Abstract

Table à tapisser, pliante, pour peintre à dimensions variables, composée d'un cadre pliant en son milieu, avec piètement et d'un plateau constitué de deux demi-plateaux de surface identique caractérisé en ce que chaque demi-plateau comporte deux panneaux articulés entre-eux et pouvant, par rotation et rabattement, être soit superposés, soit juxtaposés, permettant ainsi d'obtenir un plateau dont on peut faire varier à la fois la longueur et la largeur.

  • Différents modèles de tables pliantes ou non, ou encore extensibles par ral­longes ont fait l'objet des brevets désignés ci-dessous :
    Brevet Français 1.204.992 (R. MONDELIN) décrit une table pliante dont les rallonges articulées viennent, en position "plié", s'inscrire dans l'épais­seur du cadre sous le plateau.
    Brevet Français 2.367.447 (R. MONDELIN) décrit un piétement de table pliante.
    Brevet Français 2.478.977 (Alfred WILBS) décrivant une table pliante exten­sible par tablettes additionnelles.
    Certificat d'utilité 2.310.724 (Mr. PLANCKE) décrivant une table pliante à piètement rabattable, équipé de roulettes.

    Brevet Français 1.345.678 (JF POUSSET) décrit une table dont les allonges sont escamotées sous le plateau et dont la mise en service se fait par translation et pivotement sur le plan vertical.
    Brevet Français 2.251.986 (UNICUM S.A.) décrit un verrouillage de piètement de table.
  • La présente invention a pour but d'obtenir, à partir d'une table à tapisser pliante de peintre et notamment des éléments constitutifs du plateau, une autre table dont la largeur et la longueur peuvent être sensiblement augmentées par une seule opération.
  • Cette conception particulière permet de répondre (entre autres) au besoin des artisans peintres pour la pose des papiers peints ou des revêtements muraux à base de tissus dont les dimensions (largeur et|ou longueur) ont tendance à augmenter.
  • Cette particularité est obtenue au moyen d'un plateau, divisé en deux demi-­plateaux d'égale surface, constitué chacun de deux panneaux superposés et articulés entre eux par des charnières à double articulation.
  • Le panneau inférieur (de chaque demi-plateau) relié au cadre-support pliant en son milieu,par un ensemble axe-palier,pivote de 90° vers les deux extrémités du cit cadre.
  • Pour continuer l'opération d'extension de la table, le panneau supérieur du demi-plateau est rabattable vers le centre du cadre support, libéré suite à la rotation du panneau inférieur.
  • Cette simple manoeuvre de rotation et de rabattement des deux demi-plateaux, constitutifs de l'ensemble du plateau, permet d'augmenter simultanément la largeur et la longueur de la table.
  • L'invention est décrite ci-après plus en détail à l'aide de dessins représen­tants seulement un mode d'exécution.
    • La figure 1 représente la table à tapisser en position utilisation avec son plateau dans les dimensions minimums.
    • La figure 2 représente la table à tapisser en position utilisation avec son plateau dans ses dimensions maximums.
    • La figure 3 représente en coupe l'ensemble axe d'articulation du panneau inférieur sur son cadre support.
    • La figure 4 représente une vue de dessus du plateau et montre la rotation des deux demi-plateaux pour obtenir une augmentation des dimensions de la table.
    • La figure 5 représente une coupe au droit de la butée limitant la rotation des panneaux inférieurs des deux demi-plateaux.
    • La figure 6 représente en coupe longitudinale, la table à tapisser en position d'utilisation avec son plateau dans ses dimensions minimums et montre le rabattement des panneaux supérieurs des deux demi-plateaux.
    • La figure 7 représente, en coupe, la liaison articulée entre deux panneaux du demi-plateau.
    • La figure 8 représente en coupe l'articulation entre deux panneaux des demi-­plateaux en position superposée (c'est-à-dire lorsque la table est dans ses dimensions minimums).
    • La figure 9 représente la table à tapisser en position d'utilisation avec son plateau dans ses dimensions minimums et montre en trait mixte le pliage des barres d'écartement des pieds.
    • La figure 10 représente la table à tapisser en cours de pliage avec les pieds rabattus dans les demi-cadres 8.
    • La figure 11 représente la table à tapisser en position pliée pour le transport.
  • Suivant les figures 1, 2 et 3, la table pliante à tapisser représentée comporte deux demi-plateaux 1 et 2 composés respectivement de deux panneaux 3 et 4. Ces panneaux 3 et 4 sont articulés entre eux par des charnières à double arti­culation 7.
  • Les panneaux inférieurs 4 peuvent effectuer une rotation de 90° par rapport aux deux demi-cadres support 8 grâce à un axe 10, solidaire des panneaux 4, tournant dans un palier 11 fixé sur chaque demi-cadres 8.
  • Suivant les figures 4 et 5, la rotation est limitée à 90° au moyen d'une butée 12 venant se loger dans une lumière 13 pratiquée dans chaque demi-cadre 8. Cette butée 12, ainsi engagée dans cette lumière, permet d'obtenir un point d'ancrage supplémentaire du panneau 4 sur le demi-cercle 8 de façon à régidi­fier l'ensemble.
  • Cette rotation permet, à partir d'un état initial de la table aux dimensions minimums (fig.1) d'obtenir une table aux dimensions maximums (fig.4).
  • En effet, les demi-plateaux 1 et 2 étant deverrouillés des demi-cadres 8 en libérant les fermetures 24 (fig.9), une rotation autour de l'axe 10 peut s'ef­fectuer comme indiqué par la flèche sur la figure 4.
  • Les panneaux 4 viennent se placer à l'extrémité de leur demi-cadre 8. Il suffit alors de rabattre les panneaux 3 suivant la flèche comme indiqué sur la figure 6. Cette opération étant effectuée avec chaque demi-plateau de la table à tapisser on obtient alors un grand plateau dont la surface a doublé, la longueur étant alors égale à quatre fois la largeur d'un panneau 4, la largeur devenant égale à la longueur d'un même panneau 4.
  • Suivant les figures 7 et 8, les panneaux 3 et 4 de chaque demi-plateau sont articulés entre eux au moyen de charnières 7 a double axe d'articulation, permettant de juxtaposer ou de superposer les deux panneaux 3 et 4.
  • Toujours suivant figure 7, les charnières 7 présentent la particularité de ne pas avoir de noeud extérieur, de façon à éviter toute proéminence au niveau de la surface utile de la table.
  • Suivant les figures 1, 6 et 9, la table à tapisser pour peintre est composée de 2 demi-plateaux 1 et 2 solidaires de deux demi-cadres 8 articulés entre eux au moyen de charnières 14. Le piètement tubulaire est constitué de double-­pieds 15 et 16 articulés respectivement sur les demi-cadres 8 en 17 et 26. L'écartement et la rigidité des pieds 15 et 16 sont assurés par des barres 18 articulées en 19 sur les pieds 15 et venant se crocheter à leur extrémité 22 sur la traverse 20 des pieds 16. La tension assurée par ces barres 18 amène les pieds 15 en butée sur les deux demi-cadres 8 pour obtenir une grande sta­bilité de l'ensemble de la table.
  • Toutes ces dispositions, décrites ci-dessus, permettent de replier la table en décrochetant les barres 18 de la traverse 20, des pieds 16, les barres 18 se replient autour de leur axe 21 puis tournent autour de l'articulation 19 des pieds 15, l'extrémité 22 venant se crocheter alors sur la traverse 23 des pieds 15.
  • Suivant la figure 6, l'ensemble ainsi constitué peut se replier autour de l'axe 17 dans les demi-cadres 8.
  • Suivant la figure 10, les deux demi-cadres se replient l'un vers l'autre grâce à l'articulation 14 réunissant les deux demi-cadres 8 et immobilisés entre eux par le verrouillage 27. L'ensemble demi-plateaux 1, 2 - demi-cadres 8 se présente alors sous la forme d'un volume parallélépipèdiques réduit comme représenté sur la fig. 11.
  • La manutention et la préhension de ce volume étant favorisées par un orifice 25 pratiqué dans les panneaux 3 et 4 des demi-plateaux 1 et 2.

