Claims (31)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Aufbringen eines flüssigen Stoffes, insbesondere einer Haftkleberemulsion für bituminöse Straßendecken, auf die Oberfläche einer Straße (C), welche an einer fahrbaren Maschine (1) wenigstens eine Aufbringrampe (18) aufweist, längs derer die Aufbringung wenigstens teilweise durchgeführt wird, wobei die genannte Rampe mit einem Zufuhrsystem für die Emulsion verbunden ist, und die wenigstens eine Kammer (19) umfaßt, die auf dem Teil, der dazu bestimmt ist, der Straße (C) zugekehrt zu sein, wenigstens eine Öffnung aufweist, wobei die genannte Kammer (19) mit Zufuhr- und Zerstäubungsmitteln (27, 28, 29) verbunden ist, die gestatten, dem Inneren der genannten Kammer (19) eine zerstäubte Emulsion zuzuführen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die genannte Kammer (19) auch mit Abstoßungsmitteln verbunden ist, die sich auf der inneren Verkleidung der Kammer befinden, die dazu bestimmt sind, die Abgabe der zerstäubten Emulsion auf die Straße (C) quer über die genannte Öffnung zu unterstützen.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abstoßungsmittel einen Überzug der Wände, die die genannte Kammer (19) begrenzen, aus einem Material umfaßt, das eine schwache oder im wesentlichen keine Adhäsion an der Haftkleberemulsion aufweist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein den genannten Überzug bildendes Material vom Typ Polytetrafluorethylen ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3 zum Aufbringen einer ionischen oder elektrisch geladenen Haftkleberemulsion, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die genannte Kammer (19) von der Masse der fahrbaren Maschine (1) elektrisch isoliert ist, wobei die Wände der genannten Kammer (19) mit einer mit derjenigen der Emulsion identischen Polarität elektrisch geladen sind.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wände der genannten Kammer wenigstens teilweise aus Metallmaterial, insbesondere aus einem nicht oxidierbaren Metallmaterial sind.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wände der Kammer (19) positiv geladen sind, wobei die Emulsion eine kationische Emulsion ist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Länge der Kammer (19) einstellbar ist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kammer (19) einen Hauptteil (20) aufweist, der mit Mitteln (21, 22, 23, 24, 25) verbunden ist, die eine seitliche Erweiterung des genannten Hauptteils gestatten.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kammer (19) einen Hauptteil (20) aufweist, der sich im wesentlichen über eine Breite der fahrbaren Maschine (1) erstreckt und an jedem seiner Enden mit den Mitteln zur seitlichen Erweiterung (21, 22, 23, 24, 25) verbunden ist.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Kammer (19), als Ganzes oder ein Teil davon, durch die Wände eines Kastens begrenzt ist, der auf seinem der Straße zugekehrten Teil mit einer Öffnung versehen ist.
  11. Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 9 und 10 in Kombination, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hauptteil der Kammer (19) durch einen zentralen Kasten (20) begrenzt ist, der sich im wesentlichen über eine Breite der fahrbaren Maschine (1) erstreckt, und der an jedem seiner Enden mit einem seitlichen Kasten (21, 22) verbunden ist, welcher durch Ineinandergreifen dicht mit dem zentralen Kasten verbunden ist, wobei die Länge des relativen Ineinandergreifens des zentralen Kastens und eines seitlichen Kastens einstellbar ist.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, in Kombination mit Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Länge der Kammer (19) mittels hydraulischer Arbeitszylinder (23, 24) einstellbar ist.
  13. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zufuhr- und Zerstäubungsmittel einen pneumatischen Zerstäuber (27) umfassen, der mit einer Zuführung für die Emulsion (29) und einer Zuführung für unter Druck stehendes Gas (28) verbunden ist.
  14. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das unter Druck stehende Gas Druckluft ist.
