- on saisit (19) l'extrémité libre du lien à l'aide d'un dispositif (20) de traction qui comprend :
. au moins un élément (21) permettant sa préhension par au moins un opérateur,
. au moins un moyen (22) qui, symétriquement au dispositif d'arrêt fixé au fût (4), d'une part, permet le blocage en translation du présent dispositif (20) de traction sur le lien, lorsque, par le biais du dit dispositif, au moins un opérateur sollicite le lien dans le sens de traction (15) prédéfini, et, d'autre part, permet le libre coulissement du dit dispositif de traction sur le lien (8) lorsqu'au moins un opérateur maintenant convenablement l'extrémité libre (11) du lien (8) tend à déplacer le dit dispositif de traction sur le lien (8) dans le sens opposé au sens de traction (15) défini.
