Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Hochfrequenztransformator gemäß dem ersten Teil des Patentanspruchs 1.The invention relates to a high-frequency transformer according to the first part of patent claim 1.

Für die Abzweigung und Verteilung von Hochfrequenzenzenergie, z.B. in Verstärkern, Anschlußdosen für Rundfunk und Fernsehen und im Breitbandkabelnetz, werden Hochfrequenztrafos und Richtkoppler (sog. Differentialübertrager), deren Wirkungsweise z.B. aus der DE-A-24 25 722 bekannt ist, einzeln oder mehrfach eingesetzt und daher in großen Stückzahlen verwendet. Bis heute hat sich aber die Herstellung derartiger Bauelemente nicht automatisieren lassen, da es bei der Bewicklung der Kerne, vorzugsweise solcher mit zwei Bohrungen (Zweilochkerne), sehr darauf ankommt, wie die Drähte auf dem Kern verteilt sind bzw. daß die einmal eingestellte Wicklungslage beibehalten wird (Verfahren hierzu bekannt aus DE-U-84 21 089, DE-A-2257 605). Dies war bisher nur durch Handarbeit zu erreichen. Dieser Kern weist zur definierten Orientierung und Fixierung der Wickeldrähte 2 an den Bohrungsrändern Warzen 3 auf. Außerdem ist die Konfiguration des Kernes so gestaltet, daß ein Flansch 4 die snap-in-Befestigung im Spulensockel 5 erlaubt. Claims (4)

1. High-frequency transformer for frequencies of 5 to 1750 megahertz according to the manner of differential transmitter with twin-hole core (1) and correspondingly divided winding (2), characterised by the use of a magnetically conductive core (1), preferably of ferrite and preferably manufactured by injection moulding, provided with a foot flange (4) for the snap-in fastening in a coil socket (5) and at the end faces with knobs (3) for the wire guidance and fixing.
2. High-frequency transformer according to claim 1, characterised thereby that the coil socket (5) is structured in the manner that pins (6) can be inserted into prepared bores in projections (8), at the ends of which pins the winding wires (2) are conductively fixed, in order to get a component in conventional form.
3. High-frequency transformer according to claim 1, characterised thereby that one end of a winding wire (2) is laid each time around projections (8) of the coil socket, in order to get a surface-mounted device.
4. High-frequency transformer according to claim 3, characterised thereby that the projections (8) at the coil socket (5) have a flange (9) which is so structured that it prevents the wound-on wire (2) from falling off.
