Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Tragebeutel mit einer geschlossenen Deckfläche, in deren Bereich ein Tragegriff vorgesehen ist, der einstückig ausgebildet und mit seinen beiden einander gegenüberliegenden Längsrändern am Rand der Deckfläche mittelbar oder unmittelbar angesiegelt ist.
  • Ein derartiger Tragegriff soll möglichst materialsparend und fest an dem Tragebeutel befestigt sein; andererseits besteht aber der Wunsch, die Außenfläche der Seitenwände durch den Tragegriff nicht zu beeinflussen.
  • Aus der US-A-1 733 219 ist ein Tragegriff bekannt, der eine T-förmige Ausgestaltung aufweist, welche zwar ein flaches Aufsiegeln seiner Längsränder auf die Deckfläche erlaubt, ohne die Funktion des Tragegriffes und die Außenflächen der Seitenwände des Tragebeutels negativ zu beeinflussen. Dieser T-förmige Tragegriff bedingt aber einen sehr hohen Materialverbrauch und muß nach dem Anbringen flachgelegt und zur Benutzung wieder aufgestellt werden.
  • Demgegenüber liegt der Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Tragebeutel der eingangs genannten Art so auszugestalten, daß sowohl ein einfaches Anbringen als auch ein einfaches und bequemes Benutzen des Tragegriffs gewährleistet ist.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß die beiden Längsränder (Randstreifen) des Tragegriffs nach innen eingefaltet und die Außenseite des Tragegriffs im Bereich der Längsränder mit der Außenseite der Deckfläche versiegelt ist, wobei die Innenseite des Tragegriffs aus einem Material besteht, welches bei der vorgesehenen Temperatur zum Aufsiegeln des Tragegriffs auf die Deckfläche nicht gegen sich selbst siegelt, während die Außenseite aus einem Material besteht, das bei dieser Temperatur mit der Deckfläche eine Siegelverbindung eingeht.
  • Dadurch kann der Tragegriff nach dem Umfalten der Längsränder sehr eng an der Deckfläche anliegen und trotzdem ist ein einwandfreies Zusammensiegeln dieser Längsränder mit der Deckfläche ermöglicht.
  • Ein unbeabsichtigtes Zusammensiegeln der aufeinanderliegenden Flächenabschnitte des Tragegriffs ist dabei nicht zu befürchten.
  • In der Zeichnung ist die Erfindung anhand eines Ausführungsbeispiels veranschaulicht. Dabei zeigt die Figur eine schaubildliche Darstellung eines Tragebeutels mit einem Tragegriff und nach innen eingefalteten Randstreifen.
  • Mit 1 ist ein Tragebeutel aus Kunststoffolie bezeichnet, der mit einer Deckfläche 2 versehen ist. An der gegenüberliegenden Seite ist eine Einfüllöffnung vorgesehen, die nach dem Befüllen verschlossen wird. Auf der Deckfläche 2 liegt ein Tragegriff 3, dessen beide Längsränder 14 und 15 nach innen umgefaltet und dann mit der darunterliegenden Deckfläche 2 verschweißt sind. Zum Tragen des Tragebeutels 1 wird der Tragegriff 3 von der Deckfläche 2 abgehoben, so daß die Hand dazwischenfahren kann.

Claims (1)

  1. Tragebeutel(1) mit einer geschlossenen Deckfläche(2), in deren Bereich ein Tragegriff (3) vorgesehen ist, der einstückig ausgebildet und mit seinen beiden einander gegenüberliegenden Längsrändern am Rand der Deckfläche(2) mittelbar oder unmittelbar angesiegelt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Längsränder (Randstreifen 14 und 15) des Tragegriffs(3) nach innen eingefaltet und die Außenseite des Tragegriffs(3) im Bereich der Längsränder mit der Außenseite der Deckfläche(2) versiegelt ist, wobei die Innenseite des Tragegriffs(3) aus einem Material besteht, welches bei der vorgesehenen Temperatur zum Aufsiegeln des Tragegriffs auf die Deckfläche(2) nicht gegen sich selbst siegelt, während die Außenseite aus einem Material besteht, das bei dieser Temperatur mit der Deckfläche eine Siegelverbindung eingeht.
