Claims (4)

  1. Dispositif de blindage de tranchée avec des plaques de blindage et des dispositifs destinés à recevoir des étrésillons pouvant être placés entre deux plaques de blindage parallèles et maintenant celles-ci écartées, chaque plaque de blindage étant constituée par un corps de plaque formé de deux tôles de recouvrement parallèles et d'éléments de nervures en tôle disposés entre celles-ci dans la direction longitudinale de la plaque de blindage (direction longitudinale de la tranchée), ces éléments étant traversés par des tubes de renforcement disposés perpendiculairement aux axes longitudinaux des éléments de nervures ainsi que par un cadre de plaque délimitant le corps de plaque et constitué d'une traverse d'enclume supérieure, d'un profil de fermeture inférieur et de profilés de fermeture latéraux,
    caractérisé en ce que chaque plaque de recouvrement (23, 25) est assemblée à des éléments de nervures (24) qui sont constitués de corps pliés ou cintrés, de façon à obtenir une section trapézoïdale et soudée à la tôle de recouvrement (23, 25), tandis qu'une partie de la tôle de recouvrement (23, 25) constitue le côté de base (29) du trapèze,
    en ce que ces éléments de nervures (24) s'étendant horizontalement par-dessus les tôles de recouvrement (23, 25) présentent à leur base une distance les uns par rapport aux autres qui est égale à la largeur du côté de recouvrement (28) de l'élément de nervures (4),
    en ce que les éléments de nervures (24) de l'une des deux tôles de recouvrement (23) d'une plaque de blindage (1) sont décalés par rapport aux éléments de nervures (24) de l'autre tôle de recouvrement (25), perpendiculairement à l'axe longitudinal des éléments de nervures (23, 25) et sont assemblées solidement à la tôle de recouvrement (23) ou (25) qui leur est oposée, et
    en ce que le profilés de fermeture latéraux (7) situés dans le plan des plaques de blindage sont ouverts sur le côté tourné vers l'intérieur de la tranchée et sont disposés de façon qu'ils puissent recevoir, avec emboîtement, les sabots d'appui montés aux extrémités des étrésillons et qu'ils ne fassent pas saillie par rapport à la face de la plaque de blindage (1) tournée vers l'intérieur de la tranchée.
  2. Dispositif de blindage de tranchée avec des plaques de blindage et des dispositifs destinés à recevoir des étrésillons pouvant être montés entre deux plaques de blindage parallèles et maintenant celles-ci à distance, chaque plaque de blindage étant constituée par un corps de plaque formé de deux tôles de recouvrement parallèles et d'éléments de nervures en tôle disposés entre celles-ci dans la direction longitudinale de la plaque de blindage (direction longitudinale de la tranchée) qui sont traversées par des tubes de renforcement disposés perpendiculairement aux axes longitudinaux des éléments de nervures ainsi que d'un cadre de plaque délimitant le corps de plaque qui est constitué d'une traverse d'enclume supérieure, d'un profilé de fermeture inférieur et de profilés de fermeture latéraux,
    caractérisé
    en ce que la tôle de recouvrement (23) du côté de la tranchée est assemblée à des éléments de nervures (24) qui sont constitués de corps pliés ou cintrés de façon à obtenir une section trapézoïdale et qui sont soudés à la tôle de recouvrement (23) tandis qu'une partie de la tôle de recouvrement (23) constitue le côté de base (29) du trapèze,
    en ce que ces éléments de nervures (24) s'étendant horizontalement par-dessus la tôle de recouvrement (23) présentent à leur base une distance les uns par rapport aux autres qui est égale à la largeur du côté de recouvrement (28) de l'élément de nervures (24),
    en ce que les bords des côtés de recouvrement (28) de deux éléments de nervures voisins (24) ainsi que d'un élément de nervures (24) et du profilé de fermeture latéral (7) voisin de celui-ci sont assemblées les uns aux autres par des plaques de tôle soudées (30) qui forment, avec les côtés de recouvrement (28) de ces éléments de nervures (24), une tôle de recouvrement intérieure et que les profilés de fermeture latéraux (7) situés dans le plan des plaques de blindage sont ouverts sur le côté tourné vers l'intérieur de la tranchée et sont disposés de façon à pouvoir recevoir par emboîtement les sabots d'appui disposés aux extrémités des étrésillons et en ce qu'ils ne font pas saillie sur le côté de la plaque de blindage (1) tournée vers l'intérieur de la tranchée.
  3. Dispositif de blindage de tranchée selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les profilés de fermetures latéraux (7) sont constitués de deux profilés en U ou en C (9, 10) tournés l'un vers l'autre par leurs ailes et d'un autre profilé en U ou en C (11) tourné de 90° par rapport à ceux-ci, qui est ouvert vers le côté intérieur de la tranchée et est disposé de manière à recevoir par emboîtement les sabots d'appui disposés aux extrémités des étrésillons.
  4. Dispositif de blindage de tranchée selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de nervures (24) de l'une des moitiés de plaque et ceux de l'autre moitié de plaque sont assemblés par collage à la tôle de recouvrement (23, 25) de l'autre moitié de plaque qui est tourné vers eux.
