Claims (13)

  1. Dispositif pour déposer des sacs pourvus de fonds collés avec au moins un convoyeur à bande double comprimant les zones de fond des sacs par ses bandes de pression sans fin qui, avec ses bandes de pression sans fin superposées dans des plans verticaux et transportant entre elles les sacs qui se chevauchent à la manière d'écailles, entourent partiellement au moins deux cylindres de compression (2, 3) avec un trajet de transport en forme de S, ou lorsqu'il y a plus que deux cylindres de compression (2 à 5), avec un trajet de transport plusieurs fois en forme de S, caractérisé en ce que chacun des cylindres de compression (2, 3; 4, 5) est pourvu de bandes de pression propres (10, 11; 7, 8; 23, 24; 16, 18), que les extrémités d'émission des convoyeurs à bande double constitués des bandes de pression (10, 11; 7, 8; 23, 24; 16, 18) du cylindre de compression précédent (2, 4) transmettent les sacs qui se chevauchent à la manière d'écailles à la fente d'entrée du convoyeur à bande double du cylindre de compression (3, 5) suivant, et en ce que les bandes de pression respectivement extérieures (10, 8, 24, 18) du ou des convoyeurs à bande double ne sont pas entraînés.
  2. Dispositif de dépôt selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que sont prévues deux paires de cylindres de compression (2, 3; 4, 5) entourés par des bandes de pression sans fin (10, 11; 7, 8; 23, 24; 16, 18) avec un trajet de transport respectivement en forme de S.
  3. Dispositif de dépôt selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les paires de cylindres de compression (2, 3; 4, 5) sont disposés à peu près symétriquement à un plan vertical, parallèle aux axes de cylindre de compression.
  4. Dispositif de dépôt selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que deux cylindres de compression (2, 5; 3, 4) respectivement des deux paires de cylindres de compression sont disposés plus proches et plus éloignés respectivement, au plan de symétrie.
  5. Dispositif de dépôt selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les bandes de pression des convoyeurs à bande double (10, 11; 16, 18; 23, 24) au moins d'un cylindre de compression (3, 4, 5) placé à la suite tourne à une vitesse plus élevée qu'un cylindre de compression qui précède.
  6. Dispositif de dépôt selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce qu'on a placé devant le cylindre de compression (4) tournant à une vitesse plus élevée un convoyeur à bande double constitué de bandes de pression (16, 17) avec un trajet de transport rectiligne.
  7. Dispositif de dépôt selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la bande de pression (16) formant le brin inférieur du trajet de transport rectiligne entoure comme bande se trouvant à l'intérieur le cylindre de compression (4) suivant, et en ce que les bandes de pression supérieures ou extérieures (17, 18) du trajet de transport rectiligne et du cylindre de compression suivant (4) sont séparés les unes des autres.
  8. Dispositif de dépôt selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que parmi deux paires de cylindres de compression (2, 3; 4, 5), la dernière paire de cylindres de compression (4, 5) tourne à une vitesse plus élevée.
  9. Dispositif de dépôt selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que les bandes de pression (10, 11; 7, 8; 23, 24; 16, 18) sont disposées respectivement seulement au voisinage des deux fonds des sacs.
  10. Dispositif de dépôt selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que sont prévus dans les zones de fond des sacs respectivement deux bandes de pression extérieures séparées l'une de l'autre (18', 18''; 18''', 18'''') qui sont associées respectivement seulement aux parties de fond dont le nombre de couches diffère.
  11. Dispositif de dépôt selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que les bandes de pression (18) recouvrant au moins partiellement les zones de fond latérales des sacs transportés en position transversale sont pourvues d'une paire de bandes de pression additionnelles (30) tournant avec celles-ci et exerçant une pression sur celles-ci qui se trouvent seulement au voisinage des parties de fond extérieures présentant un nombre de couches inférieure.
  12. Dispositif de dépôt selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que la tension de chacune des bandes de pression (8, 10, 18, 24) peut être réglé indépendamment de la tension des autres bandes de pression afin d'obtenir une pression sensiblement égale sur toute la largeur de fond.
  13. Dispositif de dépôt selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les bandes de pression (10, 11; 7, 8; 23, 24; 16, 18) présentent une élasticité suffisante pour s'appliquer avec une pression sensiblement égale sur les zones de fond d'un nombre de couches inégale.
