Abstract

Beim Gummituchwaschen bei einer Offsetmaschine spielt die Einwir­ kungszeit der Reinigungsflüssigkeit auf die Farbreste und den Pa­ pierstaub eine Rolle. Zur Zeit- und Makulaturersparnis wird eine weitere Auftragung von Reinigungsflüssigkeit auf der zum Wasch­ balken (4) gegenüberliegenden Seite des Gummituchzylinders (3) vorgesehen. Damit ist die Vorbenetzungsfläche und die Verweilzeit der Reini­ gungsflüssigkeit auf dem Gummituch größer, bis die nassen Schmutz­ stellen zum Abwischen kommen.
Das Abwischen erfolgt mit einem den Schmutz aufnehmenden Reini­ gungstuch (5). Weiterer Schmutzabtransport erfolgt im Rollendruckver­ fahren über die in Kontakt mit dem Gummituchzylinder (3) ablaufende Bahn (1). Die Leistungsfähigkeit des Gummituchwaschens wird erhöht. Die Verteilung der Reinigungsflüssigkeit auf mehrere Stellen am Umfang des Gummituchzylinders (3) führt zur gewünschten hohen Ein­ bringungsrate an Reinigungsflüssigkeit. Die jeweilige Menge pro Rohr ist variierbar.
