Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Scharniertopf, bestehend aus einem in eine Montagebohrung in einem Möbelteil, beispielsweise eine Türe einsetzbaren Verankerungsteil und einem daran gehaltenen Topfteil, der mindestens eine Scharnierachse trägt, wobei der Topfteil im Verankerungsteil untrennbar und um die Achse der Montagebohrung drehbar lagert und wobei der Verankerungsteil mit einer in der Montageebene des Möbelteiles vorspringenden Platte versehen ist, die Positionierungszapfen aufweist.
  • Ein Scharniertopf dieser Art ist in der DE-A1 37 22 950 beschrieben. Der äußere Mantel des Verankerungsteiles ist zur Halterung im Montagebohrung mit wulstartigen Ringen versehen. Die DE-A1-24 57 181 zeigt ein Scharnier, wobei an der Wandung des Scharniertopfes ein Haltering mit Spreizbacken vorgesehen ist. Der Scharniertopf wird mit dem Haltering in die Bohrung in der Möbeltüre eingesetzt und verdreht, wodurch die Spreizbacken des Halteringes in die Wandung der Bohrung eingedrückt werden. Dabei ist, um ein Zurückdrehen des Scharniertopfes aus der Verriegelungsstellung zu verhindern, dem Scharniertopf ein Feststellelement zugeordnet.
  • Aus der AT-PS 348 371 ist ein zweiteiliger Scharniertopf bekannt, der aus einem in eine Bohrung in der Möbelwand einsetzbaren Verankerungsteil und einem darin verankerbaren Befestigungsteil aus Metall besteht. Der Verankerungsteil weist Klemmbacken auf, die mittels Schrauben an die Bohrungsseitenwand gedrückt werden. Ein ähnlicher zweiteiliger Scharniertopf, jedoch ohne besonderer Klemmbacken, ist in der AT-PS 335 307 gezeigt.
  • In den beiden zuletzt genannten Fällen wird der Topfteil senkrecht im Verankerungsteil eingesetzt aber nicht verdreht.
  • Die DE-A1-21 43 672 zeigt ein Scharnier mit einem zweiteiligen Scharniertopf und einem in die Türe einsetzbaren Verankerungsteil und einem Topfteil, der die Scharnierachsen trägt, wobei der Topfteil bajonettverschlußartig in dem Verankerungsteil einsetzbar ist.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, einen Scharniertopf der eingangs erwähnten Art dahingehend zu verbessern, daß exakt festgelegt wird, in welchem Winkel der Scharniertopf beim Einsetzen in die Bohrung der Möbeltüre gehalten wird und wobei der Topfteil in seiner Funktionslage lösbar arretiert ist.
  • Dies wird erfindungsgemäß durch die im Anspruch 1 definierten Merkmalen erreicht, wobei in mindestens einem Positionierungszapfen ein von einer Feder beaufschlagter Druckknopf gelagert ist, der in der Verriegelungsstellung in einer korrespondierenden Öffnung in einer vom Topfteil auskragenden Platte einrastet und somit die Arretierung gegen Verdrehen bildet.
  • Nachfolgend wird ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung anhand der Figuren der beiliegenden Zeichnungen eingehend beschrieben.
  • Die Fig. 1 zeigt eine Draufsicht auf einen erfindungsgemäßen Scharniertopf in der Einritzstellung, die Fig. 2 zeigt eine Ansicht aus der Richtung des Pfeiles A der Fig. 1, die Fig. 3 zeigt eine Draufsicht auf den erfindungsgemäßen Scharniertopf in der Spann- und Funktionsstellung, die Fig. 4 zeigt eine Ansicht aus der Richtung des Pfeiles B der Fig. 3, die Fig. 5 zeigt einen Schnitt nach der Linie A-A der Fig. 2, die Fig. 6 zeigt einen Schnitt nach der Linie B-B der Fig. 4, die Fig. 7 zeigt eine Seitenansicht des Scharniertopfes teilweise im Schnitt, die Fig. 8 zeigt ein auseinandergezogenes Schaubild vom Verankerungsteil und Topfteil, die Fig. 9 zeigt einen Axialschnitt durch einen Positionierungszapfen in der Ausgangsstellung und die Fig. 10 zeigt einen gleichen Axialschnitt durch einen Positionierungszapfen in der Spannstellung.
  • Der erfindungsgemäße Scharniertopf besteht aus dem Topfteil 3 und dem Verankerungsteil 4, wobei die beiden Teile 3, 4 miteinander untrennbar verbunden sind, und zwar derart, daß der Topfteil 3 im Verankerungsteil 4 um einen bestimmten Winkel drehbar ist.
  • Im Topfteil 3 sind die Lagerstellen 17, 18 für die Achsen des Scharnierarmes 2.
