Claims (5)

  1. Procéde de remplissage d'emballages, notamment de sacs en papier ou sachets en papier, avec un produit contenu dans un conteneur qui, disposé au-dessus de l'emballage, est descendu dans ce dernier et est ramené dans sa position initiale après la vidange,
    caractérisé en ce que,
    avant la descente du conteneur du produit à ensacher (1) dans un emballage extérieur (12), un sac intérieur (7), fermé en bas et ouvert en haut,
    est enfilé sur le conteneur de produit (1) et descendu, en commun avec le conteneur du produit à ensacher (1), dans l'emballage extérieur (12), dont le bord supérieur, au moins, a été préalablement mis en forme, la vidange ayant ainsi lieu du conteneur du produit à ensacher (1) dans le sachet intérieur.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'emballage extérieur est un sac en papier et l'emballage intérieur un sac en matière plastique.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le sac en matière plastique (7) est formé, à proximité du dispositif de remplissage, à partir d'un boyau de matière plastique (4) par un cordon de soudure à son extrémité inférieure et que son bord supérieur est déployé et, à l'état écarté et après séparation du reste du boyau en matière plastique (4), est enfilé sur le conteneur de produit à ensacher (1).
  4. Dispositif de remplissage d'emballages (12), notamment de sacs en papier ou de sachets en papier, avec un produit contenu dans un conteneur qui, disposé au-dessus de l'emballage, peut être descendu dans l'emballage (12) et vidé, en position descendue, dans l'emballage et lequel est conçu de sorte à pouvoir être ramené dans sa position initiale pendant et après la vidange,
    caractérisé par
    un dispositif de transfert qui présente des pinces de serrage (10) conçues en vue d'enfiler d'un sac en matière plastique, fermé en bas et ouvert en haut, sur le conteneur du produit à ensacher (1) se trouvant en position non descendue.
  5. Dispositif de remplissage selon la revendication 4,
    caractérisé en ce que
    des dispositifs d'aspiration (8) sont prévus pour l'ouverture du sac en matière plastique (7) sur son côté d'ouverture.
