Abstract

1. Es sind z. B. Küchenmöbel dieser Art bekannt, deren Möbelkorpus eine Schublade mit eingebautem Halterahmen zur Aufnahme des Öffnungsrandes des Kehrichtsackes aufweist, wobei an der Rahmenrückseite ein Deckel angelenkt ist, der mittels einer frontseitig an ihm fixierten Zugschnur oder Kette, deren anderes Ende an der Deckelinnenseite des Möbels befestigt ist, beim Ausziehen der Schublade automatisch hochgeschwenkt wird und dabei die Kehrichtsack-Öffnung von oben her zugänglich macht. Die Schublade besteht dabei aus einem den Kehrichtbehälter aufnehmenden Kasten und einem den Öffnungsrand dieses Kastens seitlich und nach oben überragenden Tragrahmen, der in einem oben im Möbelkorpus fixierten führungsrahmen aufgehängt ist. Die Führung ist dabei schräg nach vorn abfallend vorgesehen, um zu erreichen, dass bei eingeschobener Schublade die an der oberen Stirnseite des Tragrahmens angeordnete Dichtung gegen die Decke des Führungsrahmens gedrückt wird. Nachteilig dabei ist nicht nur, dass zufolge der Schrägführung das Gewicht der im Führungsrahmen hängenden Schublade diese unter Aufhebung der Dichtung in Offenstellung zu bringen sucht, sondern auch, dass sich Kehricht im die Kastenöffnung kragenartig umgebenden Tragrahmen und damit ausserhalb des Kehrichtbehälters verfangen kann und dabei einer unerwünschten Überfüllung des Kehrichtbehälters Vorschub leistet. Das in Fig. 1 schematisch dargestellte Küchenmöbel besitzt einen Möbelkorpus 1, in dessen Deckplatte ein Spülbecken 2 eingesetzt ist. Auf dem Bodenteil eines hier aus Metallprofilen gebildeten, horizontal zweigeteilten Traggestells 1 a, das im Möbelkorpus 1 befestigt ist, ist eine kastenförmige, oben offene Schublade 3 mittels einer auf dem Bodenteil des Gestells 1a fixierten Rollenauszugvorrichtung 4 gelagert. Eine an der Frontwand 5a der Schublade 3 befestigte Deckplatte 6 dient dem bündigen Frontabschluss der Offenseite des Möbelkorpus 1 und ist mit einem Handgriff 6a versehen. An der Innenseite der Schubladenwände 5a, b und c, etwas unterhalb der Schubladenöffnung, ist eine Auflageleiste 7 befestigt, auf welcher mit geringem Spiel ein herausnehmbarer Halterahmen 8 liegt. Der Öffnungsrand des bis zum Schubladenboden reichenden Kehrichtsacks 9 ist von innen nach aussen über den Halterahmen 8 gestülpt und zwischen Halterahmen und Auflageleiste 7 festgeklemmt. Querschnittgrösse und Innenhöhe der Schublade 3 sind so gewählt, dass die üblicherweise genormten Kehrichtsäcke den Innenraum der Schublade 3 unter dem Halterahmen 8 vollständig auszufüllen vermögen. Es wäre aber auch möglich, bei entsprechend breit gewählter Schublade 3 zwei nebeneinander liegende, rahmenförmige Auflageleisten für zwei Halterahmen und entsprechend zwei Kehrichtsäcke vorzusehen. Die in einer Horizontalebene liegenden Stirnseiten der Schubladenwände 5a,b unc c sind je mit einer Dichtungsleiste 10 versehen, die sich in den Ecken so überlappen, dass eine geschlossene Ringdichtung gebildet ist. In geringem Abstand über der Ebene der Stirnseiten der Schubladenwände ist am Traggestell 1a im Möbelkorpus 1 eine Zwischendecke 11 befestigt, gegen welche die genannte Ringdichtung 10 bei geschlossener Schublade (links in Fig. 1) leicht angedrückt ist und die somit einen einwandfrei dichten Abschluss der Offenseite der Schublade 3 bildet. Die Anordnung ist dabei so getroffen, dass bei vollständig eingeschobener Schublade 3 die analog dem Beispiel nach Fig. 1 bis 5 angeordneten Dichtungsleisten 10 durch Keilwirkung gegen die Unterseite der Zwischendecke 21 gedrückt sind und so den analog dem vorbeschriebenen Beispiel in der Schublade angeordneten Kehrichtsack 9 nach aussen vollständig dicht abschliessen. Beim Öffnen der Schublade gelangen die Dichtungsleisten 10 praktisch sofort ausser Eingriff mit der Zwischendecke 21, während sie beim Schliessen der Schublade erst unmittelbar vor Erreichen der Schliesslage mit der Zwischendecke in Berührung kommen. Bei allen beschriebenen Ausführungsbeispielen der Erfindung ist eine maximale Ausnützung des Schubladeninnenraumes und ebenso des Innenraums des Möbelkorpus 1 gewährleistet, da der über der Zwischendecke 11 bzw. 21 verbleibende Raum frei benützbar bleibt, denn weder ein Deckel noch irgendwelche Betätungungselemente für einen solchen Deckel sind hier untergebracht. Der Hauptvorteil der Erfindung liegt aber im dichten, jede Gruchsbelästigung verhindernden Abschluss der den Kehrichtsack 9 enthaltenden Schublade 3, in deren Schliesslage und in der durch keinerlei Deckel oder dergl. beeinträchtigten Zugänglichkeit zum Kehrichtsack in Offenlage der Schublade. Dazu kommt, dass bei den den Dichtungseingriff durch Keilwirkung bzw. Anheben der Schublade erzeugenden Beispielen (Fig. 6, 7 und 8) ein leichtes Überfüllen des Kehrichtsacks beim Schliessen der Schublade zwangsläufig zu einer gewissen Komprimierung des Kehrichts führt, wodurch die vom Kehrichtsack aufnehmbare Kehrichtmenge vergrössert wird. Das Traggestell 1a mit Zwischendecke 11 bzw. 21 und Rollenauszugvorrichtung 4 lässt sich in einfacher Weise in den vorgefertigten Möbelkorpus 1 einbauen, und zwar auch in bestehende Küchenmöbelabteile, die ursprünglich als durch ein Türchen abschliessbare Tablarabteile dienten. Claims

