Claims (5)
- Grue à montage automatisé avec flèche repliable latéralement, comprenant un mât (6), notamment pliable, au sommet duquel est articulée, en position centrée, une flèche (10) dont l'axe d'articulation (26) est incliné d'un angle aigu (A) par rapport à une direction (89) perpendiculaire au plan médian vertical (P) défini par le mât (6) et la flèche (10) en position déployée de travail, réalisée en trois éléments successifs articulés les uns aux autres, désignés respectivement comme pied de flèche (11), élément intermédiaire de flèche (12) et pointe de flèche (13), le pied de flèche (11) et l'élément intermédiaire de flèche (12) étant articulés au niveau de leurs membrures inférieures (39,38) autour d'un axe d'articulation (37) incliné d'un angle (B), sensiblement égal à la moitié (A/2) de l'angle aigu d'inclinaison (A) de l'axe d'articulation (26) de la flèche (10) au sommet du mât (6), par rapport à une direction (90) perpendiculaire au plan médian vertical de la flèche (10), de telle façon qu'en position repliée, l'élément intermédiaire de flèche (12) et la pointe de flèche (13) soient positionnés latéralement par rapport au mât (6), la grue comprenant encore un dispositif motorisé (14 à 25, 28,30,40,41,45,46) de dépliage/repliage de l'ensemble mât (6) et flèche (10) et des moyens (54 à 63) de dépliage/repliage des éléments de flèche (11,12,13) caractérisée en ce que l'élément intermédiaire de flèche (12) et la pointe de flèche (13) sont articulés au niveau de leur membrure supérieure (44,51) autour d'un axe d'articulation (50) dont la direction est perpendiculaire au plan médian vertical de la flèche (10) et en ce qu'un dispositif complémentaire (64 à 88) de dépliage/repliage de la pointe de flèche (13) par rapport à l'élément intermédiaire de flèche (12) est disposé entre le pied de flèche (11) et la pointe de flèche (13).
- Grue à montage automatisé avec flèche repliable latéralement, selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif complémentaire de dépliage/repliage de la pointe de flèche (13), par rapport à l'élément intermédiaire de flèche (12), est constitué d'une bielle (64) articulée (en 65) à la partie antérieure du pied de flèche (11) et d'un poinçon (67) articulé (en 68) à la partie postérieure de l'élément intermédiaire de flèche (12), la bielle (64) et le poinçon (67) étant articulés ensemble (en 70) au sommet du poinçon (67), d'un levier (71) articulé (en 73) à la partie postérieure de la pointe de flèche (13) et susceptible de prendre appui (en 75) sur la structure de ladite pointe de flèche (13), et d'un tirant (76) reliant le sommet (70) de l'ensemble bielle (64) / poinçon (67) à l'extrémité libre (77) du levier (71), pour former un quadrilatère déformable.
- Grue à montage automatisé avec flèche repliable latéralement selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que le tirant (76) comporte plusieurs éléments successifs, un premier élément simple (79) articulé (en 70) au sommet de l'ensemble bielle (64) / poinçon (67) et sur lequel est ménagée longitudinalement une lumière (80), un deuxième élément (81) comprenant une partie simple (82) relié au premier élément par un axe (83) traversant la lumière (80) et une partie double (84) ménageant un espace (85) pour le passage d'un tirant (41) supportant l'élément intermédiaire de flèche (12), et un troisième élément (86) constitué de deux jumelles (87) reliant par articulations (88) les extrémités de la partie double (84) du deuxième élément de tirant (81) et les extrémités libres (78) de deux bielles identiques (72) formant le levier (71) articulé (en 73) à la partie postérieure de la pointe de flèche (13).
- Grue à montage automatisé avec flèche repliable latéralement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, avec un mât pliable (6) composé d'un mât inférieur (7) et d'un mât supérieur (8), caractérisée en ce que le mât inférieur (7) est équipé latéralement, du côté où se fait le pliage/dépliage de la flèche (10), d'un ou plusieurs galets de roulement (91) susceptibles de prendre contact avec le dessous de la pointe de flèche (13) pour finir le pliage complet de la grue.
- Grue à montage automatisé avec flèche repliable latéralement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, avec un mât pliable (6) composé d'un mât inférieur (7) et d'un mât supérieur (8), caractérisée en ce que la valeur de l'angle d'inclinaison (A) de l'axe d'articulation (26) du pied de flèche (11) au sommet du mât (6), exprimée en radians, est sensiblement égale au rapport entre la largeur du mât supérieur (8) et la longueur de ce mât supérieur (8).
