Claims (13)
- Vorrichtung zum Biegen von Hohlprofilleisten (1), zu Abstandhalterrahmen für Isolierglasscheiben mit einer Klemme (2), die eine an eine Seitenfläche (40) der zu biegenden Hohlprofilleiste (1) anlegbare, bewegliche Klemmbacke (4) umfaßt, mit einer Auflage (6) für die Hohlprofilleiste (1) im Bereich der Klemme, mit einem der Klemme (2) zugeordneten Biegewiderlager (20), um das herum gebogen wird, das beim Biegevorgang gegen die später die Innenecke bildende Wand der Hohlprofilleiste (1) anliegt und das an einem Träger (21) gehalten ist, der sowohl in oder parallel zur Symmeterieebene der Klemme (2) als auch senkrecht zu dieser Symmetrieebene zum Wegbewegen des Biegewiderlagers (20) aus der Biegeebene verstellbar ist, mit einer Anlagefläche für die abgewinkelten Teile der Hohlprofilleiste (1) und mit einem gegenüber der Klemme (2) zum Ausführen des Biegevorganges verschwenkbaren Biegehebel (50), der an dem über die Klemme (2) überstehenden Abschnitt der Hohlprofilleiste (1) angreift dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemme (2) eine zweite, ortsfeste Klemmbacke (3) umfaßt, daß die vordere Spitze des Biegewiderlagers (20) einen wulstartigen Ansatz (35) trägt, von zwei zur Längserstreckung des Biegewiderlagers (20) einen spitzen Winkel einschließenden Schrägflächen (36) begrenzt sowie schmaler ausgebildet ist als der lichte Abstand zwischen den einander zugekehrten und an den Seitenflächen (40) der Hohlprofilleiste (1) anliegenden Flächen der Klemmbacken (3, 4) und daß die Verstellbarkeit des Biegewiderlagers derart gestaltet ist, daß die vordere Spitze des Biegewiderlagers (20) in dessen Wirkstellung soweit zwischen die Klemmbacken (3, 4) der Klemme (2) eingreift, daß die später die Innenecke bildende Wand der Hohlprofilleiste (1) vom Biegewiderlager (20) etwas eingewölbt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (21) für das Biegewiderlager (20) um eine zur Symmetrieebene der Klemme (2) senkrechte Achse (Lager 26) verschwenkbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (21) für das Biegewiderlager (20) senkrecht zur Symmetrieebene der Klemme (2) verschiebbar in einer Halterung (31) geführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (21) für das Biegewiderlager (20) auf einem Hebel (25) montiert ist, der an der Vorrichtung um eine zur Symmetrieebene der Klemme (2) senkrechte Achse verschwenkbar gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 3 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (21) für das Biegewiderlager (20) in der am Hebel (25) befestigten Halterung (31) über wenigstens zwei Führungsstangen (30) oder Führungsschienen senkrecht zur Symmetrieebene der Klemme (2) verschiebbar geführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Biegewiderlager (20) an seinem Träger (21) auswechselbar befestigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Biegewiderlager (20) am Träger (21) in eine am Träger (21) vorgesehene Nut (23) mit Gleitsitz eingesetzt und mit Hilfe einer Befestigungsvorrichtung, z.B. einer Schraube (24), festgelegt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die ortsfeste Klemmbacke (3) der Klemme (2) am Gestell der Vorrichtung befestigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Führung der beweglichen Klemmbacke (4) gegenüber der ortsfesten Klemmbacke (3) Führungsstangen (5, 6), die senkrecht zur Symmetrieebene der Klemme (2) ausgerichtet sind, vorgesehen sind, die in Bohrungen in einer der Klemmbacken (3, 4) mit Gleitsitz eingreifen, und daß die Führungsstangen (6) gleichzeitig die Auflage für die zu biegende Hohlprofilleiste bilden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die bewegliche Klemmbacke (4) mit einem Linearmotor, z.B. einem Druckmittelzylinder, über einen Hebel(8)-Zugstangen(9)-Antrieb gekuppelt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die ortsfeste Klemmbacke (3) an ihrer dem Biegewiderlager (20) zugekehrten Seite eine Stufe (42) aufweist, und daß das Biegewiderlager (20) eine in die Stufe (42) bei in Wirklage befindlichem Biegewiderlager (20) eingreifende Gegenfläche (41) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Biegehebel (50) um eine zur Symmetrieebene der Klemme (2) senkrechte Achse (37) verschwenkbar ist, die zur Achse des Wulstes (35) am vorderen Ende des Biegewiderlagers (20) koaxial ist, wenn sich das Biegewiderlager (20) in seiner Wirkstellung befindet.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenkachse (Lager 26) des den Träger (21) für das Biegewiderlager (20) tragenden Hebels (25) gegenüber der Schwenkachse (37) für den Biegehebel (50) versetzt ist.
