Description

  

  Fachwerk, z. B. für Gerüste    Das Patent hat zum Gegenstand ein Fach  werk mit einer     vorteilhaften    Verbindung der  Einzelteile beispielsweise zu einem Gerüst,  Bauwerk, Lagergestell, Spielzeug.  



  Die     erfindungsgemässe    Verbindung erlaubt  bei geeigneter     Bemessung    der Teile ausser  ordentlich stabiles Zusammenfügen der Einzel  teile und rasche Montage und Demontage der  selben.  



  Die Zeichnung zeigt an einem Beispiel die  Elemente des Fachwerkes, die Streben und  Knotenkörper, in Ansichten und Schnitten.  



  Die Knotenkörper 1 sind gebildet durch       hohlkugelartige    Körper, z. B. aus Eisen, Stahl,       Pressstoff    usw., mit einer nach Bedarf gewähl  ten Zahl zylindrischer, radialer Bohrungen 2,  die senkrecht und unter 45      zueinanderstehen.     



  Die in verschiedenen Längen vorgesehenen  Streben aus entsprechenden Rohren haben an  jedem Ende Spreng- oder     Expansionszapfen     3, die in die     Bohrungen    der Knotenkörper ein  zusetzen und darin     festklemmbar    sind. Zu  diesem Zwecke sind an den Rohrenden 4 der       Strebenrohre    5 je ein Zapfen 6 aus Stahl an  gebracht, der einen Gewindebolzen 7 mit Fein  gewinde besitzt. Auf diesen ist eine Messing  mutter angebracht, die eine konische Aussen  fläche 9 besitzt, wobei der Anzug gegen die  Strebe zu verläuft. Auf dieser Mutter ist ein       Spreizring    10 aus gehärtetem Stahl aufgesetzt,  dessen innere Fläche 11 passend konisch ist.

    Der Spreizring weist axiale, abwechselnd vom  einen und andern Ende ausgehende Schlitze    1.2 auf. Die Aussenfläche ist zylindrisch und  geriffelt in der Grösse der Bohrung 2 der  Knoten.  



  Durch Drehen der Strebe 5 im einen Sinne  und damit des Zapfens 7 schiebt- sich die       Konusmutter    9 in den     Spreizring    10 hinein  und vergrössert seinen Durchmesser bis zum  satten Festklemmen in der Bohrung 2. Zur  Erleichterung des     Spreizens    ist am Zapfen 6  eine konische Schulter 13 und am Spreizring  ein     ebensolcher    Sitz vorgesehen.  



  Die Grifflöcher 14 dienen zum Einstecken  eines     Werkzeuges,    z. B. eines Dornes oder  Schlüssels     zum    Drehen der Strebe.  



  Das andere Ende der Strebe ist ähnlich  ausgebildet mit dem Unterschied, dass der Zap  fen 15 im Rohr 5 drehbar ist. Ein     Arretie-          rungsring    16 kann verhindern, dass der Zapfen  herausfällt.  



  Beide     Gewindebolzen    7 haben das gleiche  Gewinde und sind gegeneinander     verdrehbar;     es können aber auch je ein     Rechts-    und ein  Linksgewinde vorgesehen werden.  



  An die Knotenkörper können auch Fahr  rollen und andere Zubehöre     befestigt    werden.       Grundsätzlich    können     diese        Fachwerkele-          mente    für jeden geeigneten Zweck verwendet  werden,     in    leichterer Ausführung unter an  derem auch für Bauspielzeuge.

  The node body 1 are formed by hollow spherical bodies, for. B. made of iron, steel, pressed material, etc., with a number of cylindrical, radial bores 2, which are perpendicular and under 45 to each other, as required.



  The struts provided in different lengths from corresponding tubes have detonation or expansion pins 3 at each end, which insert into the bores of the node body and can be clamped therein. For this purpose, a pin 6 made of steel are placed at the tube ends 4 of the strut tubes 5, which has a threaded bolt 7 with fine thread. On these a brass nut is attached, which has a conical outer surface 9, the suit running against the strut. An expansion ring 10 made of hardened steel is placed on this nut, the inner surface 11 of which is appropriately conical.

    The expansion ring has axial slots 1.2 extending alternately from one end and the other. The outer surface is cylindrical and corrugated the size of the hole 2 of the node.



  By turning the strut 5 in one direction and thus the pin 7 pushes the conical nut 9 into the expansion ring 10 and increases its diameter until it is firmly clamped in the bore 2. B. für Gerüste, bestehend aus Streben und Knotenkörpern, dadurch gekenn- zeichnet, dass die Knotenkörper eine Anzahl von zylindrischen Radialbohrungen besitzen, in welchen die zylindrischen Sprengzapfen der Streben durch Festklemmen lösbar befestigt sind. UNTERANSPRÜCHE 1. Fachwerk gemäss Patentanspruch, da durch gekennzeichnet, dass die Streben an jedem Ende einen Gewindebolzen mit aussen konischer Mutter und Spreizring besitzen, so dass durch Verdrehen des Gewindebolzens ge genüber dem Spreizring dieser seinen Durch messer verändert. 2.
