Claims (10)

  1. Verfahren zum vorzeitigen Verschleißen von textilen Gegenständen unter künstlicher Aufhellung der Farbe, bei welchem Verfahren die Textilien mit Körpern (2) gerührt werden, die zusammen mit den in eine Maschine eingebrachten Textilien über einen bestimmten Zeitraum Wasser (4) und gegebenenfalls einem anderen Mittel ausgesetzt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Körper (2) zumindest auf einer umfänglichen wenn nicht insgesamt dicken Schicht eine homogene Struktur aus einem relativ nachgiebigem Werkstoff aufweisen, dessen Shore-Härte zwischen 50 und 70 und dessen Verdichtungszahl zwischen 50 und 80, vorzugsweise 65 bis 70 beträgt.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei hundert Kilogramm der zu behandelnden Textilien hundert bis zweihundert Kilogramm der Körper eingefüllt werden, die je nach Art der Behandlung eine halbe oder eine Stunde lang durcheinandergewirbelt werden.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, bei dem die Maschine eine Drehtrommel (3) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei einer Maschine, deren Trommel einen Durchmesser in der Größenordnung von 1,80 m aufweist, hundert bis hundertzwanziy Kilogramm der Körper (2) eingefüllt werden.
  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, bei dem die Maschine eine Drehtrommel (3) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei einer Maschine, deren Trommel einen Durchmesser von viel weniger als 1,80 m aufweist, das Gewicht der erforderlichen Körper eher auf zweihundert Kilogramm zugeht.
  5. Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie im wesentlichen Körper (2) aufweist, die zumindest auf einer mindestens auf dem Umfang, wenn nicht insgesamt, dicken Schicht eine homogene Struktur aus einem relativ geschmeidigen Material aufweisen, dessen Shore-Härte zwischen 50 und 70 liegt und dessen Verdichtungszahl 55 bis 80, vorzugsweise 65 bis 70, beträgt.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Material ein Elastomer ist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese Körper kugelförmig sind und einen Durchmesser aufweisen, der zwischen fünfunddreißig und fünfzig mm, vorzugsweise zwischen vierzig und fünfundvierzig mm, beträgt.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gewicht jedes Körpers in der Größenordnung von vierzig bis fünfzig Gramm liegt.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Körper eine Seitenfläche mit zellenförmiger Struktur aufweist.
  10. Textilien mit vorzeitigem Verschleiß, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ihr Verfahren zum vorzeitigen Verschleißen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 verwirklicht worden ist.
