Abstract

Die Schachtel weist einen Unterteil (1) und einen darüberklappbaren Deckel (10) auf. Beide Teile sind mit Seitenwänden (3, 13) und Stirnwänden (4, 5, 14, 16) versehen, die bei geschlossener Schachtel einen gut abgeschlossenen Innenraum ergeben. Im Deckel ist ein bandförmiger Henkel (18) freigeschnitten, und im Bereiche des Henkels (18) ist eine Innenverkleidung (17) vorgesehen, welche die Schachtel hygienisch abschliesst und auch versteift. Die Schachtel zeichnet sich durch einen gut verschlossenen, hygienisch sauberen Innenraum, einfache Handhabung und robuste Konstruktion aus.

Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Patisserie­schachtel, deren Deckel mit einem Henkel versehen ist. Bekannte Patisserieschachteln dieser Art weisen zwei Deckelklappen auf, die mit der Oberseite gegenüberlie­gender Stirnwände der Schachtel verbunden sind und gegeneinander zur Mitte eingeschlagen werden können. Eine oder beide Deckelklappen sind mit aufrichtbaren Griffen versehen, und die gegeneinander eingeschlagenen Ränder der Deckelklappen können miteinander und/oder mit Haltelappen am Schachtelunterteil verbunden werden. Diese bekannten Schachteln ergeben einen schlecht abgeschlossenen und verkleideten Innenraum, das Montie­ren des Deckels mit seinen Henkeln ist verhältnismässig umständlich, der entstehende Henkel ist nicht besonders stark und er verunmöglicht ein Stapeln der Schachtel.
  • Ziel vorliegender Erfindung ist es, eine Patisserie­schachtel mit einem hygienisch sauberen Innenraum zu schaffen. Die Lösung besteht darin, dass der Deckel einen Deckteil aufweist, in dessen Mitte ein bandför­miger Henkel freigeschnitten ist, und dass der Deckteil an seiner Innenseite mindestens im Bereiche des Henkels mit einer Innenverkleidung versehen ist. Dank der Möglichkeit, diese Innenverkleidung anzubringen, ent­steht ein gut verschlossener, hygienischer Innenraum der Schachtel, und sie ist gut stapelbar.
  • Der Deckteil oder Oberteil der Schachtel kann einteilig ausgeführt werden, so dass der ganze Deckel mit Seiten­wänden und einer Stirnwand ohne Montagearbeit über den Unterteil der Schachtel geklappt und mit demselben verbunden werden kann. Der freigeschnittene, bandförmige Henkel ist stark und bequem zu benützen.
  • Die Erfindung wird nun anhand eines in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiels näher erläutert. Fig. 1 und 2 zeigen die Schachtel in offenem bzw. geschlosse­nem Zustand und Fig. 3 zeigt einen Teil-Längsschnitt durch die Schachtel.
  • Die aus einem einteiligen Zuschnitt bestehende Schachtel weist einen Unterteil 1 mit einem Boden 2, Seitenwänden 3, einer hinteren Stirnwand 4 und einer vorderen Stirn­wand 5 auf. Die Seitenwände 3 sind mit der hinteren Stirnwand 4 in bekannter Weise mittels faltbarer Ver­bindungslappen 6 so verbunden, dass der ganze Unterteil 1 flachgelegt bzw. aus dem flachen Zustand aufgerichtet werden kann. Die beiden Seitenwände 3 weisen unterhalb einer Faltlinie 7 etwa halbkreisförmige Oeffnungen 8 auf, in welche Zungen 9 des Oberteils 10 der Schachtel von aussen eingesteckt werden können. Die Oeffnungen 8 sind innen durch nicht verleimte Teile der Verbindungs­lappen 6 abgedeckt, wie in Fig. 1 rechts ersichtlich ist. Die Stirnwand 5 ist mit einem Stecklappen 11 versehen, und an der Faltlinie zwischen der Stirnwand 5 und dem Stecklappen 11 ist ein Schlitz 11a ausgestanzt.
