Beim Abwickeln des Bandes gleitet der Bandanfang 19 über die Führungsebene 13a des Leittisches 13. Der Transport erfolgt zumindest so weit, daß die Spitze des Bandanfangs 19 die Rolle 14 passiert hat. Die Rolle 15 wird dann zurückgeschwenkt und klemmt den Bandanfang 19 ein. Der Schlitten 10 wird dann in Richtung der Bandbearbeitungseinrichtung 4 so weit verfahren, bis daß die Spitze des Bandanfangs im Bereich des Treibrollenpaars 5 zu liegen kommt. Damit das Band abgezogen werden kann, ist mindestens eine der Rollen 14,15 mit einer Rücklaufsperre ausgerüstet. Das Treibrollenpaar 5 wird zusammengefahren und erfaßt die Spitze des Bandanfangs. Die Rollen 14,15 werden geöffnet und der Schlitten 10 in die in Fig. 3 dargestellte Position zurückgefahren. Die Umlenkrolle 8 wird gegen das Band 3 gefahren, damit dieses horizontal in das Treibrollenpaar 5 einläuft.

Als weitere Alternative ist es auch möglich, daß die Rolle 14 wie die Rolle 15 an einer Schwinge angeordnet ist, so daß sie in diesem Fall aus der Führungsebene des Leittisches 13 heraus nach unten verschwenkbar ist und die Rolle 15 in die Position der Rolle 14 geschwenkt wird. Claims (4)

  1. Transfer device for strips, which is arranged movably between an uncoiler (1) and a strip-treating or strip-working machine (4), consisting of a pivotable feed table (13) which can be introduced with one end (13c) into the gusset (18) between the strip start (20) and package (2), and of a pair of clamping elements (14, 15) which is formed especially by rollers and of which one clamping element (14) is arranged at the other end of the feed table (13) and essentially in the guide plane (13a) of the feed table, characterised in that the feed table (13) has a guide plane (13a, 13b) for the strip start (19) both on its topside and on its underside, and in that the clamping elements (14, 15) are adjustable relative to one another in such a way that their passage gap (20) lies selectively in the upper or the lower guide plane (13a, 13b) of the feed table (13).
  2. Transfer device according to Claim 1, characterised in that the clamping elements (14, 15) are pivotable relative to the feed table (13) by means of rockers (16).
  3. Transfer device according to Claim 1, characterised in that only the clamping element (15) located outside the guide plane (13a, 13b) is pivotable relative to the feed table (13) by means of a rocker (16), and one of the two clamping elements (14, 15) is telescopic.
  4. Transfer device according to one of Claims 1 to 3, the uncoiler (1) being assigned a pressure roller (17, 21), characterised in that the pressure roller (21) is carried by the movable transfer device (9, 10).
