Abstract

A fitting arrangement for washbasins which can be incorporated all-round in a fitted table and for inserted washbasins which partially project from the fitted table (1) is described. A recess (5) for receiving the underside of the washbasin is made in a laminated carrier board serving as a table top (6), the edge being cut off with the exception of a projecting laminate (7). The projecting laminate (7) is glued to a plastic adapter ring (11) or to an adapter ring piece (4) which is otherwise held firmly in the cut-out portion. The washbasin edge is located underneath the adapter. Gaps are filled with sealing material. Washbasins can thus be built in with an attractive shape and in a simple way, without the unavoidable individual tolerance deviations having to be taken into account. <IMAGE>

Des weiteren ist nachteilig, daß die Dichtwirkung wegen der sehr geringen Stärke des Dichtmaterials bzw. des Klebstoffes zwischen dem Laminat und dem Waschbecken und aufgrund der Abhängigkeit von der Qualität der Fräsung nicht immer den Anforderungen entspricht. Außerdem zeichnet sich bei einer im Laufe der Zeit nahezu unumgänglichen Senkung des Waschbeckens der Fräsbereich durch das Laminat hindurch ab, so daß der gute optische Eindruck geschmälert wird. Zusätzlich zu der sehr aufwendigen Montage ist nachteilig, daß ein Austausch des Waschbeckens nicht möglich ist, da die Toleranzen der handelsüblichen Waschbecken derart groß sind, daß ein maßgenauer nachträglicher Einbau in eine bereits vorhandene Ausnehmung ausgeschlossen ist. Das Waschbecken 3 ist beispielhaft in der Weise ausgebildet, daß der vordere Teil des Beckenkörpers nach dem Einbau in den Einbautisch frei nach vorne herausragt und lediglich der hintere Bereich im Einbautisch integriert ist. Dementsprechend ist die Tischplatte des Einbautisches mit einer etwa halbkreisförmigen, nach vorne offenen Ausnehmung 5 zur unterseitigen Aufnahme des Waschbeckens 3 versehen. Die Tischplatte besteht aus einer oberseitig laminierten Trägerplatte 6, die entlang der Ausnehmung 5 unterseitig abgefräst ist, um einen Überstand des Laminats 7 zu erhalten. Das Adapterringstück 4 liegt in der Ausfräsung 8 und ist mit dem überstehenden Laminat 7 wasserdicht verklebt.
