Claims (7)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Entformen von in einer festen Form hergestellten länglichen Erzeugnissen aus Stahl - oder Spannbeton, mit wenigstens einem unterhalb der Form angebrachten hydraulischen Zylinder sowie einem auf einer Hebe- und Fördereinrichtung angebrachten hydraulischen Saugheber, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei mit der Hebeeinrichtung fest verbundene, oberhalb des Erzeugnisses (16) und quer zu diesem angeordnete horizontale Stangen (13) vorgesehen sind, die zur Begrenzung des Hubs des Zylinders (10) in die Höhe auf einer vom Erzeugnis vorgebebenen Höhe (D) oberhalb des Vorspanntisches (1) festgelegt sind.
  2. Vorrichtung zum Entformen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie ein vorgespanntes Erzeugnis (16), das wenigstens zwei in derselben Form (2) zueinander ausgerichtete Elemente (20,21) aufweist, eine eng zwischen die beiden Elemente derart eingefügtes Trennglied (22), daß die Elemente (20,21) und das Trennglied (22) ein einstückiges Bauteil bilden, und wenigstens einen hydraulischen Zylinder (10) unterhalb jedes Elementes (20,21), umfaßt.
  3. Vorrichtung zum Entformen nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Trennglied (22) wenigstens ein mit Einkerbungen (28) zum Durchgang der Stahldrähte versehenes, durchbrochenes Teil aufweist.
  4. Vorrichtung zum Entformen nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Trennglied drei Teile (31,32,33) umfaßt, deren jedes mit Schlitzen zum Durchgang der Stahldrähte (30) versehen ist, wobei das zentrale Teil (33) eine Form derart aufweist, daß sie formschlüßig zwischen die beiden anderen, zwischen sich ein V ausbildenden Teile (31,32) paßt, und daß es zur Freigabe des Zugangs zu den Stahldrähten entfernbar ist, wobei die beiden Teile mit den Enden der Elemente in Kontakt stehen.
  5. Vorrichtung zum Entformen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Höhe (D) der Anbringung der Stangen nach Wunsch eingestellbar ist, wobei die Stange (13) während desselben Entformungsvorgangs anwachsende Höheneinstellungen nacheinander erfahren kann.
  6. Vorrichtung zum Entformen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Zylinder (10) an jedem Ende des Erzeugnisses (14,15) vorgesehen ist, wobei die Zylinder von derselben Druckquelle P beaufschlagt werden.
  7. Vorrichtung zum Entformen nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zylinder (10) von derselben Druckquelle P beaufschlagt werden.
