Abstract
Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft eine Gestaltung von plattenförmigen Hohlprofilen oder wellblechartigen Profilen, die aus flansch- und stegförmigen Teilsegmenten bestehen, und insbesondere zum Bau von Fahrzeugzellen vorgesehen sind.
- Für den Bau von beispielsweise Fahrzeugzellen, die aus einer Bodengruppe, Seitenwänden und einem Dachaufbau bestehen, sind Profile der oben genannten Art üblich, die weitgehend symmetrisch gestaltet sind. Eine so gebildete Bodenplatte ist der DE-OS 29 08 823 entnehmbar. Solche Bauweisen werden hinsichtlich Schwingungsverhalten, Körperschalldurchgang und Schallabstrahlung als ungünstig angesehen.
- Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Profil der gattungsgemäßen Art so zu gestalten, daß das Schwingungsverhalten, der Körperschalldurchgang und die Schallabstrahlung von damit erstellten Konstruktionen wesentlich verbessert ist.
- Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß das Profil über seine gesamte Querschnittsbreite oder innerhalb sich periodisch wiederholender Bereiche durch ungleiche Geometrie seiner flansch- und/oder stegförmigen Teilsegmente unterschiedliche Substruktur-Eigenfrequenzen aufweist.
- Die mit der Erfindung erzielbaren Vorteile bestehen insbesondere in einer Verminderung der Körperschallweiterleitung innerhalb des Profils gegenüber bisher üblichen Bauweisen. Außerdem wird die schwingungsmäßige Ankopplung räumlich getrennter Segmente durch deren erfindungsgemäß realisierte Frequenzverstimmung reduziert.
- Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung sind in der Zeichnung dargestellt und werden im folgenden näher beschrieben. Die Fig. 1 bis 6 zeigen jeweils die Mittelflächen der erzeugenden Geometrien unterschiedlicher Profile.
- Die plattenförmigen Hohlprofile gemäß Fig. 1 bis 5 und das wellblechartige Profil nach Fig. 6 bestehen aus flanschförmigen Teilsegmenten 1 und stegförmigen Teilsegmenten 2. Jedes dieser Profile hat entweder über seine gesamte Querschnittsbreite oder - wie hier gezeigt - innerhalb sich periodisch wiederholender Bereiche mit der Länge Lw geometrisch ungleiche Teilsegmente (volle bzw. periodisch wiederkehrende Asymmetrie).
- Im Beispiel nach Fig. 1 haben die flansch- und stegförmigen Teilsegmente 1, 2 jeweils die gleiche Wandungsdicke. Innerhalb der Länge Lw treffen die stegförmigen Teilsegmente 2 jeweils unten verschiedenen Winkeln mit den flanschförmigen Teilsegmenten 1 zusammen; die Knotenpunkte sind also gegenüber denen eines strichpunktiert dargestellten symmetrischen Profils um die Strecken a, b und c versetzt. Mit L₁ bis L₁₂ sind die jeweils unterschiedlichen Längen der steg- bzw. flanschförmigen Teilsegmente bezeichnet. Auf diese Weise ist eine definierte Asymmetrie mit a ≠ b, a ≠ c und b ≠ c erzeugt.
- Das zu Fig. 1 Gesagte gilt entsprechend für das in Fig. 6 dargestellte offene, wellblechartige Profil.
- Bei den Hohlprofilen gemäß Fig. 2 bis 5 sind die stegförmigen Teilsegmente 2 mit gleicher Länge L₁ ausgeführt und rechtwinklig zu den flanschförmigen Teilsegmenten 1 angeordnet. In Fig. 2 weisen die erzeugenden Geometrien der stegförmigen Teilsegmente 2 jeweils verschiedenen Abstand - siehe L₂ bis L₅ der flanschförmigen Teilsegmente 1 - zueinander auf. Ähnlich Fig. 1 besteht auch hier ein Versatz um die Strecken a und b. Während bei Fig. 2 gleiche Wandungsdicken bevorzugt werden, sind bei Fig. 3 unterschiedliche Wandungsdicken h₁, h₂ für die flanschförmigen Teilsegmente 2 und unterschiedliche Wandungsdicken h₃ bis h₆ der stegförmigen Teilsegmente 1 vorgesehen. Kombinationen zwischen Fig. 2 und Fig. 3 sind durchaus möglich, beispielsweise gleiche Wandungsdicken h₁ der flanschförmigen Teilsegmente 2. Die vielfachen Kombinationsmöglichkeiten mit insgesamt oder teilweise unterschiedlichen Wandungsdicken hn ergeben sich auch aus Fig. 4. Im übrigen offenbart Fig. 4 ein Hohlprofil mit gleichen Stegabständen L₂ innerhalb der Wiederhollänge Lw.
- Zum Entkoppeln der Biegeeigenfrequenzen benachbarter Strukturelemente hat das in Fig. 5 gezeigte Strangpreßprofil frequenzbeeinflussende Verdickungen 2a, 2b (Nasen) unterschiedlichen Volumens und in asymmetrischer Anordnung.
- Die anhand der Fig. 2 bis 5 erläuterten Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten sind auch bei offenen Profilen anwendbar. Abweichend von Fig. 6 kann ein wellblechartiges Profil beispielsweise die strichpunktiert dargestellte Kontur mit dann unterschiedlichen Wandungsdicken aufweisen.
