Dispositif de liaison d'une poignée notamment de bâton de ski à un élément souple pouvant être rendu solidaire de la main d'un utilisateur et présentant une partie venant recouvrir la zone de cette dernière s'étendant entre le pouce et l'index, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend un organe de liaison en saillie (24) et un moyen de maintien (16) dont l'un est monté sur la poignée (2) et l'autre est monté sur l'élément souple (25) dans la zone de ce dernier s'étendant entre le pouce et l'index ; ledit moyen de maintien (16) comprenant un moyen d'accrochage (17) dudit organe de liaison en saillie (24) afin d'accoupler l'élément souple (25) porté par la main à la poignée, ainsi qu'une organe de manoeuvre (20) susceptible d'agir sur le moyen d'accrochage pour libérer l'organe de liaison (24) afin de séparer la poignée de la main portant l'élément souple.1.