Claims (4)

1. Table à tapisser pliante, pour peintre, à dimensions variables, composée d'un cadre pliant en son milieu 8, avec piètement 15 et 16 et d'un plateau constitué de deux demi-plateaux 1 et 2 de surface identique, chaque demi-plateau comportant deux panneaux 3 et 4 de surface identique articulés entre eux et pouvant être soit superposés, soit juxtaposés, caractérisée en ce que la largeur et la longueur de la table sont substantiellement augmentées en une seule opération, du fait que les panneaux 3 et 4 sont articulés entre eux au moyen de charnières 7 à double articulation.
2. Table à tapisser pliante, pour peintre, à dimensions variables, suivant revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que chaque panneau 4 pivote sur 90° vers chaque extrémité du cadre pliant 8 au moyen d'un axe 10 tournant dans un palier 11 solidaire du cadre-support 8.
3. Table à tapisser pliante, pour peintre, à dimensions variables, suivant revendications 1 et 2, caractérisée en ce que la rotation du panneau est limitée à 90° au moyen d'une butée 12 qui vient s'engager dans une lumière du cadre 8.
4. Table à tapisser pliante, pour peintre, à dimensions variables, suivant revendications 1, 2 et 3, caractérisée en ce que chaque panneau 3 se rabat vers le cadre du support 8, c'est-à-dire à la place libérée par la rotation du panneau 4.
