- the geometry of the slats 12 is designed in such a way that the smallest possible blocking area for lateral movements of the insert element 2 with the loss angles ⁇ 1, ⁇ 3 arises, in which the warp thread 3 could jump sideways over the stop lug 14. This is done by arching the stop nose 14 on the stop side 21 outwards and on the rear side to the longitudinal yoke 13 in order to stop the weft thread 7.
- the greatest slope on the rear side of the stop lug 14 forms an angle 24 of less than 95 ° with the connecting degrees 23 from the saddle point 28 lying one after the other in the direction of rotation 9 to the tip of the stop lug.
- the saddle point 20 of the longitudinal yoke 13 with radius R 1 lies directly in front of the holding nose 15, in order to catch the warp thread safely and to get by only with a small increase in the holding nose 15, which also only produces a small loss angle ⁇ 2, in which the warp thread could spring back sideways.
- the lamellae 12 act in the area between the firing channel 18 and the longitudinal yoke 13 like leaf springs 26, which could give in to forces transverse to the direction of rotation 9.
- the bending stiffness of these leaf springs 26 and the deflecting forces on the warp threads are coordinated with one another in such a way that there are no impermissible deflections transverse to the direction of rotation 9.
- the slats 12 are designed in areas with thread contact without sharp edges, are gently rounded and provided with smooth surfaces. The surfaces not only have a low coefficient of friction, but they are also made of wear-resistant material.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a row shed weaving machine with a weaving rotor and with insert elements which insert the warp threads into shed-forming high and low points of the weaving rotor, while the weaving rotor combs the compartments formed in this way all the way to the stop of a shot that has been shot in the meantime on a stop bar, and the weaving rotor transversely has combs with gaps and lamellae in the direction of rotation.
Row shed looms with weaving rotors are shown in the patents DE-OS 23 18 795, SU 186 898 and EP 0 196 349. A problem for row shed weaving machines is that the geometry of the shed-forming elements and the stop lamellae cannot be reduced arbitrarily in order to produce dense fabric. There are mechanical limits to the precision of inserting the warp threads in gaps and the restriction of the width of the gaps.
The invention provides a remedy here. It solves the task of inserting warp threads tightly. According to the invention, the object is achieved in that at least one per gap Warp thread is inserted that the low points of a warp thread lie in gaps that are aligned in the direction of rotation, that the high points for a warp thread are each formed by a longitudinal yoke along the direction of rotation from the weaving rotor as a saddle point between a stop lug and a holding lug that is aligned with the same in the direction of rotation on a lamella, and that the warp thread of a gap is inserted over a longitudinal yoke and around the retaining lug of lamellae which are aligned with one another in the direction of rotation and allocated to it.
The advantages of the invention lie in the fact that relatively dense fabrics are produced, that warp threads crossing in the top view of the weaving rotor are prevented and that the risk of incorrect insertion is reduced. The dependent claims 2 to 11 relate to advantageous developments of the invention.

In the figures, a row shed weaving machine with a weaving rotor and with insert elements according to claim 1 is shown, which insert the warp threads into shed-forming high and low points of the weaving rotor, while the weaving rotor combs the compartments thus formed all the way through to a stop bar until a weft that has been shot in the meantime. According to the invention, warp threads are inserted into the gaps of the combs, the low points of a warp thread lying in gaps aligned in the direction of rotation and the high points for a warp thread through a longitudinal yoke along the direction of rotation as the saddle point of lamellae aligned with the warp direction and allocated to the warp thread between a stop nose and a retaining lug are formed. In the case of two warp threads in a gap, the left-hand warp thread is assigned to the left-hand warp thread and the right-hand warp thread to the right-hand adjacent slats for possible high points.
In Figure 1, the last three rows of
In Figure 2, the position of the
The geometric relationships are described in more detail in FIGS. 3 and 4. The movements between the weaving rotor 1 and the
In Figure 5, starting from a zero position in which a
The influence of the lamella shape is shown in FIG. In order to keep the effect of the

The
