Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein mehrlagiges Etikett zum Aufkleben auf Behälter, wie Flaschen, Dosen, bestehend aus einem spätestens beim Etikettieren rückseitig mit einer Leimschicht versehenen Grundblatt.
  • Derartige Etiketten sind erforderlich, wenn längere druckschriftliche oder bildliche Informationen vermittelt werden müssen.
  • Das eingangs beschriebene, auf dem Markt befindliche Etikett besteht aus einem zu einem Deckblatt und einem Grundblatt gefalzten Streifen, wobei das Deckblatt oben und unten mit dem Grundblatt verklebt ist und - parallel zu diesen Leimspuren nach innen zu - mit Perforationen versehen ist, so daß man das Deckblatt rechts anfassen und aufreißen kann. Man kann dann das Deckblatt wie die Seite eines Buches aufschlagen. Oft reichen aber diese drei bedruckbaren Seiten für die zu vermittelnden Informationen nicht aus.
  • Es besteht die Aufgabe, ein mehrlagiges Etikett zu schaffen, das ein größeres Platzangebot für Informationen bietet.
  • Gemäß EP-A-0 093 000 wurde vorgeschlagen, daß zwischen Deckblatt und Grundblatt ein Informationsheft eingelegt ist, welches kürzer als das Deckblatt ist, und daß der das Heftchen überragende Randbereich des Deckblattes rückseitig eine spätestens beim Etikettieren aufgebrachte Beleimung aufweist und links neben dieser Beleimung mit einer Aufreißperforation versehen ist.
  • Erfindungsgemäß wird vorgeschlagen, zwischen Deckblatt und Grundblatt eines solchen Etikettes mindestens ein Zwischenblatt vorzusehen, welches kürzer ist als das Deckblatt, und wobei das Deckblatt, das Zwischenblatt und das Grundblatt im linken Randbereich jeweils mit mindestens einer randparallelen Leimspur miteinander verleimt sind und das Deckblatt und das Zwischenblatt jeweils rechts von den Leimspuren eine Abreißperforation aufweisen.
  • Dadurch wird erreicht, daß nach dem Aufreißen der rechten Perforation das Deckblatt und das Zwischenblatt entlang den linken Perforationen abgerissen werden können. Man kann dann diese Blätter in die Hand nehmen und bequem lesen. Das neue Etikett läßt sich manuell - wie auch automatisch - mit Etiketten-Spendeautomaten aufbringen. Dabei sind zur reibungslosen Applikation im linken Randbereich in der Regel zwei Leimspuren vorgesehen.
  • Deshalb sind gemäß einer weiteren besonderen Ausführungsform das Deckblatt, das Zwischenblatt und das Grundblatt im linken Randbereich jeweils mit zwei Leimspuren miteinander verleimt, und die Abreißperforationen sind zwischen den beiden Leimspuren vorgesehen, wobei die rechten der beiden Leimspuren nur leichte Haftung vermitteln, z.B. durch Punktverleimung.
  • Alternativ hierzu sind das Grundblatt, Zwischenblatt und Deckblatt im linken Randbereich jeweils mit zwei Leimspuren miteinander verleimt und die Abreißperforationen sind rechts von den beiden Leimspuren vorgesehen.
  • Für den ersten Fall ergibt sich der Vorteil, daß die Aufdruckfläche gegenüber der zweiten Ausführungsform breiter ist; man muß jedoch beim Abreißen der Blätter die Haftkraft der Verleimung überwinden, ohne daß die Blätter zerreißen.
  • Gemäß einer weiteren besonderen Ausführungsform ist der rechte Randbereich des Deckblattes rückseitig mit einem Adhäsionskleber beschickt.
  • Gemäß einer weiteren besonderen Ausführungsform ist das Grundblatt mit einer selbstklebenden Beschichtung versehen.
  • Gemäß einer weiteren besonderen Ausführungsform überragt das Deckblatt mit seinem rechten Randbereich auch das Grundblatt.
  • In diesem Falle läßt sich dieser Randbereich direkt mit dem Behälter verkleben, anderenfalls ist das Deckblatt mit seinem rechten Randbereich mit dem Grundblatt verklebt.
  • In der Zeichnung ist das neue Etikett in zwei Ausführungsbeispielen rein schematisch räumlich dargestellt und nachstehend näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

