Während des Förderns der Glastafel wird das obere horizontale Heizelement 6 entsprechend der Höhe der Glas­tafel ausgerichtet und die Heizelemente 5 und 6 werden, sobald die Glastafel, wie oben beschrieben, ausgerichtet worden ist, durch Betätigung der Druckmittelmotore 11 in ihre Wirklagen eingeschwenkt. Sobald der vordere, verti­kal ausgerichtete und die beiden horizontal ausgerichte­ten Abschnitte des Randbereiches der Glastafel hinrei­chend erwärmt worden ist, wird die Glastafel weiterbe­fördert, bis sich ihr, bezogen auf die Förderrichtung (Pfeil 12) hinterer Randbereich im Bereich der Heiz­vorrichtung 14 befindet. Während dieser Bewegung der Glastafel oder danach werden die horizontal ausgerich­teten Heizelemente 5 und 6 aus ihren Wirklagen ausge­schwenkt. Claims (5)

1. Vorrichtung zum Anwärmen des Randbereiches von Glasta­feln, auf die vorgefertigte Abstandhalter anzusetzen sind, mit einer seitlichen Abstützung (1) für die Glastafeln, mit einem am unteren Rand der Abstützung (1) vorgesehen Linearförderer (2), der beispielsweise aus einer Reihe von Förderrollen (3) besteht, mit zwei horizontal ausgerichteten, den horizontalen Randberei­chen der Glastafeln zugeordneten, langgestreckten Heizelementen (5, 6) wobei das eine (5) der horizontal ausgerichteten Heizelemente (5, 6) unmittelbar ober­halb des Linearförderers (2) angeordnet ist und das andere (6) der horizontal ausgerichteten Heizelemente (5, 6) entlang der seitlichen Abstützung (1) auf- und abbewegbar (Pfeil 18) ist, und mit einer langgestreck­ten, im wesentlichen vertikal ausgerichteten Heizvor­richtung (14), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die hori­zontalen Heizelemente (5, 6) an Trägern (7, 8) befe­stigt sind, die um horizontale Achsen (9, 10) ver­schwenkbar sind, so daß die Heizelemente (5, 6) aus ihrer der Glastafel zugeordneten Wirklage aus­schwenkbar sind, und daß die vertikal ausgerichtete Heizvorrichtung (14) neben dem auslaufseitigen ver­tikalen Rand (13) der seitlichen Abstützung (1) vor­gesehen ist und vorzugsweise zwei einander zugekehrte Heizelemente (15, 16) aufweist.1.Device for heating the edge region of glass sheets, on which prefabricated spacers are to be attached, with a lateral support (1) for the glass sheets, with a linear conveyor (2) provided on the lower edge of the support (1), which consists, for example, of a series of There are conveyor rollers (3) with two horizontally oriented, elongated heating elements (5, 6) assigned to the horizontal edge regions of the glass panels, one (5) of the horizontally oriented heating elements (5, 6) being arranged directly above the linear conveyor (2) and the other (6) of the horizontally oriented heating elements (5, 6) can be moved up and down along the lateral support (1) (arrow 18), and with an elongated, essentially vertically oriented heating device (14), characterized in that the horizontal heating elements (5, 6) are fastened to supports (7, 8) which can be pivoted about horizontal axes (9, 10) so that the heating elements (5, 6 ) can be swung out of their active position assigned to the glass sheet, and that the vertically oriented heating device (14) is provided next to the vertical edge (13) of the lateral support (1) on the outlet side and preferably has two heating elements (15, 16) facing each other. 2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekenn­zeichnet, daß eine Steuerung vorgesehen ist, die den Linearförderer (2) am unteren Rand der seitlichen Ab­stützung (1) so lange im Betrieb setzt, bis der, be­zogen auf die Förderrichtung (Pfeil 12) vordere, ver­tikale Rand der Glastafel im Bereich der vertikalen Heizvorrichtung (14) angeordnet ist, welche die hori­zontal ausgerichteten Heizelemente (5, 6) nach dem An­wärmen des oberen und unteren horizontalen Randberei­ches der Glastafel ausschwenkt und die den Linearför­derer (2) wieder in Betrieb setzt, bis der, bezogen auf die Förderrichtung hintere, vertikale Rand der Glastafel, im Bereich der vertikalen Heizvorrichtung (14) angeordnet ist, worauf nach dem Anwärmen dieses Randbereiches der Antrieb für den Linearförderer (2) wieder in Betrieb gesetzt wird, um die Glastafel aus der Vorrichtung zu fördern.3.
