Claims (7)

1 - Dispositif d'encrage pour machines d'impression offset destinées à l'impression de feuilles ou de bandes, comprenant un cylindre porte-plaque qui reçoit l'encre nécessaire d'un rouleau toucheur possédant une surface élastique, qui présente le même diamètre que le cylindre porte-plaque et qui coopère avec un cylindre d'encrage auquel l'encre est amenée par un dispositif d'amenée de l'encre, caractérisé en ce qu'au cylindre d'en crage (8) est associé un dispositif d'amenée de l'encre qui produit une pellicule d'encre continue, en ce qu'au cylindre d'encrage (8) font suite deux rouleaux toucheurs (7, 7') possédant à peu près le même diamètre que le cylindre porte-plaque (6) et qui coopèrent avec le cylindre porte-plaque (6), et en ce que la somme des longueurs d'arcs (11) allant, considéré dans le sens de la rotation, de la zone de contact (26) du cylindre porte-plaque (6) avec le premier rouleau toucheur (7) à la zone de contact (17) avec le deuxiàme rouleau toucheur (7'), de cette zone, le long de la circonférence du deuxième rouleau toucheur (7') jusqu'à la zone de contact (18) avec le cylindre d'encrage (8) et, le long de la circonférence de ce cylindre, jusqu'à la zone de contact (19) avec le premier rouleau toucheur (7), est égale à la longueur d'arc (12) mesurée sur le premier rouleau toucheur (7), de la zone de contact (16) avec le cylindre porte-plaque (6) à la zone de contact (19) avec le cylindre d'encrage (8), plus la circonférence d'un rouleau toucheur (7), en ce que, au premier rouleau toucheur (7), considéré dans le sens de la rotation du cylindre porte-plaque (6), est associé un dispositif de mouillage (11) comprenant au moins un rouleau (14) qui transmet l'agent mouillant, et en ce que la transmission de l'agent mouillant au rouleau toucheur (7) se produit, considéré dans le sens de la rotation de ce rouleau, en amont de la zone de contact (16) entre ce rouleau et le cylindre porte-plaque (6) et en aval de la zone de contact (19) entre ce rouleau et le cylindre d'encrage (8).
2 - Dispositif d'encrage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre d'encrage (8) possède une surface dure, non élastique.
3 - Dispositif d'encrage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au cylindre d'encrage (8) est associé un dispositif d'amenée de l'encre, composé d'un encrier (9) muni d'un dispositif doseur d'encre (10).
4 - Dispositif d'encrage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au cylindre d'encrage (8) est associé, en amont de l'encrier (9) dans le sens de rotation de ce cylindre, un dispositif (20) servant à éliminer le profil d'encre résiduel.
5 - Dispositif d'encrage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au premier rouleau toucheur (7), est associé, en amont du cylindre porte-plaque (6) considéré dans le sens de la rotation de ce rouleau, un rouleau frotteur (31) muni d'une surface latérale chromée rugueuse.
6 - Dispositif d'encrage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les rouleaux toucheurs (7, 7') sont garnis, de la même façon qu'un cylindre d'impression, d'un tissu caoutchouté qui est tendu sur chaque rouleau toucheur (7), au moyen de dispositifs de tension logés dans une rainure-du rouleau, et qu'ils sont entraînés à la même vitesse de rotation que le cylindre porteplaque (6).
7 - Dispositif d'encrage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au cylindre d'encrage (8), est associé un dispositif d'amenée de l'encre composé de trois rouleaux encreurs (21, 22, 23), de deux rouleaux frotteurs (24, 25), d'un rouleau de transmission (26), d'un rouleau doseur (27), et d'un rouleau d'encrier (28) associé à un encrier (29).
