In der vorliegenden Ausführungsform ist der Doppelnockenhebel 5 zugleich Teil des Gelenkvierecks 4, wobei der Doppelnockenhebel 5 neben dem Kurvenrollenpaar 7, 7' zugleich eine Drehachse 8 für eine Koppel 10 bestimmt, die über eine Drehachse 11 mit einer Kurbel 12 verbunden ist, die in fester, gegebenenfalls integral einstückiger Verbindung einen Lagerungsbolzen 13 trägt, der in dem Gehäuse 2 gelagert ist und mit dem eine zugehörige Packmittelzange 14 fest verbunden ist. Bei dieser Anordnung bildet die Gerade zwischen dem Mittelpunkt des Bolzens 6 und der Drehachse 8 eine Schwinge 9 des Gelenkvierecks 4 als Antriebselement, während die Kurbel 12 ein Abtriebselement des die Packmittelzange 14 steuernden Gelenkvierecks 4 bildet. Die in einem Gutstrang durch das hier nicht dargestellte Greiferrad an ihrer Längsseite erfaßten Bonbons B werden an der Übergabestelle (einem Punkt, der sich in Fig. 2 im Gegenuhrzeigersinn vorauslaufend zu dem in der Position X gezeigten Halteelementpaar 26, 26', das bereits ein Bonbon B ergriffen hat, befindet), an der sich die Teilkreise des Greifer- und des Übergaberades 100 tangieren, übergeben und durch ein Halteelementpaar 26, 26' des Übergaberades 100 an ihren Stirnseiten erfaßt. Zu diesem Zweck werden die Halteelemente 26, 26' des betreffenden Halteelementpaares geöffnet, indem die Steuerrolle 19 auf der Kurvenscheibe 18 abrollt und über den Nockenhebel 20 sowie die in diesen eingeschraubte Stellschraube 22 den Stößel 23, der sich auf der balligen Stirnfläche der Stellschraube 22 abstützt, in axialer Richtung verschiebt, so daß der Stößel 23 direkt durch Aufliegen auf einer Zahnflanke die in Kämmeingriff befindlichen Zahnsegmente 27, 27' verdreht. Nach Bewegen des Stößels 23 in Gegenrichtung und Erfassen des Bonbons B entlastet der Stößel 23 die Zahnsegmente 27, 27', so daß unter der Wirkung des federbelasteten Gegenhalters 28 die Zahnsegmente 27, 27' in Gegenrichtung verdreht und die Halteelemente 26, 26' vorzugsweise bis zum Anschlag 29 geschlossen werden, wobei sichergestellt ist, daß in dieser Stellung eine angemessene, die Konsistenz des Bonbons, z.B. Weichkaramell, berücksichtigende Haltekraft auf das Bonbon B ausgeübt wird. Diese Stellung ist in Fig. 1 sowie für die Position X in Fig. 2 gezeigt. Nach dem Übernehmen des Bonbons B durch das Übergaberad 100 erfolgt infolge der Rotationsbewgung des Gehäuses 2 und der Zwangsführung der Abtastrolle 17 entlang der Kurvenbahnen 16 der Trommelkurve 15 in Verbindung mit der exzentrischen Lagerung der Kurvenrolle 17 an der Lagerungsachse 17' des Lagerblockes 24 eine Dreh- bzw. Schwenkbewegung der Halteelemente 26, 26' um 90o um ihre radial von dem Gehäuse 2 weisende Längsmittelachse 30. Die Ableitung dieser Schwenkbewegung durch eine in bezug auf die Längsmittelachse 30 symmetrische Rechts-Links-Verlagerung der Abtastrolle 17 ist in Fig. 3 besonders deutlich dargestellt. Die 90o-Verschwenuung des Lagerblockes 24 mit den zugehörigen Halteelementen 26, 26' ist in der Position Y in Fig. 2 abgeschlossen. Zugleich ist über die Doppelkurvenscheibe 3 in Verbindung mit dem Gelenkviereck 4 einschließlich des Doppelnockenhebels 5 sowie des Lagerungsbolzens 13 die zugehörige Packmittelzange 14 zu dem zugehörigen Lagerungsblock 24 und das Halteelementpaar 26, 26' hin verschwenkt worden und wird nach Abschluß der 90o-Verschwenkung der Halteelemente 26, 26' (s. Fig. 2 Mitte) ein Packmittelzuschnitt P in bekannter Weise zugeführt. Nach Zuführung des Packmittelzuschnittes P wird die Packmittelzange 14 weiter durch die zugehörigen Antriebsmittel (Doppelkurvenscheibe 3, Gelenkviereck 4 mit Doppelnockenhebel 5 und Kurvenrollen 7, 7' sowie Lagerungsbolzen 13) gegen den Packmittelzuschnitt P und den Anschlag 29 geschwenkt. Bei weiterer Drehung des Übergaberades 100 wird das Bonbon B mit dem Packmittelzuschnitt P in herkömmlicher Weise an das - hier nicht gezeigte - Einwickelrad übergeben und werden der Lagerblock 24 mit den Halteelementen 26, 26' sowie die zugehörige Packmittelzwange 14 in ihre Ausgangslage zurückgeschwenkt.The operation of the transfer wheel 100 is explained below. Claims (10)

  1. Conveying device for sweets with a transfer wheel (100), which rotates about a stationary axle, is arranged between a gripper wheel and a wrapping wheel and which displays a plurality of pivotable retaining elements (26, 26'), which are arranged in pairs at a rotating housing (2), for the seizing and transfer of the sweets from the gripper wheel to the wrapping wheel as well as packing means tongs (14) associated with the retaining element pairs (26, 26') , and with a driving device for the retaining element pairs as well as packing means tongs, characterised thereby, that a control cam equipment (15) for the retaining element pairs (26, 26') is fixed on the stationary axle (1) of the transfer wheel (100), and for each retaining element pair (26, 26') a pivotation-actuating device (50) and an opening and closing control device (60) are in engagement with the control cam equipment together for the derivation not only of the pivotal movement but also the opening and closing movement of the retaining element pair (26, 26').
