Claims (7)
- Ein Verfahren zur Behandlung von Objekten wie zum Beispiel Gewebeteilen oder ähnlichen Produkten mit Hilfe einer Waschmaschine mit Rotationstrommel (6), die Wasser enthält; dieses Verfahren besteht darin, Massivteile (1) mit abgerundeter Form zusammen mit den zu behandelnden Objekten in die Trommel (6) einzuführen und dann die auf diese Weise beladene Trommel (6) zum Rotieren zu bringen, und ist gekennzeichnet durch Massivteile (1), die eine linsenförmige Form mit zwei gegenüberliegenden konkaven Seiten (Konkavität 4, 5) haben und mit Hilfe eines Elastomers mit guter Widerstandsfähigkeit gegen Verschleiß, für ein Volumen zwischen 1000 und 1600 kg/m³ sowie für eine Shorehärte zwischen 50 und, vorzugsweise höher als 70, hergestellt werden.
- Ein Verfahren gemäß Patentanspruch 1,
das in bezug auf die Massivteile (1) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß diese ein Gewicht von circa 30 g aufweisen. - Ein Verfahren gemäß einem der vorstehenden Patentansprüche,
das in bezug auf die Massivteile (1) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß diese einen Durchmesser von circa 5 cm aufweisen. - Ein Verfahren gemäß einem der vorstehenden Patentansprüche,
das in dem Fall, wo es sich auf das Waschen von Objekten bezieht, dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß es die Einführung eines Waschmittels in das Innere der Trommel (6) beinhaltet. - Ein Verfahren gemäß einem der vorstehenden Patentansprüche,
das in dem Fall, wo die Behandlung zum Ziel hat, einen vorzeitigen Verschleiß der Objekte hervorzurufen, außerdem die Einführung eines Pulvers, eines Waschmittels oder eines Schleifmittels in die Trommel (6) beinhaltet. - Ein Verfahren gemäß Patentanspruch 5, das in bezug auf den vorzeitigen Verschleiß der Objekte dadurch gekennzeichnet ist,
daß dieser durch eine Erhöhung der Menge an Massivteilen und gegebenenfalls durch die Einführung von folgenden Produkten in die Trommel erreicht wird:- eine Flüssigkeit, die zumindest einen enzymatischen Komplex enthält, der durch Fermentation eines Pilzstamms, eines Aktivierungsmittels und eines Steuerungsmittels der enzymatischen Komplexe sowie eines Tensides hergestellt wird bzw.- ein Pulver, das ähnliche Eigenschaften aufweist, bzw.- ein Material wie beispielsweise der Bimsstein. - Eine Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens gemäß einem der vorstehenden Patentansprüche, wobei bei diesem Verfahren folgendes erforderlich ist:- eine Waschmaschine mit Rotationstrommel, deren Trommel (6) mit Axial-Schaufeln (7) ausgestattet ist, die von der zylindrischen Innenfläche der besagten Trommel (6) radial vorspringend angebracht sind, und- Massivteile (1), die dazu dienen, bei den im Innern der Trommel (6) enthaltenen Objekten eine Schlagwirkung hervorzurufen,
und das dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß die besagten Massivteile eine linsenförmige Form mit zwei gegenüberliegenden konkaven Seiten haben.
