Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Schnellverschluß mit einem Anschlußteil eines Anbauteils für transportable Großbehälter, insbesondere eines Anbauteils von einer Hub bzw. Absetzvorrichtung für Großbehälter, z.B. Container, Shelter, Kabinen oder dergleichen, die ISO-Eckbeschläge mit Langlöchem aufweisen, mit welchen jeweils ein Schnellverschluß in Eingriff bringbar ist, wobei der Schnellverschluß einen gegen Federdruck axial verschieblichen und drehbaren Verriegelungsbolzen mit einem Verschlußkopf aufweist, dessen Länge größer als die Breite der Langlöcher in den ISO-Eckbeschlägen ist und der aus einer unwirksamen Montage-bzw. Absetzvorrichtung für transportable Großbehälter weist vier Zahnstangenwinden auf, deren Ausleger über etwa behälterhohe Anschlußholme an den ISO-Eckbeschlägen des betreffenden Behälters mittels Schnellverschlüsse anbaubar sind. Dabei ist die Anordnung so getroffen, daß jeder Anschlußholm mit einem achsparallel zum Anschlußholm an einem auskragenden Arm starr befestigten Zapfen in einen oberen ISO-Eckbeschlag eingehängt wird, während das untere Ende des Anschlußholms über einen auskragenden Arm mittels eines horizontal angeordneten Schnellverschlusses an dem betreffenden unteren ISO-Eckbeschlag fixiert wird. Dabei ist dieser Schnellverschluß in dem betreffenden seitlich auskragenden Arm am unteren Ende des Anschlußholms dauerhaft eingebaut und mit einem Vorsprung versehen, der genau in das Langloch des unteren ISO-Eckbeschlags paßt. Dadurch ist es jedoch unmöglich, zwei solche Schnellverschlüsse über Eck anzuordnen und mit einem der unteren ISO-Eckbeschläge des jeweiligen Großbehälters in Eingriff zu bringen, was immer dann aus Gründen einer verbesserten Stabilität erwünscht ist, wenn es sich um besonders schwere und verfahrbare Behälter handelt. Das DE-GM 8 235 609.2 zeigt zwar eine Lösung, wie man die Ausleger einer Hub- bzw. Absetzvorrichtung für Großbehälter jeweils mittels eines starren und eines axial beweglichen Eingriffzapfens an einem Eckbeschlag eines Großbehälters befestigen kann. Außerdem erhöhen die fest eingebauten Schnellverschlüsse das Stückgewicht der Anschlußteile der Vorrichtung, die bekanntlich nach ihrem Einsatz in leicht tragbare und zu verstauende Einzelteile zerlegbar sein soll. Obige Aufgabe wird gemäß der Erfindung dadurch gelöst, daß der Schnellverschluß als auswechselbares Bauteil ausgebildet ist, bei dem der Verriegelungsbolzen mit seiner Vorspannfeder in einem Gehäuse gelagert ist, welches gegenüber der Klemmutter einen Auflagekopf und an diesem anschließend einen Gehäusehauptteil mit einem dem lichten Querschnitt eines Langloches eines ISO-Eckbeschlags entsprechenden Querschnitt aufweist, und daß das Anschlußteil ein Langloch zur passenden Aufnahme des Gehäusehauptteils enthält, welches zur Ausfluchtung mit einem Langloch eines ISO-Eckbeschlags bringbar ist. Dadurch ist es möglich, an den (oberen oder unteren) ISO-Eckbeschlägen eines Großbehälters, jeweils auch über Eck zwei Schnellverschlüsse nacheinander zu montieren, so daß bei besonders schweren und verfahrbaren Großbehältern die hier erforderliche verbesserte Stabilität erreicht wird. Der Schnellverschluß ist im übrigen für beliebige Anbauteile geeignet, insbesondere für Anschlußteile von Hub-und Absetzvorrichtungen für Großbehälter. Nach Gebrauch z.B. einer Hub- bzw. Absetzvorrichtung können die erfindungsgemäßen Schnellverschlüsse von ihren Anschlußteilen abgebaut werden, so daß sich deren Stückgewichte entsprechend verringern. Außerdem kann im Falle eines Defekts an einem Schnellverschluß dieser getrennt von dem be- tr.Anbauteil bzw. von den Anschlußteilen der Hub- bzw. Absetzvorrichtung zur Reparatur verschickt werden und schließlich ist auch die Wartung der auswechselbaren Schnellverschlüsse bequemer als beim Stand der Technik. Der erfindungsgemäße auswechselbare Schnellverschluß kann vorteilhaft auch mit einem starr in einem Anbauteil eingebauten Schnellverschluß kombiniert werden und ist dadurch auch für eine Nachrüstung geeignet. Eine Hub- bzw. Absetzvorrichtung für einen Großbehälter 10 weist vier an dessen Ecken lösbar zu befestigende Ausleger 11 von gleicher Bauweise auf, die jeweils einer nicht gezeigten Zahnstangenwinde zugeordnet sind, mittels derer der Großbehälter 10 angehoben und gesenkt werden kann. An jeder Ecke des Großbehälters 10 sind oben und unten ISO-Eckbeschläge 19 und 18 vorgesehen, an welchen ein etwa behälterhoher Anschlußholm 20 der Ausleger 11 gegenüber dem Großbehälter 10 über Eck und mit Abstand anbaubar ist. Der im Ausführungsbeispiel aus einem Vierkantrohr bestehende Anschlußholm 20 ist an seinem oberen Ende mit einem seitlich auskragenden Arm 21 versehen, an dem ein Zapfen 22 nach unten zeigend achsparallel zum Anschlußholm 20 befestigt ist. Der Zapfen 22 ist bei der Montage des Anschlußholms 20 bzw. Auslegers 11 in eine entsprechende Öffnung in der Oberseite des oberen