    eine erste Ausführungsform und
    Fig. 2
    eine zweite Ausführungsform.
  • In Fig. 1 ist ein Grundblatt 1 rückseitig bereits mit einer Leimschicht 2 versehen, mit welcher das Etikett auf einen Behälter aufklebbar ist. Auf dem Grundblatt 1 ist ein Zwischenblatt 3 und darüber ein Deckblatt 4 vorgesehen, welches mit seinem rechten Randbereich 5 das Zwischenblatt 3 und das Grundblatt 1 überragt. Die Rückseite dieses Randbereiches 5 weist eine Beleimung 6 auf, mit welcher dieser Randbereich 5 direkt mit dem Behälter verklebbar ist. Links von dieser Verleimung 6 ist das Deckblatt 4 mit einer Aufreißperforation 7 versehen. Im linken Randbereich 8 sind zwischen dem Deckblatt 1 und dem Zwischenblatt 3 zwei randparallele Leimspuren 9 und 10 angeordnet; zwischen dem Zwischenblatt 3 und dem Deckblatt 4 Leimspuren 11 und 12. Davon weisen die beiden rechten Leimspuren 10 und 12 nur geringe Haftung auf. Zwischen den linken Leimspuren 9 und 11 einerseits und den Leimspuren 10 und 12 andererseits sind im Zwischenblatt 3 eine Abreißperforation 13 und im Deckblatt 4 eine Abreißperforation 14 vorgesehen.
  • In Fig. 2 ist ein Grundblatt 21 rückseitig bereits mit einer Leimschicht 22 versehen, mit welcher das Etikett auf einen Behälter aufklebbar ist. Auf dem Grundblatt 21 ist ein Zwischenblatt 23 und darüber ein Deckblatt 24 vorgesehen. Grundblatt 21 und Deckblatt 24 sind gleich breit; das Zwischenblatt 23 ist um die Breite des Randbereiches 25 kürzer. Die Rückseite dieses Randbereiches 25 des Deckblattes 24 ist mit einer Beleimung 26 mit dem Grundblatt 21 verklebt. Links von der Beleimung 26 ist das Deckblatt 24 mit einer Aufreißperforation 27 versehene Im linken Randbereich 28 sind zwischen dem Grundblatt 21 und dem Zwischenblatt 23 zwei randparallele Leimspuren 29 und 30 angeordnet; zwischen dem Zwischenblatt 23 und dem Deckblatt 24 zwei randparallele Leimspuren 31 und 32. Das Zwischenblatt 23 sowie das Deckblatt 24 weisen rechts von den Leimspuren 30 bzw. 32 Abreißperforationen 33 bzw. 34 auf.

Claims (6)

  1. Mehrlagiges Etikett zum Aufkleben auf Behälter, wie Flaschen, Dosen, bestehend aus einem spätestens beim Etikettieren rückseitig mit einer Leimschicht (2, 22) versehenen Grundblatt (1, 21) und Deckblatt (4, 24), wobei zwischen Deckblatt (4, 24) und Grundblatt (1, 21) mindestens ein Zwischenblatt (3, 23) angeordnet ist, welches kürzer als das Deckblatt (4, 24) ist, und wobei der das Zwischenblatt (3, 23) überragende rechte Randbereich (5, 25) des Deckblattes (4, 24) rückseitig eine spätestens beim Etikettieren aufgebrachte Beleimung (6, 26) aufweist und links neben dieser Beleimung (6, 26) mit einer Perforation (7, 27) versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Deckblatt (4, 24), das Zwischenblatt (3, 23) und das Grundblatt (1, 21) im linken Randbereich (8, 28) jeweils mit mindestens einer randparallelen Leimspur (9; 10; 11; 12, 29; 30; 31; 32) miteinander verleimt sind und das Deckblatt (4, 24) und das Zwischenblatt (3, 23) jeweils rechts von den Leimspuren (9; 11, 29; 31) eine Abreißperforation (13; 33, 14; 34) aufweisen.
  2. Mehrlagiges Etikett nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Grundblatt (1), Zwischenblatt (3) und Deckblatt (4) im linken Randbereich (8) jeweils mit zwei Leimspuren (9; 10 bzw. 11; 12) miteinander verleimt sind und daß die Abreißperforationen (13; 14) zwischen den beiden Leimspuren (9; 10 bzw. 11; 12) vorgesehen sind, wobei die rechten dieser beiden Leimspuren (10 bzw. 12) nur leichte Haftung vermitteln.
  3. Mehrlagiges Etikett nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Grundblatt (21), Zwischenblatt (23) und Deckblatt (24) im linken Randbereich (28) jeweils mit zwei Leimspuren (29; 30 bzw. 31; 32) miteinander verleimt sind und daß die Abreißperforationen (33; 34) rechts von beiden Leimspuren (29; 30 bzw. 31; 32) vorgesehen sind.
  4. Mehrlagiges Etikett nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Deckblatt (4) mit seinem rechten Randbereich (5) auch das Grundblatt (1) überragt.
  5. Mehrlagiges Etikett nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der rechte Randbereich (5, 25) des Deckblattes (4, 24) mit einem Adhäsionskleber (6, 26) beschichtet ist.
  6. Mehrlagiges Etikett nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Grundblatt (1, 21) mit einer selbstklebenden Beschichtung (2, 22) versehen ist.
