Claims (3)

1. Vorrichtung zum Zerkleinern von Nahrungsmitteln, wie Zwiebeln und dergleichen, mit einem über das zu zerkleinernde Gut stülpbaren Gehäuse und einem in dem Gehäuse geführten, mittels eines Betätigungsmechanismus mit einem Druckknopf und einem Stössel gegen die Kraft einer Feder nach unten verschiebbaren Messer, wobei das Messer bei der Aufwärtsbewegung durch die Führung im Gehäuse um einen Winkel verdreht wird, gekennzeichnet durch eine Kupplung aus zwei konzentrisch zueinander angeordneten, im wesentlichen ringförmigen Elementen (15, 16), von denen ein Element (15) auf der dem zweiten Element (16) zugewandten Stirnfläche über den Umfang verteilt eine Anzahl von einseitig angeschrägten Zähnen (24) aufweist, während das zweite Teil (16) auf der dem ersten zugewandten Stirnfläche mindestens zwei oder mehrere federnde und in die senkrechte Flanke der Zähnung (24) eingreifende Zungen (34) aufweist, wobei das erste Kupplungsteil (15) in spiralig geführten Nuten (8) des Gehäuses gleitet während das zweite Kupplungsteil (16) fest mit dem Betätigungsmechanismus (9) verbunden ist.1.Device for comminuting foods, such as onions and the like, with a housing which can be slipped over the material to be comminuted and a guided in the housing, by means of an actuating mechanism with a push button and a plunger against the force of a spring, downwardly movable knife, the Knife is rotated by an angle during the upward movement by the guide in the housing, characterized by a coupling of two essentially annular elements (15, 16) arranged concentrically to one another, one element (15) on which the second element (16) facing end face distributed over the circumference has a number of teeth (24) beveled on one side, while the second part (16) on the end face facing the first has at least two or more resilient tongues (34) engaging in the vertical flank of the teeth (24) The first coupling part (15) slides in spirally guided grooves (8) in the housing while the second coupling part (16) is firmly connected to the actuating mechanism (9). 2.