ISO-Eckbeschlags 19 passend einsteckbar, wodurch zu Beginn der Montage der Ausleger 11 am Großbehälter 10 "aufhängbar" ist. Anschließend wird das untere Ende des Anschlußholmes 20 mit dem unteren ISO-Eckbeschlag 18 lösbar verbunden. Am unteren Ende des Anschlußholms 20 ist ein rechtwinkeliges Anschlußteil 16 befestigt, das durch eine angeschweißte Aussteifungsplatte 15 (Fig.3) verstärkt ist. Der untere ISO-Eckbeschlag 18 weist zwei über Eck angeordnete, lotrechte Langlöcher 14 auf, mit welchen ein auswechselbarer Schnellverschluß 17 und ein weiterer Schnellverschluß 17' in Eingriff gebracht werden können. Der weitere Schnellverschluß 17' ist lediglich beispielhaft dauerhaft im Anschlußteil 16 eingebaut und an seiner Stelle kann gleichfalls ein auswechselbarer Schnellverschluß 17 vorgesehen sein. The lower ISO corner fitting 18 has two perpendicular elongated holes 14 arranged with a corner, with which an interchangeable quick-release fastener 17 and a further quick-release fastener 17 'can be brought into engagement. Die Lagerbuchse 36 und die Druckfeder 35 sind in einer Aufbohrung 34' im Anschlußteil 16 eingebaut. In Fig. 3 befinden sich beide Schnellverschlüsse 17 und 17' in ihren Klemmpositionen, um das Anschlußteil 16 am Anschlußholm 20 mit dem ISO-Eckbeschlag 18 bzw. dem Großbehälter 10 fest zu verbinden.Insofar as the permanently installed quick-release fastener 17 'corresponds to the exchangeable quick-release fastener 17, the same parts are identified by the same reference numbers. Alsdann wird das Anschlußteil 16 in Anlage mit dem unteren ISO-Eckbeschlag 18 gebracht. Bei diesem Vorgang ist der auswechselbare Schnellverschluß 17 noch nicht montiert und der Vorsprung 41 am Anschlußteil 16 kann somit in das betreffende Langloch 14 des ISO-Eckbeschlages 18 eingeführt werden. Der Verschlußkopf 24 befindet sich dabei in der in den Figuren 4 und 5 für den Schnellverschluß 17 gezeigten Montage- bzw. Einsteckposition. Nach erfolgtem Einsetzen des Vorsprungs 41 in das betreffende Langloch 14 wird der Verriegelungsbolzen 23' um einen Winkel von 90° in seine Klemmposition gedreht, die in Fig. 3 und 6 gezeigt ist. Dabei rastet unter dem Einfluß der Druckfeder 35 der Verschlußkopf 24 in den Schlitz 40 ein und kommt in Anlage mit einer Auflagefläche 42 an der Innenseite des ISO-Eckbeschlags 18. Der Verschlußkopf 24 nimmt also bei diesem Vorgang die in den Figuren 4 und 5 gezeigte Einsteckposition ein. Dann erfolgt die Drehung des Verriegelungsbolzens 23 um einen Winkel von 90°, woraufhin der Verschlußkopf 24 unter dem Einfluß der Druckfeder 35 selbsttätig in den Schlitz 40 am Gehäuse 30 einrastet. Dabei kommt der Verschlußkopf 24 in Anlage mit einer weiteren Auflagefläche 42 am ISO-Eckbeschlag 18. Im Anschluß hieran kann durch eine entsprechende Drehung der Klemmutter 26 auch der Schnellverschluß 17 vorgespannt werden, woraufhin das untere Ende des Anschlußholmes 20 bzw. dessen Anschlußteil 16 fest mit dem unteren ISO-Eckbeschlag 18 am Großbehälter 10 verbunden ist.Next, the interchangeable quick-release fastener 17 is inserted with the main housing part 31 into the elongated holes 33 and 14 of the ISO corner fitting 18 in its assembly state shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 until the support head 32 rests on the outside of the connecting part 16. Einsteckposition (Fig. 4 und 5) zu bringen. Dann kann der Schnellverschluß 17 aus den Langlöchem 14 und 33 herausgezogen werden. Nun wird die Klemmutter 26 des Schnellverschlusses 17' gelöst und der Verriegelungsbolzen 23' nach innen verschoben und um einen Winkel von 90° gedreht, so daß der Verschlußkopf 24 sich durch das Langloch 14 im ISO-Eckbeschlag 18 herausziehen läßt, wenn das Anschlußteil 16 vom Großbehälter 10 entsprechend weggeschwenkt wird. Dann braucht man den Anschlußholm 20 nur noch anzuheben, um den Zapfen 22 außer Eingriff mit dem ISO-Eckbeschlag 19 zu bringen. Lediglich der Vollständigkeit halber sei erwähnt, daß die Verhältnisse an allen vier Ecken des Großbehälters 10 gleich sind und demzufolge jedem unteren ISO-Eckbeschlag 18 ein auswechselbarer Schnellverschluß 17 und dauerhaft befestigter Schnellverschluß 17' entsprechend Fig. 3 zugeordnet werden kann.When dismantling the connecting rod 20, the procedure is reversed. 2. Quick connector according to claim 1, characterized in that a slot (40) for mating reception of the locking head (24) of the locking pin (23) in its clamping position is worked in the end of the main housing part (31) which is opposite to the supporting head (32).
3. Quick connector according to claim 1, characterized in that the supporting head (32) is formed frustoconically on the quick connector housing (30).
4. Quick connector according to claim 1, characterized in that the length of the main housing part (31) and locking pin (23) of the quick connector (17) are dimensioned for the common clamping on of a plurality of attachments.
