Claims (6)

  1. Dispositif pour relier la fin d'une bande de matière quittant une première bobine à la tête de bande d'une nouvelle bobine remplaçant la première bobine dans une débobineuse avec des moyens pour immobiliser la bobine considérée et avec un rouleau de renvoi (5) disposé au-dessus du poste de débobinage pour dévier la bande sortante, avec des moyens (19) pour détacher la bande sortante, des moyens (14) pour immobiliser la fin de bande produite et des moyens (17) pour appliquer la fin de bande sur la surface extérieure de la nouvelle bobine introduite afin de réaliser un joint collé, caractérisé en ce qu'au-dessus du poste de débobinage deux paires de leviers oscillants parallèles (8, 13) sont articulés dans un bâti, une des paires de leviers oscillants (8) portant un organe de transport (7) pour soulever une portion (6.4) de la bande sortante, lequel peut osciller, dans le sens opposé à l'avancement de la bande, depuis une position de repos (11) située, dans le sens d'avancement de la bande, derrière la portion de bande (6.1) guidée sur le rouleau de renvoi (5) jusqu'à une position finale (12) qui se trouve hors de portée d'une bobine pleine (3), et en ce que la seconde paire de leviers oscillants (13) porte à son extrémité libre un organe de saisie (14) et avant celui-ci un organe d'application (17) pour la portion de bande soulevée (6.4) et peut pivoter depuis la région de la position finale (12) de la première paire de leviers oscillants (8) dans le sens d'avancement de la bande jusqu'à la surface extérieure d'une bobine pleine (3).
  2. Dispositif suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif de coupe (19, 20) est disposé dans la région comprise entre l'organe de transport (7) dans la position finale (12) des leviers oscillants (8) et l'organe de saisie (14) en position relevée des leviers articulés (13).
  3. Dispositif suivant la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de coupe (19, 20) est fixé au bâti et comprend un organe de coupe constitué par un couteau traversant (19).
  4. Dispositif suivant l'une ou l'autre des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'organe d'application (17) est disposé à distance de l'organe de saisie (14), et en ce qu'un dispositif de soufflage (18) soufflant de haut en bas est fixé aux leviers oscillants (13) dans la région située entre l'organe de saisie (14) et l'organe d'application (17).
  5. Dispositif suivant l'une ou l'autre des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé par un organe d'application (17) constitué par un rouleau tournant librement.
  6. Dispositif suivant l'une ou l'autre des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé par un organe de saisie (14) constitué par une barre aspirante avec des alvéoles d'aspiration ouverts vers le bas.
