Abstract

A junction piece for releasably connecting rod-shaped structural elements 7, the junction piece consisting of a junction ball K and a pin element 4 to be radially screwed into the ball K. The pin elements 4 are of cylindrical shape and can be inserted with a cylindrical section into front end recesses of the structural elements 7 and can be fixed axially thereof. In this case, the cylindrical section is made to correspond to an axial guide casing for the pin element 4. The guide casing can be rotated and fixed in the front end recess of the rod-shaped structural elements 7, whereas the pin element 4 is arranged to be prevented from any rotation in the guide casing. It is, however, allowed to be axially displaced against the action of the spring 5.

Description

The invention relates to a nodal connection for detachably connectable cylindrical rods, consisting of a nodal ball and radially screwable into this, with one end insertable and fixable threaded bolts in the end recesses of the rods, in which the recesses in one, fixed to the end of the Rod-connected cylinder liner are arranged, on the ring end facing the rod of which the head of the threaded bolt rests, and on the ring end facing outwards, the ring end of a connecting bush which can be pushed onto the threaded bolt and is non-rotatably connectable to the latter, the other ring end surface of which can be connected Coupling ball is in contact.

This training, known from DE-B-2 736 635, is intended for use in trusses. In a configuration known from DE-A-2 420 864, cylindrical rods are connected to one another by a threaded bolt which can be radially screwed into the respective junction ball and which can be inserted and fixed with its other end in end recesses of the rod. Since the threaded bolt must first be connected to the nodal ball in this form of training and can then only be inserted into the cylindrical rod, there is often the difficulty, particularly in the case of more complicated truss constructions, that a rod must be inserted between two nodal balls that are already in the construction , and it becomes necessary to axially pull apart a number of the existing connections so that the two threaded bolt ends to be inserted into the ends of the rod to be inserted and the threaded bolts already screwed into the respective node balls can be inserted into the ends of the rod. The design of the junction connection according to the invention is based on the task of creating a junction connection in which the axial length of the cylindrical rods corresponds to the distance between the two junction balls to be connected when inserted, the possibility being created after inserting the bar between the two junction balls Then screw the threaded bolt into the junction balls.

Der wesentliche Nachtei dieser Ausbildung besteht darin, daß für sämtliche zylinderförmigen Stäbe des aufgebauten Fachwerkes diese technisch aufwendige und optisch nicht immer befriedigende Ausbildungsform der Verbindungselemente verwendet werden muß.DE-B-27 36 635 discloses a node connection which can generally be used to build trusses of the type in question, in which the rod ends each have a central recess for the threaded bolt, the head of which is directed towards the rod Ring face of the cylinder liner rests. The annular end of a connecting sleeve can be placed on the outward-facing annular end of this cylinder liner, which can be pushed onto and rotatably connected to the threaded bolt protruding from the cylinder liner. The nodal connection between the nodal ball and the cylindrical rod is made by screwing the threaded bolt, which is loosely displaceable in the rod end and the connecting sleeve and protrudes with its threaded end out of the connecting sleeve, into the threaded hole of the nodal ball, by turning the connecting sleeve. This rotation pulls the coupling ball, the connecting sleeve and the cylinder sleeve firmly connected to the end of the cylindrical rod axially against each other and, as a result, lie firmly on top of each other with the respective ring ends. This creates a very rigid connection. The main disadvantage of this training is that this technically complex and optically not always satisfactory training form of the connecting elements must be used for all cylindrical rods of the built framework.

Starting from this known form of a node connection, the solution to the above object according to the invention is that the cylinder liner and the connecting liner are rotatably connected to one another by a ring shoulder of the other liner that can be inserted into a central bore and axially fixed against one another by a spring washer ring slot lock ind and the head of the threaded bolt is acted upon by a cylinder spring supported against the cylinder liner, the connecting sleeve 1 and the cylindrical rod having the same diameter.

The application of the head of the threaded bolt by a cylindrical spring is known per se from FR-A-21 55 412. The node connection shown there has neither the features of the connection according to DE-A-2 420 864 nor according to DE-B-27 36 635, since here the threaded bolts for the general structure of the framework with their heads firmly in the cylindrical rods are welded, and insofar as the threaded bolts are axially movable and spring-loaded displaceable in the rod ends, a radial through hole must be provided in the coupling balls for screwing the threaded ends of the threaded bolts into the coupling balls, so that from the side facing away from the screwing end of the threaded bolt, using a Tool (screwdriver) a corresponding slot can be achieved in the end face of the screw-in end of the threaded bolt.

The invention is explained in more detail with reference to the embodiment shown in the drawing. In the drawing, FIG. 1 shows the junction connection in axial section and FIG. 2 shows another embodiment of the connection also in axial section.

As can be seen from FIG. 1, the guide bushing consists of the part bushes 1 and 2. Both part bushings 1 and 2 are rotatably connected to one another on their mutually facing end faces in that the part bushing 1 (conn dungsbüchse) has a ring approach la inserted into a central bore 2a of the other sub-bush 2 (cylinder bush). Bore 2a and ring extension la have radial ring slots into which a spring ring 3 is inserted. The bolt 4 guided in the two part bushes 1 and 2 has a section 4a provided with an external thread, a polygonal section section 4b and a cylinder section section 4c with an annular collar end 4d. The bolt 4 is guided with the polygonal section 4b in the central recess 1b of the partial sleeve 1, the cross section of which corresponds to the polygonal profile. With its cylindrical profile section 4c, the bolt 4 is guided in the part sleeve 2, which has a correspondingly cylindrical central recess 2c, while the annular collar end 4d of the bolt 4 is guided in a recess 2c of the part sleeve 2, which has a correspondingly larger diameter, and is acted upon by a spring 5, which is supported on a bottom cover 6, which is inserted into the front end of the sub-sleeve 2. The sub-sleeve 1 also has incisions lf for the attack of a turning key on its circumference. Their diameter D B corresponds to the outer knife D s of the bar indicated by 7, in whose front recess the partial sleeve 2 is inserted here. The end face of the partial sleeve 1 facing away from the partial sleeve 2 has a concave recess 1g corresponding to the spherical section of the junction ball K. Rod 7 and part bushing 2 are here axially immovably connected to one another by ring beads of rod 7 which are pressed into ring grooves 2k of part bushing 2. Instead of this connection, threaded bores for retaining screws can also be provided in the rod, the end faces of which can be moved against the side walls of the annular grooves 2k provided in the circumference of the part sleeve. The rod 7 is brought into its intended position in front of the junction ball K with the pin 4 pressed in the direction of the arrow against the action of the spring 5 into the partial sleeve 1. The section 4a of the bolt 4, which is provided with the external thread, is pressed under the action of the spring 5 against the corresponding threaded hole of the junction ball K and screwed into the bushing 1 while rotating it. As soon as the corresponding spherical section of the ball K abuts the inner wall of the concave recess 1g of the partial bush 1, the bolt 4 pulls both bushes 1 and 2 together radially against the circumference of the nodal ball K, because the ring edge of the ring collar 4d adjoins the ring shoulder 2 e of the central bore 2d of the sub-sleeve 2 rests.

In the embodiment according to FIG. 2, the outer circumference U of the partial bush 1 'tapers axially in the direction axially away from the other partial bush 2 while reducing the diameter of the concave recesses 1g' on the end face of the partial bush 1 '. This design allows rods 7, the longitudinal axes of which extend at an acute angle, to be connected to the node ball K.