  • Der Schachteloberteil oder -deckel 10 weist einen Deckteil 12 auf, der über eine Faltlinie mit der hinte­ren Stirnwand 4 des Schachtelunterteils 1 verbunden ist. Mit dem Deckteil 12 sind Seitenwände 13 sowie eine Stirnwand 14 verbunden. Die Seitenwände 13 und die Stirnwand 14 sind mittels faltbarer Verbindungslappen 15 entsprechend den Verbindungslappen 6 derart verbunden, dass diese Verbindungslappen zusammen mit den Seiten­wänden und Stirnwänden flach auf den Deckteil 12 gefal­tet werden können. Die ganze aus einem Zuschnitt gefer­tigte Verpackung kann also insgesamt zum Versand flach­gelegt werden. An der äusseren Kante der Stirnwand 14 schliesst sich eine Innenverkleidung mit einem Stirnteil 16 und einem an der Innenseite des Deckteils 12 liegen­den Teil 17 an, dessen Rand 17a mit dem Deckteil 12 verklebt ist. Aus dem Deckteil 12 ist ein bandförmiger Henkel 18 freigeschnitten, der sich längs Schnitten 19 etwas in die Seitenwände 13 erstreckt. Die im Bereiche des Henkels 18 im Deckteil 12 entstehende Oeffnung ist von der Innenverkleidung abgedeckt. Wie in Fig. 1 und 3 dargestellt, erstreckt sich der Teil 17 der Innenver­kleidung nur über einen Teil des Deckteils 12, aber er könnte diesen Teil ganz bedecken. An der Kante zwischen dem Deckteil 12 und der Stirnwand 14 ist ein Schlitz 20 ausgeschnitten, durch welchen die Steckzunge 11 zwischen die Innenseite des Deckteils 12 und die anliegende Seite des Teils 17 der Innenverkleidung eingeschoben werden kann. Zwischen diesen beiden Teilen ist die Steckzunge bei geschlossener Schachtel gemäss Fig. 2 gehalten. Die Stirnwand 14 weist im Bereiche des Schlitzes 11a eine nach oben vorstehende, schmale Zunge 14a auf, die bei eingesteckter Steckzunge 11 in den Schlitz 11a greift, womit die Steckzunge sicher verriegelt ist.
  • Der Benützer der Schachtel richtet dieselbe aus dem flachen Zustand gemäss Fig. 1 auf und legt den Inhalt, beispielsweise Patisserie, Gebäck oder dgl. auf den Boden 2. Dann wird der Deckel 10 über die Seitenwände 3 heruntergeklappt in die geschlossene Lage nach Fig. 2. Dabei werden auch die Zungen 9 in die Oeffnungen 8 eingeführt. Sodann wird die vordere Stirnseite 5 des Schachtelunterteils aufgerichtet und die Steckzunge 11 durch den Schlitz 20 eingesteckt. Das Verschliessen der Schachtel ist somit sehr einfach. Die Schachtel kann nun am bandförmigen Henkel 18 erfasst und bequem getragen werden. Der Teil 17 der Innenverkleidung hat hierbei nicht nur die Aufgabe, zu einem guten Abschluss und einem hygienisch sauberen Innenraum der Schachtel beizutragen, sondern er stellt auch eine willkommene Versteifung des Deckels für den durch die Henkelenden ausgeübten Zug dar. Die Schachtel ist im aufgerichteten, gefüllten Zustand gut stapelbar.

Claims (5)

1. Patisserieschachtel, deren Deckel mit einem Henkel versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel (10) einen Deckteil (12) aufweist, in dem ein bandför­miger Henkel (18) freigeschnitten ist, und dass der Deckteil (12) an seiner Innenseite mindestens im Berei­che des Henkels (18) mit einer Innenverkleidung versehen ist.
2. Schachtel nach Anspruch 1 aus einem einteiligen Zuschnitt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel (10) eine Stirnwand (14) und Seitenwände (13) aufweist, wobei die Innenverkleidung (16, 17) mit der Stirnwand (14) verbunden ist.
3. Schachtel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekenn­zeichnet, dass die Innenverkleidung (16, 17) mit dem Deckteil verklebt ist.
4. Schachtel nach einem der Ansprüche 1-3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Unterteil (1) der Schachtel eine Steckzunge (11) aufweist, die zwischen den Deckteil (14) und die Innenverkleidung (16, 17) steckbar ist.
5. Schachtel nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen Steckzunge (11) und anliegender Stirnwand (14) ein Schlitz (11a) ausgeschnitten ist, in welchen bei verschlossener Schachtel eine Verriegelungszunge (14a) der Stirnwand (14) greift.
