Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schiebetür, Schiebefenster od. dgl., bei welcher bzw. welchem mit Hilfe eines Beschlages der verschiebbare Flügel zum Öffnen zunächst senkrecht zur Ebene des Blendrahmens von diesem abhebbar und anschließend parallel zur Blendrahmenebene hinter einen benachbarten Flügel oder ein Festfeld bewegbar ist,

  • wobei am Blendrahmen jeweils obere und untere Laufschienen für die Eingriffselemente der Flügelausstellarme von oberen Ausstellvorrichtungen bzw. von unteren Laufgliedern des Flügels sitzen, denen im Beschlagfalz des Flügels, hinter dem Flügelüberschlag, ein Betätigungs- und Verriegelungsgestänge zugeordnet ist,

  • daß die ortsfeste Basis mit dem Ausstellarm und dem Antriebs- bzw. Stellnocken am Flügel außerhalb des Beschlagfalzes angeordnet ist,
  • und daß ausschließlich der bewegliche Mitnehmer für den Antriebs- bzw. Stellnocken sowie die Befestigungs- bzw. Verbindungsansätze der ortsfesten Basis zum Beschlagfalz hin sowie zu dem dort befindlichen Betätigungs- und Verriegelungsgestänge übergreifen.

  3. A sliding door or sliding window or the like according to claim 1 or 2,
    characterised in that
    the gap between each stay device (6) and the actuating and locking linkage (15) is variably bridgeable (18, 30; 31, 45) perpendicularly to the leaf plane.
  4. A sliding door or sliding window or the like according to any of claims 1 to 3,
    characterised in that
    the entraining member (26) of the movable members and the fixing or connecting projections (48) of the fixed base (17, 17a) of each top stay device (6) are connectable (18, 30; 31, 45) in at least two different transverse positions to the actuating or locking linkage (15).
  5. A sliding door or sliding window or the like according to any of claims 1 to 4,
    characterised in that
    each top stay device (6) is received in a recess (47), more particularly a routed or mortised recess, of the cheek (43) of the leaf (11) and is supported (47a) and secured (7) in such recess by way of its base (17, 17a).
  6. A sliding door or sliding window or the like according to any of claims 1 to 5,
    characterised in that
    the entraining member (26) of the movable members (20, 27, 33) between two spaced-apart side-by-side fixing and connecting projections (48) of the fixed base (17, 17a) overlaps the actuating and locking linkage (15).
  7. A sliding door or sliding window or the like according to any of claims 1 to 6 wherein the actuating and locking linkage (1, 15) consists of a transmission (4) movable by a hand lever (3), corner deflectors (2) coupled with the transmission (4) and intermediate members (5) for forming driving connections to further corner deflectors (2),
    characterised in that
    one coupling member (9) each of the actuating and locking linkage (1, 15) for the entraining member (26) of the moving elements of a top stay device (6) is disposed on the top horizontal arm of a corner deflector (2) and the top horizontal arm (16) of the corner faceplate of the particular corner deflector (2) concerned has securing and connecting engagement means (30, 45) for the fixed base (17, 17a) of a top stay device (6).
  8. A sliding door or sliding window or the like according to claim 7,
    characterised in that
    the actuating and locking linkage (1, 15 respectively) comprises four identical corner deflectors (2), each two of which are associated with the top and bottom corners of the leaf, and the coupling element (9) on the horizontal arm of the bottom corner deflectors (2) is in each case associated with a fixed closing plate (8) disposed on the bottom rail of the fixed frame and together with such plate forms a tilt lock (8, 9) for the leaf (11).
  9. A sliding door or sliding window or the like according to claim 8,
    characterised in that
    the same corner deflector (2) can be fitted at choice horizontally and/or vertically in the leaf (11) by being turned through 180° and can therefore be used both for right and left and for top and bottom corners.
  10. A sliding door or sliding window or the like according to any of claims 1 to 8 wherein each top stay device (6) consists of a stay arm (20) and a control arm (27) connected at one end thereto and at the other end to the fixed base merely for pivoting and wherein a driving or adjusting cam (33) guided for longitudinal movement on the fixed base (17, 17a) acts on the control arm (27),
    characterised in that
    when the actuating and locking linkage (1, 15) is in its closed position the control arm (27) of the stay device (6) engages, by way of a projection (53) extending beyond its articulation (32) to the stay arm (20), below a projection (19) on the fixed base (17, 17a).
  11. A sliding door or sliding window or the like according to any of claims 1 to 10 wherein the control arm (27) of the stay device (6) has at least on its underside an e.g. S- or Z-shaped curvilinear control cam (52) with which the driving or adjusting cam (33) remains in permanent engagement over the whole of its travel,
    characterised in that
    the control cam (52) of the control arm (27) and the driving or adjusting cam (33) have an external contour such that when the actuating and locking linkage (1, 15) is in the tilt position two different supports or abutments (34, 35, 41) are formed between the driving or adjusting cam (33) and the control cam (52) of the control arm (27).
  12. A sliding door or sliding window or the like according to claim 11,
    characterised in that
    the articulation (29) of the control arm (27) to the fixed base (17, 17a), the articulation (32) of the control arm (27) to the stay arm (20) and the point of action (35, 41) of the driving or adjusting cam (33) on the control cam (52) in the tilted position of the actuating and locking linkage (1, 51) are disposed at least substantially on a straight line.
  13. A sliding door or sliding window or the like according to any of claims 1 to 12,
    characterised in that
    the entraining member (26) of the stay device (6) is forked and engages positively around the coupling member (9) of the actuating and locking linkage (1, 15).