  • Sowohl der Topfteil 3 als auch der Verankerungsteil 4 sind mit einer auskragenden Platte 14, 15 versehen. An der Platte 15 des Verankerungsteiles 4 sind Positionierungszapfen 9, 10 ausgebildet, die bei der Montage des Scharnierarmes 2 in korrespondierende Löcher in der Tür 1 eingesetzt werden.
  • Am Verankerungsteil 4 sind die Klemmbacken 7, 8 auf vertikalen Achsen 19 gelagert.
  • Der Topfteil 3 untergreift die Klemmbacken 7, 8 mit vorspringenden Wänden 20.
  • Im Positionierungszapfen 9 des Verankerungsteiles ist ein Druckknopf 11 angeordnet, der von einer Feder 12, die sich an einem Zapfen oder Noppen 13 abstützt, beaufschlagt, d. h. nach oben gedrückt wird.
  • Zur Montage des Scharniertopfes befindet sich der Topfteil 3 in einem Winkel zum Verankerungsteil 4 (Fig. 1). Auf diese Art und Weise kann der Verankerungsteil 4 auf einfache Art und Weise in die Bohrungen in der Tür 1 eingesetzt werden. Durch die Positionierungszapfen 9, 10 ist die korrekte Lage des Verankerungsteiles 4 sichergestellt.
  • Um den Verankerungsteil 4 in der Bohrung zu verspannen, wird der Topfteil 3 gedreht, d. h. von der in der Fig. 1 gezeigten Lage in seine normale Funktionslage gebracht, wie sie in der Fig. 3 gezeigt ist. Dabei drükken die Spreizteile 21 die Klemmbacken 7, 8 in die Wandung der Bohrung, wodurch der Verankerungsteil 4 mit dem Topfteil fest in der Möbeltüre 11 verankert wird.
  • An den Klemmbacken 7, 8 sind konkave Anpreßflächen 22 vorgesehen. Weiters sind an den Klemmbacken 7, 8 Anschläge 23, 24 ausgebildet, die den Drehweg der Spreizteile 21 und somit des Topfteiles 3 begrenzt.
  • Befindet sich der Topfteil 3 in der Spann- und Gebrauchsstellung, wird der Druckknopf 11 von der Feder 12 in die Öffnung 16 in der Platte 14 gedrückt, wodurch ein unbeabsichtigtes Verdrehen des Topfteiles 3 verhindert wird. Soll der Scharniertopf gelöst, d. h. von der Türe 1 abmontiert werden, genügt es, den Druckknopf 11 hinunterzudrücken, sodaß er die Platte 14 des Topfteiles freigibt, worauf letzterer in die in der Fig. 1 gezeigte Stellung gedreht werden kann. Dadurch wird kein Druck mehr auf die Klemmbacken 7, 8 ausgeübt und der Scharniertopf ist von der Türe 1 lösbar.

Claims (5)

  1. Scharniertopf, bestehend aus einem in eine Montagebohrung in einem Möbelteil, beispielsweise eine Türe (1) einsetzbaren Verankerungsteil (4) und einem daran gehaltenen Topfteil (3), der mindestens eine Scharnierachse trägt, wobei der Verankerungsteil (4) mit mindestens einer, vorzugsweise zwei Klemmbacken (7, 8) versehen ist und der Topfteil (3) im Verankerungsteil (4) untrennbar und um die Achse der Montagebohrung drehbar lagert und mindestens einen Spreizteil (21) trägt, der im eingebauten Zustand den Klemmbacken (7, 8) des Verankerungsteiles (4) an die Wandung der Montagebohrung drückt, wobei der Verankerungsteil (4) mit einer in der Montageebene des Möbelteiles vorspringenden Platte (15) versehen ist, die Positionierungszapfen (9) aufweist, wobei mindestens eine Arretierung zwischen dem Topfteil und dem Verankerungsteil vorgesehen ist, die den Topfteil (3) in der Spannstellung gegen Verdrehen sichert und in mindestens einem Positionierungszapfen (9) ein von einer Feder (12) beaufschlagter Druckknopf (11) gelagert ist, der in der Verriegelungsstellung in einer korrespondierenden Öffnung (16) in einer vom Topfteil (3) auskragenden Platte (14) einrastet und somit die Arretierung gegen Verdrehen bildet.
  2. Scharniertopf nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Verankerungsteil (4) separate Klemmbacken (7, 8) um eine Achse (19) kippbar sind, die parallel zur Achse der Montagebohrung verläuft.
  3. Scharniertopf nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmbacken (7, 8) eine konkave Anpreßfläche (22) für die Spreizteile (21) aufweisen.
  4. Scharniertopf nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Verankerungsteil (4) mindestens ein Anschlag (23, 24) vorgesehen ist, der die Drehbewegung des Topfteiles (3) begrenzt.
  5. Scharniertopf nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anschläge (23, 24) an den Klemmbacken (7, 8) ausgebildet sind.
