Abstract
Description
The invention relates to an interchangeable wear part, in particular a wear plate or wear shoe, for protecting components against abrasive removal, in particular in machine-technical facilities, such as, for example, woodworking and wood crushing machines and the like, or for at least partially armoring on walls exposed to abrasion.
Wear parts or armor and the like have the purpose of preventing abrasion of construction or machine parts from material removal or keeping them as low as possible in order to increase the service life of such parts and / or operational safety. Wear elements are often used in machines in order to counteract a change in the geometric conditions by ablation, which can have a disruptive effect on the work functions. Armor can be easily made by frequently welding wear-resistant filler metal to the component or machine part. However, this has the disadvantage that distortion phenomena can occur due to the introduction of heat into the part, and a costly rework is usually required to smooth the surface.
It is known to manufacture interchangeable wear parts from materials which have a high resistance to abrasive removal. Such hard or hardened materials are usually very brittle, so that there is a high risk of breakage of the wearing part, particularly in the case of impact loads. Furthermore, these materials cannot be welded or can only be welded inadequately, so that the wearing elements are usually fastened by means of continuous bolts or screws, which is also a problem Represents weakening of the element. In practical operation, an end-face removal of the fastening element and a scouring out of the wearing part in the adjacent area of the bore may occur. In addition, the stability of the attachment is usually not sufficient.
The invention has for its object to provide an interchangeable wear part of the type mentioned, which has high wear resistance and durability, has low risk of breakage and is easy to attach with high stability. This object is achieved in that the wearing part is formed from a base part made of tough material and a support part made of a material having a high wear resistance, the base part and the support part being connected to one another over a large area and the base part having a fastening element by means of which the wear part is releasably attachable to the component. Es zeigen in schematischer Darstellung
- Fig. 1 einen Schnitt durch einen erfindungsgemäßen Verschleißteil,
- Fig. 1a ein Detail zur Verbindung eines Befestigungselementes,

- 1a shows a detail for connecting a fastening element,
- Fig. 2 shows a wearing part A according to the invention and a conventional wearing part B in a device for cutting wood.
The wearing
