Claims (8)
- Dispositif pour la coupe, l'incision, la perforation ou le prédécoupage de matériau en feuilles, comme des papiers, des feuilles de métal ou des feuilles de matière plastique, notamment d'un matériau d'étiquettes se trouvant sur un matériau support ne devant pas être endommagé, au moyen d'un disque de coupage (6) devant être serré, de façon amovible, coaxialement entre un disque d'appui (2) et un disque presseur (4), le diamètre extérieur (D6) du disque de coupage étant un peu plus grand que le diamètre extérieur (D2 ou D4) du disque d'appui (2) et du disque presseur (4), caractérisé en ce que le disque de coupe (6) possède une épaisseur suffisamment faible pour que le travail de coupe ou de perforation puisse être exécuté avec sa surface périphérique (30).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la surface périphérique (30) s'étend, suivant une coupe transversale de façon essentiellement symétrique par rapport au plan médian (32) du disque de coupe (6) et est arrondie dans sa zone de crête (34).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le diamètre extérieur (D6) du disque de coupe (6) est supérieur de 0,50mm jusqu'à 0,70mm, de préférence de 0,55mm jusqu'à 0,65mm, au diamètre extérieur (D2 ou D4) de celui-ci du disque d'appui (2) ou du disque presseur (40) qui est le plus grand.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'épaisseur du disque de coupe (6) est comprise entre 0,08 et 0,19mm, de préférence entre 0,1 et 0,17mm.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le disque de coupe (6) est réalisé en acier au carbone ou en acier au chrome.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que le matériau en feuille est supporté du côté opposé au disque de coupe (6) par un rouleau d'appui (44) monté rotatif.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la surface externe du rouleau d'appui (44) est réalisée en acier trempé.
- Procédé pour la fabrication de disques de coupe annulaires (6), destinés notamment à un dispositif selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que des ébauches (52) de disques de coupe annulaires (6) sont découpées à l'emporte-pièce dans une tôle, en ce qu'ensuite, plusieurs de ces ébauches (52) sont enfilées de façon directement jointive sur un arbre pour former un paquet, sont serrées sur l'arbre et sont rectifiées de façon cylindrique en tant que paquet en faisant tourner l'arbre, en ce que les disques de coupe rectifiés de façon cylindrique, sont alors amenés séparément en position horizontale à travers une installation de décapage (50) dans laquelle Ils sont aspergés à partir du haut et du bas avec un liquide de décapage, et en ce que les disques de coupe rectifiés cylindriquement et décapés, sont ensuite lavés et séchés.
