Claims (6)
- Verfahren zum Steuern einer Spinnmaschine, die eine Vielzahl von Spinnstellen aufweist, bei welchem Verfahren die Spinnstellen sektionsweise gemeinsam überwacht werden,
wobei jeder Spinnstelle jeweils eine Produktionsstellenelektronik (12 - 22) zugeordnet wird, mittels jeder Produktionsstellenelektronik (12 - 22) jeweils ein Teil der Betriebsfunktionen autonom ausgeführt wird, jeder jeweils mehrere Produktionsstellen umfassenden Sektion eine der Produktionsstellenelektronik übergeordnete Sektionssteuereinheit (24 - 34) zugeordnet wird, den Sektionssteuereinheiten (24 34), eine in einer weiteren übergeordneten Hierarchieebene vorgesehene Spinnmaschinensteuereinheit (36) zugeordnet wird
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zusätzlich die jeweilige Sektionssteuereinheit (24 - 34) zur autonomen Ausführung wenigstens eines Teils der Betriebsfunktionen ausgelegt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zusätzlich die jeweilige Sekionssteuereinheit (24 - 34) zur autonomen Ausführung einer oder mehrerer der Funktionen Fadenbrucherfassung, Luntenstop, Einzel-Antriebssteuerung der Produktionsstelle, thermische Überwachung der Einzel-Antriebe, Luntenumschaltung, Drehzahlmessung der Einzelantriebe, Fadenspannungsmessung, Kommunikation mit einem zugeordneten Wanderautomaten und Spinnstellen-Bedienerführung ausgelegt wird.
- Spinnmaschine, die nach dem Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 gesteuert wird, mit einer Vielzahl von Spinnstellen, die sektionsweise gemeinsan überwachbar sind,
wobei jeder Spinnstelle eine zur autonomen Ausführung eines Teils der Betriebsfunktionen ausgelegte Produktionsstellenelektronik (12 - 22) zugeordnet ist, jeder jeweils mehrere Spinnstellen umfassenden Sektion eine der Produktionsstellenelektronik übergeordnete Sektionssteuereinheit (24 - 34) zugeordnet ist, die Sektionssteuereinheiten mit einer in einer weiteren übergeordneten Hierarchieebene vorgesehenen Maschinensteuereinheit (36) verbunden sind
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zusätzlich die jeweilige Sektionssteuereinheit (23 - 34) zur autonomen Ausführung wenigstens eines Teils der Betriebsfunktionen ausgelegt ist. - Spinnmaschine nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zusätzlich die jeweilige Sektionssteuereinheit (24 - 34) zur autonomen Ausfübrung einer oder mehrerer der Funktionen Fadenbrucherfassung, Luntenstop, Einzel-Antriebssteuerung der Produktionsstelle, thermische Überwachung, der Einzel-Antriebe, Luntenumschaltung, Drehzahlmessung der Einzelantriebe, Fadenspannungsmessung, Kommunikation mit einem zugeordneten Wanterautomaten und Spinnstellen-Bedienerführung ausgelegt ist.
- Spinnmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die einzelnen Antriebe der Spinnstellen jeweils durch einen über die Speisefrequenz drehzahlgesteuerten Motor gebiidet sind und daß die jeweilige Sollfrequenz vorzugsweise über die Maschinensteuereinheit (36) vorgebbar ist.
- Spinnmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Fadenbruch und/oder eine erhöhte Fadenspannung durch die jeweilige Produktionsstellenelektronik (12 - 22) über die Strom- bzw. Leistungsaufnahme des der jeweiligen Spinnstelle zugeordneten Elektroantriebs (44) bestimmbar ist.
