La force de précontrainte comprime alors l'organe 22, et cette compression sur l'organe assure une liaison rigide des éléments 20, 21 avec l'organe. Le produit, constitué des éléments 20, 21 et de l'organe 22, est donc un produit rigide précontraint, monolithique pouvant être démoulé et manutentionné comme un produit d'un seul tenant en béton.

    • . de temps d'intervention : il est plus rapide de couper quelques câbles que de tronçonner une poutre,
    • . de coût : il n'y a plus de tronçonneuse,
    • . et de qualité du produit : les parois d'extrémités donnent l'aspect souhaité des extrémités d'éléments sans autre intervention.

Claims (7)

  1. A lifting device for an elongated product of armoured or prestressed concrete in a fixed mould comprising at least a hydraulic jack arranged under the mould, and a hydraulic lifting sucker mounted onto a lifting and handling apparatus, characterized in that it comprises two horizontal bars (13) integrated with the lifting apparatus and arranged above the product (16) to extend transversely to the product, the bars being locked with regard to the prestressing bed (1), at a level (D) determined by the product, in order to limit the height stroke of the jack (10).
  2. A lifting device as claimed in Claim 1, characterized in that it comprises a prestressed product (16) with at least two aligned elements (20, 21), a separating means (22) tightly inserted between the two elements so that the elements (20, 21) and the separating means (22) form a monolithic unit, and at least one hydraulic jack (10) disposed under each element (20, 21).
  3. A lifting device as claimed in Claim 2, characterized in that the separating means (22) comprises at least an open element having slots (28) for the passing through of the steel wires.
  4. A lifting device as claimed in Claim 2, characterized in that each separating means comprises three pieces (31, 32, 33), each piece comprising slots for the passing through of the steel wires (30), the central piece (33) having a form as to cooperate with the two other complementary pieces (31, 32) forming a V between them, it being possible to remove the central piece to have access to the steel wires, the two pieces being in contact with the ends of the elements.
  5. A lifting device as claimed in Claim 1, characterized in that the locking level (D) of the bars is adjustable at any level, it being possible to adjust the bar (13), during one and the same lifting operation, to be locked at different increasing levels.
  6. A lifting device as claimed in Claim 1, characterized in that it comprises a jack (10) at each end (14, 15) of the product, the jacks being supplied by one and the same pressure source P.
  7. A lifting device as claimed in Claim 2, characterized in that the jacks (10) are supplied by one and the same pressure source P.