  15. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zufuhr- und Zerstäubungsmittel (27, 28, 29) in Richtung auf jedes der Enden der Kammer (19) und/oder in Richtung auf ihr Mittelteil verteilt sind.
  16. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnung der Kammer wenigstens teilweise von geschmeidigen Schürzen (31, 32) umgeben ist, die sich in der Betriebsstellung der Rampe (18) von der genannten Öffnung bis im wesentlichen zur Oberfläche der Straße (C) erstrecken.
  17. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnung der Kammer (19) wenigstens teilweise von einem Luftvorhang oder von Luftvorhängen (33) aus Gebläseluft umgeben ist.
  18. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kammer (19) mit einer Zufuhrdüse (30) für Gas oder warme Luft verbunden ist.
  19. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rampe (18) mit Mitteln (26) verbunden ist, die an der fahrbaren Maschine (1) angebracht sind und es gestatten, die genannte Rampe (18) in bezug auf die Straße (C) in Betriebsstellung zu bringen oder anzuheben.
  20. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die genannten Mittel zum Bringen in Betriebsstellung oder zum Anheben hydraulische Arbeitszylinder (26) sind.
  21. Straßenbaumaschine vom Straßenfertigertyp, die auf einem Rahmen, der auf Fortbewegungsmitteln (2) angebracht ist, Mittel (5) zum Aufbringen bituminöser Straßendecken und Zuführmittel (4) für die genannten Aufbringmittel (5) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine Vorrichtung (7) zum Aufbringen einer Haftkleberemulsion für die genannten Straßendecken auf die Oberfläche einer Straße (C) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 20 aufweist.
  22. Maschine nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung (7) zum Aufbringen einer Haftkleberemulsion in bezug auf die Bewegungsrichtung der Maschine beim Auftragen der Straßendecken am hinteren Teil des Rahmens angeordnet ist.
  23. Maschine nach Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung (7) zum Aufbringen einer Haftkleberemulsion zwischen den Fortbewegungsmitteln (2) der genannten Maschine und den Mitteln (5) zum Aufbringen der bituminösen Straßendecken angeordnet ist.
  24. Maschine nach Anspruch 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Vorrichtung zum Aufbringen (7) einer Haftkleberemulsion unter dem Teil der Zuführmittel angeordnet ist, die sich in bezug auf die Mitte der Fortbewegung der Maschine während des Aufbringens der Straßendecke am hinteren Teil des Rahmens befinden.
  25. Maschine nach Anspruch 24, bei der die Zufuhrmittel ein Zufuhrband aufweisen, das das Befördern der Materialien von einem nach dem Vorderteil der Maschine hin gelegenen Bereich (4) zu einem nach ihrem hinteren Teil gelegenen Bereich (5) gestattet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das genannte Zufuhrband in seinem hinteren Teil direkt über den Mitteln (7) zum Aufbringen einer Haftkleberemulsion im wesentlichen angehoben und/oder geneigt ist.
  26. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 21 bis 25, die eine Führerkabine (3) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie einen auf der Führerkabine (3) angebrachten Emulsionsbehälter (13) aufweist.
  27. Maschine nach Anspruch 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein austauschbarer Behälter an hydraulischen Arbeitszylindern (14) einstellbarer Höhe angebracht ist.
  28. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 21 bis 27, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie einen wärmeisolierten Emulsionsbehälter umfaßt.
  29. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 21 bis 28, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine Dosiereinheit für die Emulsion aufweist, die eine die Zerstäubungsmittel speisende Dosierpumpe umfaßt.
  30. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 21 bis 29, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie einen Regelungsaufbau aufweist, der das Regeln des Ausbringens oder der Unterbrechung der Zufuhr in Verbindung mit der Fortbewegung und der Geschwindigkeit der Maschine gestattet.
  31. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 21 bis 30, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung zum Aufbringen, mit welcher sie verbunden ist, fähig ist, schnell vom Rahmen der Maschine getrennt zu werden.
