Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Schließkeil mit einer geschlossenen Schließöse, welcher als Widerlager wenigstens eines Riegels, insbesondere einer Falle eines Tür- oder Klappenschlosses dient und auf den Riegel quer zur Achsrichtung der Schließöse einwirkende Kräfte abstützt, wie z. B. in der DE 39 36 426 A1 beschrieben.
Bekannte, als Drehfallenschlösser unterschiedlichster Konstruktionsarten ausgeführte Fahrzeugtür- oder -klappenschlösser (DE 32 30 682 A1) wirken in der Regel mit solchen Schließkeilen zusammen, wobei sich die gegabelte Schloßdrehfalle bzw. deren Hauptrastschenkel bei geschlossener Tür in nahezu formschlüssigem Eingriff mit der Schließöse befindet. Dadurch wird die Schließstellung der jeweiligen Tür gegen unbefugte Eindringversuche und auch gegen stärkere Erschütterungen, z. B. bei einem unfallbedingten Aufprall, hinreichend gesichert. Diese Schlösser bzw. Türen können nur durch Einwirkung auf das Schloß selbst, z. B. durch Ausheben einer die Schloßfalle sichernden Sperrklinke geöffnet werden.

Die beiden Achsen 6 und 8 sind windschief, d. h. sie liegen nicht in einer Ebene. In einer gedachten Parallelverschiebung in eine gemeinsame Ebene würden sie sich im rechten Winkel schneiden.
In der dargestellten Stellung spannt also der federbelastete Sperrhebel 9 das bewegbare Teil 7 bzw. dessen freies Ende 7E gegen das freie Ende 5E des festen Winkelteils 5.

Das feste Winkelstück 5 ist an die Abkantungen 16 angesetzt. Des weiteren ist die Achse 6 als Bolzen ebenfalls durch die parallel übereinanderliegenden Abkantungen 16 gesteckt.
Auf der anderen Seite der Grundplatte 4 ist als Träger der Achse 8, der Feder 15 und des zweiarmigen Sperrhebels 9 ein aus einem U-förmig gebogenen Blechteil gebildeter Lagerbock 18 befestigt, dessen beide Schenkel 19 zwischen sich die Feder 15 einschließen. In dem Bereich, in welchem die Fußseiten der Schenkel den Schlitz 17 überdecken, sind sie mit Ausnehmungen 20 versehen, in welche das bewegbare Teil 7 eintauchen kann.

Claims (11)

  1. Shutting device with a closed locking lug (2) which serves as the abutment of at least one key-bolt (3), a latch or a door flap lock (3) in particular, for supporting the key-bolt (3) against forces acting across the axial direction of the locking lug (2),
    wherein
    - there is a movable member (7), with a free end (7E), which, in the case of a closed locking lug (2), is unmoveably supported to form the abutment, and
    - a support (9), which can lift, of the movable member (7), whereby, after the lifting of the support, opening of the locking lug (2) when the abutment is loaded in the direction of opening transverse to the axial direction (A) of the locking lug (2), is possible.
  2. Shutting device in accordance with claim 1,
    wherein
    there is a fixed angle-piece (5) of the locking lug (2) next to the movable member (7) with a free end (5E), whereby the free ends (5E, 7E) of the two members (5, 7) at least abut against each other and the two members (5, 7) enclose the locking lug (2) when it is locked.
  3. Shutting device in accordance with claim 1 or 2,
    wherein
    there is a shaft (6) which runs parallel to the axial direction (A) of the locking lug (2) and on which the movable member (7) of the locking lug (2) is hinged.
  4. Shutting device in accordance with claim 3,
    wherein
    - the movable member (7) is an angled form with two sides, one of which has the free end (7E), the other side, which is away from the free end (7E) and on the other side of the angle bend, being penetrated by the shaft (6), and
    - the support (9) touches the movable member (7) at a distance from the shaft (6) near to the apex of the bend in the movable member (7).
  5. Shutting device in accordance with any one of the preceding claims,
    wherein
    there is a locking lever (9) which is supported on a shaft (8), such that it can pivot on this said shaft, with a free end (10E) for directly supporting the movable member (7) and which can pivot, by means of a fulcrum (12) of an operative connection (13), about its shaft (8), to lift the support.
  6. Shutting device in accordance with claim 5,
    wherein
    there is a two-armed development of the locking lever (9), in relation to the shaft (8), with two arms (10, 11), one of which (10) has the free end (10E) and the other of which is provided with the fulcrum (12).
  7. Shutting device in accordance with claim 5 or 6,
    wherein
    there is a spring (15) to prestress the locking lever (9) into its position in which it secures the support of the movable member (7).
  8. Shutting device in accordance with claims 2 and 7,
    wherein
    the spring-loaded locking lever (9) is indirectly supported by means of the movable member (7) and its free end (7E) on the free end (5E) of the fixed angle-piece (5).
  9. Shutting device in accordance with any one of the preceding claims,
    wherein
    there is a spring (14) for prestressing the movable member (7) in the position in which it locks the locking lug (2) into its idle position.
  10. Shutting device in accordance with claim 2,
    wherein
    there is shaping of the free ends (5E or 7E) of the fixed angle-piece (5) or the movable member (7), which enables form-locking engagement of the free ends (5E, 7E) in each other projected in the axial direction (A) of the locking lug (2), in order to guarantee support of the movable member (7) at its free end (7E) in the axial direction of the locking lug (2).
  11. Use of a shutting device in accordance with any one of the preceding claims in an emergency release device for swinging or hinged doors of vehicles for the transport of persons, provided with a turning latch lock, in particular.
