Claims (9)

  1. Verfahren zur Herstellung isolierender HourdissteinSchalkörper (1) aus geschäumtem Kunststoff, insbesondere formgeschäumtem Polystyrol,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    es im wesentlichen darin besteht, beim Formen durch Formschäumen des Kunststoffes zumindest ein Längsprofil (2) in den entstehenden Schaum einzubringen und vollkommen mit dem Schaum zu bedecken.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Längsprofil (2) aus einem Feinblech aus abgekantetem Metall besteht.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Längsprofil (2) aus einem steifen, extrudierten Kunststoff, wie PVC oder dergleichen, besteht.
  4. Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie im wesentlichen aus einer Maschine (3) zum kontinuierlichen oder unterbrochenen Formen durch Formschäumen von Kunststoff besteht, wobei die Form (4) an ihrem hinteren Rand mit wenigstens einer abgedichteten Öffnung (5) zum Einführen wenigstens eines Längsprofils (2) durch eine Einrichtung (6) zum Einsetzen des oder der Profile (2) in die Form (4) und gegebenenfalls durch eine Vorrichtung (7) zur kontinuierlichen Profilherstellung versehen ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung (6) zum Einsetzen des oder der Profile (2) in die Form (4) in vorteilhafter Weise in Form eines beweglichen Wagens (8) ausgeführt ist, der in Längsrichtung auf dem Gehäuse der Formmaschine (3) mittels wenigstens einer Schiebeführung (9) verschiebbar befestigt ist und an seinem der Maschine (3) entgegengesetzten Ende einen Querträger (10) zum Halten des oder der Profile (2) aufweist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halterung der Profile (2) entweder durch eine oder mehrere auf dem Querträger (10) angeordnete Lageraufnahmen oder durch in Längsrichtung geöffnete und durch Schrauben (12) betätigte Spannklemmen (11) gewährleistet ist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung (7) zur kontinuierlichen Herstellung von Profilen (2) in vorteilhafter Weise entweder in Form einer kontinuierlich oder taktweise arbeitenden Blechbiegemaschine oder in Form einer Spritzgießmaschine ausgeführt ist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung (7) am Auslaß der Profile (2) mit einer Vorrichtung (13) zum Ablängen der Profile (2) auf die gewünschte Länge versehen ist.
  9. Hourdissteine, erhalten durch Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3 mittels der Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie aus formgeschäumtem Kunststoff bestehen und wenigstens ein Längsprofil (2) aufweisen, das beim Formen in ihre Masse eingebracht wird.