  2. Conveying device according to claim 1, characterised thereby, that the control cam equipment is a drum-type cam (15) with oppositely disposed cam tracks (16), which cam is in engagement with the first pivotation-actuating device (50) of the retaining element pairs (26, 26').
  3. Conveying device according to claim 2, characterised thereby, that the oppositely disposed cam tracks (16) of the drum-type cam (15) are formed along the outer circumference of the drum-type cam (15) and an axially projecting inner flange (15a) of the drum-type cam (15) displays a cam disc (18) for engagement with the opening and closing control device (60) of the retaining element pair (26, 26').
  4. Conveying device according to one of the claims 1 to 3, characterised thereby, that a double cam disc (3) as drive element of the packing means tongs (14) is fixed on the stationary axle (1) of the transfer wheel (100) and a transmission gear (4), which enlarges the control movement of an associated double cam lever (5) disposed in engagement with the double cam disc (3), is connected with each packing means tongs (14).
  5. Conveying device according to claim 4, characterised thereby, that the transmission gear is a four-bar joint (4) with a rocker (9), which's rigidly connected and preferably integrally in one piece with the double cam lever (5), that the double cam lever (5), which is borne to be pivotable on a pin (6) borne in the housing (2), is in engagement with the double cam disc (3) by way of cam rollers (7, 7') as well as forms a rotary axle (8) for a coupler (10) at which a crank (12) is borne to be rotatable, which is firmly connected with a bearing pin (13), which in its turn is borne in the housing (2) and carries the packing means tongs (14), wherein the rocker (9) forms a drive input element and the crank (12) a drive output element of the four-bar joint (4) transmitting the control movement of the double cam lever (5) to the packing means tongs (14).
  6. Conveying device according to one of the claims 1 to 5, characterised thereby, that the opening and closing control device (60) is provided with a biassing equipment (22, 28) for the compensation of play in the drive and/or bearings.
  7. Conveying device according to one of the claims 1 to 6, characterised thereby, that the pivotation control device (50) for each retaining element pair (26, 26') displays a follower roller (17), which is guided between the cam tracks (16) of the drum-type cam (15), is borne eccentrically with reference to a longitudinal centre line (30) of the retaining element pairs (26, 26') and connected with a bearing block (24) of the respective retaining element pair (26, 26').
  8. Conveying device according to one of the claims 1 to 7, characterised thereby, that the opening and closing control device (60) for each retaining element pair (26, 26') displays a control roller (19), which is borne to be rotatable at the end of a pivotably borne cam lever (20) and substantially at right angles to the follower roller (17) of the pivotation control device (50), and the cam lever (20) forms a bearing surface for a pushrod (23), which is slidingly displaceable axially, is arranged co-axially with the longitudinal centre line (30) of the retaining element pair (26, 26') and in its turn is in contact with a toothed segment drive for the opposite movement of each retaining element (26 or 26') of a retaining element pair.
  9. Conveying device according to claim 8, characterised thereby, that each retaining element (26 or 26') of a retaining element pair is connected one beside the other firmly with a drive spigot (25, 25') borne to be rotatable in the bearing block (24) of the retaining element pair (26, 26'), each of the drive spigots (25, 25') is firmly connected with a toothed segment (27, 27') preferably displaying two teeth, the toothed segments (27, 27') of each retaining element pair (26, 26') are in meshing engagement with one another and that the pushrod (23) acts directly on a tooth flank of one toothed segment (27), whilst a tooth flank of the other toothed segment (27) is loaded by the biassing equipment (28) arranged co-axially with the pushrod (23).
  10. Conveying device according to claim 8 or 9, characterised thereby, that the pushrod (23) is supported at the cam lever (20) by way of an axially adjustable setting device, preferably a setscrew (22) with a crowned end face (23) and screwed into the cam lever (20).
