Claims (9)

  1. Véhicule ferroviaire à plancher bas qui présente au moins deux superstructures (1,2) accouplées par une articulation (3) et un dispositif de roulement à un essieu (4) placé à côté de l'articulation (3), sous une superstructure (1), qui est essentiellement formé par un châssis (5) et deux roues (6), caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de roulement (4) et la superstructure (1) sont reliés entre eux par un axe de rotation vertical (8) coupant l'axe longitudinal (7) du véhicule et disposé avec un écart longitudinal (L) par rapport à l'axe central (6a) des deux roues (6), sachant que l'espace au-dessus d'un arbre d'essieu monté (6a') à travers lequel s'étend l'axe central (6a) ne contient aucune pièce du dispositif de roulement.
  2. Véhicule à plancher bas selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, pour transmettre des forces longitudinales et transversales, est prévu un levier triangulé (9) passant sous l'arbre de l'essieu monté (6a') des roues (6), qui est fixé par deux extrémités au châssis (5) du dispositif de roulement par le biais de paliers horizontaux (5a) et par sa troisième extrémité à l'axe de rotation vertical (8).
  3. Véhicule à plancher bas selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'axe de rotation vertical (8) est constitué par un coussinet sphérique (8a) fixé à la superstructure (1).
  4. Véhicule à plancher bas selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de roulement (4) peut être réglé dans la direction radiale par une timonerie (10) en fonction des mouvements des superstructures (1, 2) roulant sur une voie en courbe.
  5. Véhicule à plancher bas selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'un levier (10a) faisant partie de la timonerie (10) et relié au dispositif de roulement se trouve sous l'arbre de l'essieu monté (6a') des roues (6).
  6. Véhicule à plancher bas selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de roulement (4) présente un niveau de suspension primaire et un niveau de suspension secondaire.
  7. Véhicule à plancher bas selon la revendication 6, caractérisé par des ressorts primaires (11) disposés en angle l'un par rapport à l'autre qui transmettent des forces longitudinales et radiales entre un roulement de roue (6b) et le châssis (5) du dispositif de roulement.
  8. Véhicule à plancher bas selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que, directement entre le châssis (5) du dispositif de roulement et la superstructure (1), sont disposés des ressorts secondaires (12) pouvant être sollicités comme des ressorts à boudin flexibles.
  9. Véhicule à plancher bas selon les revendications 2,4 et 8, caractérisé en ce que le levier triangulé (9) et la timonerie (10) sont fixés aux mêmes éléments - superstructure (1) et châssis (5) du dispositif de roulement -, de sorte que, lorsque les ressorts secondaires (12) se compriment, ces éléments (1, 5) effectuent des mouvements ascendants et descendants identiques, ce qui permet d'éviter des erreurs de direction.
