Claims (9)

  1. Dispositif pour rassembler des feuilles séparées (2) en un paquet (55) ou une pile de plusieurs feuilles (2) et transporter ce paquet (5), comprenant :
    - un organe d'amenée (1) comportant plusieurs cordons sans fin, supérieurs et inférieurs (10, 11) amenant les feuilles (2) selon une direction de transport (A),
    - une paire de galets d'alignement et de transport (3) à savoir un premier galet (20) sur lequel le deuxième galet (21) est en appui,
    - un entraînement (4) de la paire de galets (3),
    - un dispositif de commande (5) commandant l'entraînement (4),
    caractérisé en ce que
    - au moins le premier galet (20) présente, sur sa périphérie cylindrique circulaire (25) au moins un évidement (26) en forme de coin offrant un premier épaulement de butée (28) aux bords avant des feuilles (2) apportées par l'organe d'amenée (1), cet épaulement étant situé dans un plan passant par l'axe du galet (20), ce plan ou un de ces plans étant sensiblement perpendiculaire à la direction de transport (A), lorsque le premier galet est en position zéro,
    - un arbre (22) de l'entraînement (4) est solidaire en rotation au moins du premier galet (20),
    - le dispositif de commande (5), sur un signal, peut actionner l'entraînement (4) de manière que le premier et le second galet (20, 21) tournent à partir de leurs positions zéro pour y revenir finalement au repos,
    - les cordons (10, 11), selon la direction de transport, s'étendent au-delà de la paire (3) des galets d'alignement et de transport.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le second galet (21) comporte un second évidement (27) symétrique du premier évidement (26) et présentant un second épaulement de butée (29) qui, lorsque les galets (20, 21) sont en position zéro, est aligné avec le premier épaulement (28), les deux galets (20, 21) tournant ensemble en sens contraire.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les galets (20, 21) sont situés entre les cordons (10, 11).
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 2 ou 3,
    caractérisé en ce que
    entre les cordons (10, 11) il est prévu au moins une butée arrière (51) dépassant les cordons supérieurs (11) et dont la portée de butée (53) est perpendiculaire à la direction de transport (A) et orientée vers la paire (3) de galets, tandis qu'une rampe (54) en pente selon la direction de transport (A) mais regardant du côté opposé à la paire (3) de galets, soulève la feuille (2) qui arrive, pour la placer au-dessus des feuilles (2) déjà en appui sur les épaulements de butée (28, 29).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4,
    caractérisé en ce que
    il est prévu en amont de la butée arrière (51) un palpeur (61) servant à détecter le bord arrière de la dernière feuille (2) du paquet (55) et à déclencher l'entraînement (4).
  6. Dispositif selon une des revendications 1 à 5,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'entraînement (4) comprend un accouplement monotour (41) tandis que le dispositif de commande (5) comprend un organe (46) de déclenchement de l'accouplement (41).
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le dispositif de commande (5) comprend un palpeur (62) situé immédiatement en aval des galets (20, 21) et qui maintient actionné l'organe de déclenchement (46) jusqu'à ce que le bord arrière du paquet transporté (55) ait dépassé le palpeur (62).
  8. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le dispositif de commande (5) comprend un appareil de lecture (60) actionnant l'entraînement (4).
  9. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8,
    caractérisé en ce que
    un dispositif (70), avec des soupapes et des aiguillages, est placé en amont de l'organe d'amenée (1) pour écluser les feuilles vers l'extérieur.