1. Piece of furniture with a refuse pull-out, in which there is provided in the furniture body (1) a drawer (3) which has a retaining part (8) for the aperture edge of the refuse container and the upper end faces of which in the closed position of the drawer (3) are tightly sealed by means of an encircling rubber seal (10; 10a) through an intermediate ceiling (11; 21) in the furniture body (1), wherein the sealing parts of drawer aperture edge and intermediate ceiling in the open position of the drawer have a vertical spacing from one another, but in the end phase of the pushing-in movement and in the closed position come under sealing pressure,
characterised in that the drawer is a one-piece prismatic box (3) which is supported by its base on a pull-out device (4) and which at least during the initial phase of the opening movement or as the case may be the end phase of the closure movement is guided horizontally.

Piece of furniture according to claim 1, characterised in that the rubber seal consists of lipped sealing ridges (10) inserted into the end face of each drawer wall (5a, b, c), in which respect the sealing lips of the front and rear sealing ridges (10) are bent inwards towards one another and the sealing lips of the lateral sealing ridges (10) are bent outwards away from one another.

3. Piece of furniture according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the retaining part (8) is a frame lying removably on a receiving ledge (7) secured to the inside of the four drawer walls (5a, b, c).

Piece of furniture according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the inside of the intermediate ceiling (21), the rubber seal and the end faces of the drawer walls (5a, b, c) lie in planes which rise forwardly in such a way relative to the horizontal that upon the closure of the drawer the sealing engagement is effected by wedging.

Piece of furniture according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the intermediate ceiling (11), the rubber seal (10a) and the end faces of the drawer walls (5a, b c) lie in horizontal planes, in which respect ramps (3a) of the drawer which cooperate with a pull-out device (4) in the final portion of the closure stroke of the drawer (3) raise the latter out of a position in which the seal and the counter-sealing surfaces have a vertical spacing from one another into a position in which the seal (10a) and the counter-sealing surface are in sealing engagement with one another.

Piece of furniture according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that inserted into the furniture body (1) is a supporting frame (1a) which is closed off at the top by the intermediate ceiling (11, 21) and is provided at the bottom with a roller pull-out device (4) on which is mounted the drawer, to the front wall (5a) of which is fastened a cover plate (6) which is provided with a handle (6a) and which forms the front closure part of the open side of the furniture body (1).

Piece of furniture according to claim 6, characterised in that the supporting frame (1a) is divided in two below the intermediate ceiling (11; 21), the upper side of which is designed as a utility tray, the frame parts, at least as regards the upper part which has the intermediate ceiling, being fixed so as to be individually detachable in the furniture body.

8. Piece of furniture according to one of claims 1 to 7, charactericed in that the interior of the drawer has two compartments situated side-by- side for the reception of one refuse container each.
