Claims (9)
- Procédé de préparation pour l'impression d'une unité d'impression, qui comporte un mécanisme encreur équipé d'un cylindre tramé (5,26) coopérant avec une racle (7,28) et qui peut être recouvert par une enveloppe tramée interchangeable (6,20,21,27), qui comporte des alvéoles (17,22) transmettant l'encre et qui est entraînée à la vitesse de rotation d'un cylindre porte-cliché et dont le diamètre est, à l'état prêt à fonctionner, égal au diamètre du cylindre porte-cliché (2,23) recouvert par un cliché (3), caractérisé en ce que pour la fabrication de l'enveloppe tramée (6,20,21,27), on équipe cette dernière d'une configuration d'alvéoles, qui est adaptée d'une manière aussi précise que l'on veut, dans la direction circonférentielle et/ou dans la direction longitudinale, au besoin en encre des zones correspondantes (11,12,13) du cliché (3), et on insère l'enveloppe tramée (6,20,21,27) ainsi que le cliché associé (3), auquel l'enveloppe tramée est adaptée, dans l'unité d'impression.
- Procédé suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'on équipe l'enveloppe tramée (20) d'une configuration d'alvéoles qui reproduit le sujet à imprimer (11,12,13).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'on fabrique l'enveloppe tramée (6,20, 21) à partir d'une plaque réalisée en un matériau dur.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise comme enveloppe tramée une douille (27).
- Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce qu'on fabrique l'enveloppe tramée (6) à partir d'une plaque cintrée d'héliogravure.
- Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce qu'on fabrique l'enveloppe tramée (21) à partir d'une plaque de sérigraphie.
- Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce qu'on fabrique l'enveloppe tramée à partir d'une douille d'héliogravue.
- Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'on fabrique l'enveloppe tramée (27) à partir d'une douille de sérigraphie.
- Unité d'impression pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon la revendication 1 pour des machines offset ou des machines typographiques, selon lequel entre le cylindre tramé (5,26) et le cylindre porte-cliché (2,3) est disposé un cylindre applicateur (4,25) possédant une surface flexible et dont le diamètre est égal au diamètre du cylindre porte-cliché (2,23) recouvert par le cliché (3) et est entraîné à la vitesse de rotation du cylindre porte-cliché, caractérisé en ce que
le cylindre tramé (5,26) est pourvu d'une enveloppe tramée (6,20,21,27), qui contient des zones (14,15,16) réceptives pour l'encre et entre lesquelles sont situées des zones répulsives pour l'encre et qui correspondent aux zones imprimantes (11,12, 13) ou aux zones non imprimantes du cliché (3,24).
