Claims (8)
- Elektrisches Anschlußsystem für elektrische Heizelemente (2), mit einem elektrischen Steckverbinder (1), welcher Befestigungsmittel zu seiner Befestigung am einen Ende (2a) des Heizelements (2) und Anschlußmittel zu seinem Anschluß an einem Stromversorgungsleiter (11) umfaßt, wobei der Steckverbinder aus einem mit Zinnen (3), (4), (5), (6), (7), versehenen Meltallblattzuschnitt besteht, welcher um eine der Achse des Heizelements entsprechende Achse (X-X′) herum gebogen, bzw. gerollt ist, wobei der mit den Zinnen versehene Teil (8) des Metallblatts eine zungenförmige, um die Achse (X-X′) herum gebogene Verlängerung (9) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zungenförmige Verlängerung (9) des elektrischen Steckverbinders (1) auf eine der Enden (2a) der Röhre (14) des Heizelements (2) aufgesetzt ist und daß der Stromversorgungsleiter (11) aus einem zugeschnittenen Metallstreifen (11) mit zwei ausgeschnittenen Zungen (12), (13) besteht, welche derart zueinander gerichtet umgebogen sind, daß sie zwischen sich einen annähemd U-förmigen Raum mit einer annähernd zylindrischen Grundfläche (14a) einschließen, welche der Form des mit den Zinnen (3), (4), (5), (6), (7) versehenen Teils (8) angepaßt ist, so daß der Teil (8) durch Einstecken in den Stromversorgungsleiter (11) direkt angeschlossen werden kann.
- System nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zinnen (3), (4), (5), (6), (7) und die zungenförmige Verlängerung (9) vor dem Zusammenrollen des Blattes senkrecht zur Achse (X-X′), um welche das zugeschnittene Blatt anschließend gerollt wird, ausgerichtet sind.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zungenförmige Verlängerung (9) mit dem mit den Zinnen versehenen Teil über einen Steg (10) verbunden ist, dessen in Längsrichtung der zungenförmigen Verlängerung (9) gemessene Breite kleiner als die Höhe der Zinnen ist.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Blattzuschnitt so bemessen ist, daß nach Umbiegen, bzw. Zusammenrollen des Blattzuschnitts um die Achse (X-X′), die gegenüberliegenden Enden der zungenförmigen Verlängerung (9) und die gegenüberliegenden Höchststellen der Zinnen (3), (4), (5), (6), (7) fast mit einander in Berührung kommen.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zungen (12), (13) des Streifens (11) nach außen gebogene Enden (12a), (13a) aufweisen, wodurch die Befestigung des Steckverbinders durch Einschieben des mit den Zinnen versehenen Teils (8) zwischen die Zungen (12), (13) erleichtert wird.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der den Zungen (12), (13) benachbarte Bereich (11a) des Metallstreifens (11) eine den Zungen gegenüber in entgegengesetzte Richtung nach außen gewölbte Form aufweist, wobei die Wölbung annähernd derjenigen der Zungen (12), (13) entspricht.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Röhre (14) aus elektrisch nicht leitendem Material besteht, daß ein Widerstandsheizfaden (15) spiralförmig um die Röhre (14) gewickelt ist und daß eines der Enden (15a) des Heizfadens um die zungenförmige Verlängerung (9) des Steckverbinders herum gewickelt und auf dieser mittels Verschweißung befestigt ist.
- System nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Kappe (16) aus Isoliermaterial auf der zungenförmigen Verlängerung (9) des Steckverbinders, auf dem Ende (15a) des Widerstandsheizfadens (15) und teilweise auf dem mit den Zinnen (3), (4), (5), (6), (7) versehenen Teil (8) befestigt ist.
