. Verbinder nach den Ansprüchen 5 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klappe (232) des Einatzes (220) mit Nasen (235) versehen ist, die dazu bestimmt sind, zwischen der inneren Seitenwand des Hohlraumes (189) des Gehäuses (162) und den in dem genannten Hohlraum (189) vorgesehenen elastischen Leisten (187) einzugreifen.
  8. Verbinder nach den Ansprüchen 1, 2 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hohlraum durch eine Schürze (75) verlängert ist, die sich in dem Sitz (71) erstreckt und in der das Ende des männlichen Moduls (1) zu sitzen kommt, in welchem sich die steckerartigen oder buchsenartigen Verbindungsorgane (8) erstrecken, die für die Zusammenwirkung mit denjenigen des weiblichen Moduls (2) bestimmt sind, wobei ein Dichtungselement auf der Schürze (75) angeordnet ist, das zwischen der inneren Seitenwand des weiblichen Moduls und der genannten Schürze (75) zu sitzen kommt.
  9. Verbinder nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das elastische Dichtungselement durch eine Muffe (80) gebildet ist, die auf der Schürze (75) sitzt und eine Reihe paralleler Ringwülste besitzt, die zur Zusammenwirkung mit der inneren Seitenfläche des weiblichen Moduls (2) bestimmt sind.
  10. Verbinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der weibliche Modul (2) Mittel (27) für die Verwechslungssicherheit aufweist und daß der Sitz (71) entsprechende Mittel besitzt.
  11. Verbinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Mittel vorgesehen sind, um den Schlüssel in zwei Stellungen festzusetzen, eine Offenstellung, in der der Modul in Stellung gebracht oder herausgenommen werden kann, und eine Stellung für die Verriegelung des genannten Moduls.
  12. Verbinder nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der eine Schenkel des Schlüssels (90) seitlich eine längsverlaufende Nut (99) aufweist, und der andere Schenkel (91) eine entsprechende längsverlaufende Nut (94) besitzt, die mit einer Rampe (95) versehen ist, die in einer Steilfläche (96) endigt, die eine der Führungen (65) zwei Nocken (85, 86) aufweist, die einer Richtung zugekehrt sind, daß die andere Führung (66) Nocken (83, 84) aufweist, die der entgegengesetzten Richtung zugekehrt sind, und daß die zwei Nocken jeder Führung so angeordnet sind, daß sie einerseits in die Nuten eingreifen und daß andererseits der eine der Verriegelungsstellung des Schlüssels und der andere der Offenstellung desselben entspricht.
  13. Verbinder nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schlüssel (163) elastische Laschen (200) aufweist, die in Rastnasen (201) endigen, und die Führungen Kerben (196, 197) aufweisen, die zur Aufnahme der Rastnasen (201) bestimmt sind, daß eine der Kerben an einer mittleren Stelle gelegen ist, die dem in Stellung bringen des weiblichen Moduls (191) entspricht, und daß die anderen Kerben den Stellungen der Verriegelung des weiblichen Moduls entsprechen.
  14. Verbinder nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kerben geneigte Rampen (196a, 197a) aufweisen.
  15. Verbinder nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf jeder der zwei entgegengesetzten Seiten des weiblichen Moduls (140) zwei Zapfen (149, 150) vorgesehen sind, die zwei Zapfen in der Nähe eines Randes gelegen sind und daß der Abstand zwischen dem einen der Zapfen und dem Ende der nächstgelegen Seite gleich dem Abstand zwischen dem anderen Zapfen und dem Ende der dem letztgenannten Zapfen nächstgelegenen Seite ist.
