Fig.1 zeigt eine in der Gesamtheit mit 100 bezeichnete Schienen-Schleifmaschine, welche im wesentlichen einen zur Aufnahme einer ersten Schleifvorrichtung 10 sowie einer zweiten Schleifvorrichtung 20 ausgebildeten ersten Grundrahmen 30 umfasst. An dem ersten Grundrahmen 30 sind in Transportrichtung X gesehen im Abstand zueinander angeordnete Laufrollen 31 und 32 vorgesehen, welche auf der einen Schiene 2 einer aus zwei parallel zueinander angeordneten Schienen 2,2' gebildeten Geleise 1 angeordnet sind. Weiterhin sind an dem Grundrahmen 30 entsprechende Führungsrollen 3 und 4 vorgesehen.
Die erste Schleifvorrichtung 10 dient zum Bearbeiten der Schienenoberfläche in Längsrichtung und die zweite Schleifvorrichtung 20 zur Bearbeitung der Schiene in Querrichtung. Hierzu sind beide Schleifvorrichtungen 10 und 20 über nicht näher dargestellte Elemente in Pfeilrichtung Z und Z' relativ zur Schienenoberfläche höhenverstellbar ausgebildet.
Die erste Schleifvorrichtung 10 ist zudem um einen quer zur Transportrichtung X der Schienen-Schleifmaschine 100 orientierten Achskörper 11 in Pfeilrichtung X' schwenkbar. Zwischen den beiden Längsträgern 46' und 46'' sind die beiden Laufrollen 31' und 32' angeordnet und entsprechend gelagert. Beim Fahren der gesamten Schienen-Schleifmaschine 100 wird, nach dem Lösen der Spindelvorrichtung, das Rahmenteil 46 mit den beiden Laufrollen 31',32' durch die Rückstellkraft der Gasdruckfedern 49,49' in Pfeilrichtung Y', wie in Fig.4 dargestellt, gegen die Schiene 2' gedrückt.
Mit der federelastischen Rückstellkraft der Gasdruckfedern 49,49' wird erreicht, dass die beiden Laufrollen 31' und 32' mit dem Rahmenteil 46 bei etwaigen Spuränderungen oder aber in Kurven sich an den jeweiligen Abstand der beiden Schienen 2,2' automatisch anpasst.
Die vorstehend beschriebene Eingleisvorrichtung 75 kann auf einfache Art und Weise an bereits vorhandene Schienen-Schleifmaschinen angebracht werden. Claims (4)
- A track grinder, which comprises a first base frame (30), which is disposed with track rollers (31, 32) on a first rail (2), for receiving a grinding apparatus (10), and a second base frame (45), which is disposed with track rollers (31', 32') on a second rail (2'), for receiving a re-railing device (75) by means of which the second base frame (45) can be adjusted transversely to the longitudinal direction of the rails in relation to the first base frame (30), wherein the second base frame (45) is disposed on a guide tube (44) attached to the first base frame (30), characterised in that the second base frame (45) comprises a first frame part (40) having a supporting part (43) for mounting a threaded spindle (62) as well as a second frame part (46) having a supporting part (51) for mounting the threaded spindle (62), by means of which spindle the second frame part (46) can be preset transversely to the longitudinal direction of the rails in relation to the first frame part (40) against the pressure of at least one force storage device (49, 49') in such a way that in operation the two track rollers (31', 32') disposed on the second base frame are disposed resiliently seated against the second running rail (2') due to the restoring force of the force storage device (49, 49').
- A track grinder according to claim 1, characterised in that the threaded spindle (62) is disposed with one end fixed to the supporting part (43) of the frame part (40) and is attached at its other end via a spindle nut (65) functionally connected to the associated supporting part (51) to a handwheel (61) in such a way that on rotating the handwheel (61) the second frame part (46) is adjustable.
- A track grinder according to claim 2, characterised in that the spindle nut (65) functionally connected to the handwheel (61) is mounted in a holding piece (64) disposed on and secured to a supporting part (51) secured to the adjustable frame part (46).
- A track grinder according to claim 1, characterised in that at least one coil spring or gas pressure spring (49, 49') is provided as the force storage device (49, 49'), which is disposed and mounted with one end on the first frame part (40) and with its other end on the second frame part (46) of the second base frame (45).
