This device consists in that the upper link (s) (7) are designed to be extendable against the action of a spring force.

Description

The invention relates to a snow plow, the ploughshare is connected by means of at least two handlebars arranged one above the other to a supporting part which can be fastened to a vehicle plate of a work vehicle, and to a device which enables the ploughshare to evade when driving over obstacles.

In known, so-called multi-furrow plows (DE-S 17 08 664), the individual coulter segments are fastened to a support frame, which is rotatably mounted about a horizontally running plow tube, both parts being fixed to one another in a certain rotational position by means of shear bolts. If the spring travel of the respective share segment is exceeded when passing over an obstacle - the handlebars on which each share segment has been suspended have reached their end position - after cutting the shear bolts, the respective share segment can be rotated around the plow tube, with the wear rail facing upwards evades.

In another known ploughshare consisting of coulter segments (German Auslegeschrifschrift 1 278 465), the individual coulter segments are fastened to a supporting frame with the aid of upper and lower rubber bands. When driving over an obstacle, the rubber bands deform and allow the respective share segment to move upwards.

In contrast, the present invention has for its object to provide an additional alternative for the ploughshare with a link connection between a ploughshare and a support member, which is effective regardless of the respective support structure for the ploughshare.

This object is achieved in that the upper link or links are designed to be extendable against the action of a spring force.

This deletion suggests, on the one hand, a rigid connection between the ploughshare and the supporting part in the sense that the ploughshare can be pressed against the ground when clearing the other hand, the ploughshare can collide with obstacles which protrude above the ground surface without the Avoid the risk of damage by leaning forward against the action of the spring force, whereby the upper handlebar (s) are extended.

The supporting part on which the ploughshare is suspended can be the device plate to be fastened to the vehicle plate in simple plow constructions; in plows in the manner of the known multi-blade plow, the support member is formed by a support frame; Only this is connected to the device plate via a hydraulically supported further link connection with rigid links.

A particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention relates to claims 4 and 5, according to which a telescopic extensibility of the upper link or links is provided.

For special clearing tasks, namely for hard clearing, for example a stuck snow cover, the extension of the upper handlebar (s) can be done in a simple manner using a suitable locking device. Claims 6 and 7 are switched off. In order to avoid damage to the snow plow, it is expedient to provide a shear bolt as a locking part.

In the context of the invention, the ploughshare can be rigid in itself; but it can also be provided with wear rails attached to spring flaps.

Die Fahrzeugplatte (15) ist mittels eines Balkens (16) mit dem nicht dargestellten Arbeitsfahrzeug verbunden.1, a ploughshare (1) is attached to a stool (2) by means of an upper connecting link (3) and a lower connecting link (4). An upper pivot bearing (5) and a lower pivot bearing (6) are provided on the side of the stool (2) facing away from the ploughshare. An upper link (7) and a lower link (8), each with one end, are articulated on the pivot bearings (5, 6). The opposite ends of the links (7, 8) are fastened to a device plate (9), also pivotable about horizontal axes. For this purpose, the device plate (9) has vertical L-profiles (10) on opposite sides, between whose webs pointing in the direction of the ploughshare crossbars (11), also with an L-profile, are pivotally mounted about horizontal axes (12). The device plate (9) has on its upper edge a horizontal cross rail (13) which, with hook parts (14) pointing downwards, engages from above into pockets (not shown) of a vehicle plate (15) connected to the work vehicle. The vehicle plate (15) is connected to the work vehicle (not shown) by means of a bar (16).

While the lower link (8) is made in one piece and rigid, the upper link (7) is composed of two telescopically interlocking hollow profiles, an outer link part (17) being articulated indirectly to the device plate (9), while an inner link part (18) is articulated indirectly to the ploughshare (1). Both link parts (17, 18) are connected by means of a tension spring (19) stretched in their cavity.

Gem. Pfeil F das Hindernis (20) vollständig überwunden werden kann, wobei sich die Pflugschar (1) noch mehr nach vorne neigt.3 the ploughshare (1) is shown in a position tilted over an obstacle (20), the wear rail (21) of the ploughshare (1) still being in front of the obstacle and with its lower edge on the ground surface (22) gets up. Both links (7, 8) run slightly obliquely upwards in the direction of the ploughshare (1); the upper link (7) is extended according to the inclined position of the ploughshare (1). At the position of the inner end (23) of the inner link part (18) of the upper link (7) you can see that the inner link part (18) can be extended a further distance from the outer link part (17), so that when the Snow plows in clearing direction acc. Arrow F the obstacle (20) can be completely overcome, the ploughshare (1) leaning even more forward.

In Figures 1 and 2, a locking device (24) is also shown. This consists of a fork part (25) on the inner handlebar part (18) of the upper handlebar (7) and an upwardly extending tab (26) which engages in the space between the fork and which is fastened to the outer handlebar part (17). The outer link part (17) and the inner link part (18) of the upper link (7) can be rigidly and inextensibly connected to one another by means of a shear pin (27) inserted through bores in the fork part (25) and in the tab (26). This connection is unlocked during normal use of the snow plow, i.e. the shear pin is only used under special conditions, e.g. when clearing stuck snow, the removal of which requires pressing the ploughshare (1) onto the ground surface (22).

Gem. Fig. 6 überwendet das Scharsegment (28) gerade eine Schwelle (34). Dieser Vorgang wird wesentlich erleichtert dadurch, daß der obere Lenker (37) sich gegenüber seiner in Fig. 4 dargestellten verkürzten Normallage teleskopsiche verlängert, und zwar unter entsprechender Dehnung der Zugfeder (19).Figures 4 and 5 show the telescopically extendable upper handlebar (37) using the example of a multi-blade spring plow. Here are the individual share segments (28) on the other hand on the telescopic upper link (37) and the rigid lower link (38) Support frame (29) articulated, which is attached to the device plate (31) such that it can be raised and lowered via a link connection (30). One or two upper and lower links are usually provided for each share segment. The height adjustment is carried out by means of a hydraulic cylinder (not shown) which is articulated on the one hand on a bracket (32) of the handlebar connection and on the other hand on the device plate (31), indicated by dashed lines in FIG. 5. A support skid (33) is provided on the underside of the supporting frame, which limits an undesired downward bending of the handlebar connection (30). 6, the share segment (28) is just over a threshold (34). This process is considerably facilitated by the fact that the upper link (37) is telescopically extended compared to its shortened normal position shown in FIG. 4, with the corresponding extension of the tension spring (19).
