Claims (6)

1. Manual blocking and releasing device of the locking and driving motive system for a tilting door, particularly for vehicle garages, sheds and the like, the panel (1) of this door including at its lower portion, in the closed position of the panel, a set of rollers (4) providing for the guiding of the panel during its displacement from the vertical closed position to an opened position substantially parallel to the ceiling of the premises by means of pivoting arms (12) articulated on the upper portion of the frame of the door, this assembly being balanced by suitable devices (9) so as to obtain, on the one hand, an operation without effort and, on the other hand, a stable and indifferent position of the panel (1) closing the door between the closed position and the opened position, the pivoting movement of the arms (12) being obtained by a motor-reducer unit driving two shafts (15, 16) rigidly connected to the pivoting arms (12), characterized in that:
a) the motor-reducer unit is housed inside a box having substantially the shape of a rectangular parallelepiped (6) fixed on the panel (1), said motor-reducer unit being connected via an unclutching member (60) and by means of a connecting rod (22) to the body of an electromagnet (23) placed inside a casing (31) rigidly connected to the panel (1),
b) the electromagnet (23) which is slidably mounted in the guide-forming casing (31) is connected at its lower portion by means of a small link (27) to the rocker member (28) mounted on a pin and controlling a control handle, and to a normal lock (30),
c) the mobile armature (24) of the electromagnet (23) is connected by means of a small link (26) to a device controlling one or several bolts (32, 35, 36) latching the panel (1) in its closed position.
2. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that:
a) the body of the electromagnet (23) controlling the bolts is secured against motion when the lock (30) is latched with a key, in the automatic operating mode,
b) the body of the electromagnet is made mobile when the lock (30) is released, in the manual operating mode.
3. Device according to one of claims 1 and 2, characterized in that a cam (20) and switch (21) device cuts-off the electric power supply to the electromagnet (23) soon after the opening of the door and restablishes this power supply soon before the complete closing of the door.
4. Device according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the cam device (20) acts also on a switch (21 a) causing the setting in action of a sensor safety blade (48) soon after the opening of the door and cancels this action soon before the door is completely closed.
5. Device according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the stubs (15a, 16a) of the shafts (15, 16) are grooved so as to cooperate with the output driving shafts of the motor-reducer unit.
6. Device according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the control member of the bolts (23) is an electromagnet when the installation is electrical, or a hydraulic or pneumatic cylinder when the motive control is hydraulic or pneumatic.
