Abstract

A box-shaped hollow form section which is used as a component of a concrete pouring form has two mutually inclined abutting upright panels and two end panels at the upper and lower ends of the upright panels to define therewith an elongated chamber affording access to the ends of conventional panels which can be connected to coupling members or boards bounding portions of the chamber and extending from the inner sides of the upright panels. The coupling members or boards have elongated slots to afford access to the ends of conventional panels, and such coupling members or boards define an elongated inlet which affords access to the chamber. The form section can be installed in the region which is to constitute the corner between two concrete sidewalls and a ceiling.

Description

The invention relates to a formwork element for formwork of an inner corner, for example the inner corner at a crossing point of two beams of a ceiling, the formwork element having two formwork skins that are at the same height and at the same height and have a common end, facing away from them, fastening points for attachable to them Formwork panels or the like are provided.

Such a formwork element is known for example from DE-A-2 119 362. This known formwork element is designed as a formwork corner and has two hollow legs which have on their outside the formlining for the inside corner and on their end faces the fastening elements for formwork panels to be connected. Such a formwork corner is well suited for formworking two concrete surfaces at an angle to each other. For different heights of the inner corner, these known formwork corners can be increased and have dowel pins or the like at their upper end. However, this formwork element is not suitable for spatial inner corners, such as those encountered at intersection points between two beams of a ceiling or in a room corner when they meet two walls and the ceiling occur without additional formwork. For the upper horizontal formlining, a custom-made formwork panel is usually required, which closes a corresponding gap or opening of the formwork panels that meet for the vertical concrete surfaces. Nevertheless, the vertical formwork panels, which form a corner, have to be pressure-tightly connected to each other in order to absorb the concrete pressure.

Since numerous such spatial internal corners arise, especially in ceilings with joists, the object of the invention is to improve a formwork element of the type mentioned at the outset in such a way that it can formwork a spatial internal corner without custom-made and fitting additional formwork parts while still being easily connectable Formwork elements arranged in a corner are permitted.

The solution to this problem consists essentially in the fact that at the common end of the two formwork skins to form a spatial inner corner, a further formwork skin extending transversely to them is attached. Thus, even in the ceiling area, there is a transition from the outset to neighboring formwork elements that would leave a gap in this area if they collided because they are connected to those formwork panels that in turn attack the fastening points of the formwork element.

All three formwork skins are preferably arranged approximately at right angles to one another. A preferred embodiment can consist in that a further formwork skin is provided at the remote common end of the formwork element transversely to the two formwork skins opposite the fastening points. The formwork element can then also be used turned through 180 °.

On the rear sides of the formlining, preferably at right angles in cross section, walls with elongated holes can be provided as fastening points, preferably with elongated slots extending over the entire length of the formwork element, for connecting narrow sides or end faces of formwork panels and / or corner elements at any height. For example, a formwork corner, for example according to DE-PS 2 119 362, could be connected in alignment with the transverse third formlining in the upper ceiling area, so that it can then form the inside corner between the ceiling and the long side of a beam. At their end faces and below the connection to the formwork element, formwork panels can then be connected with their edge webs and end faces to form a ceiling at the main surface of a beam or a wall and at right angles to it in connection with the other legs of the formwork ceiling.

The transverse formwork skin is expediently designed as a rectangular, preferably square end plate and covers the two formwork skins and the walls of the formwork element, which have the fastening slots or the like, in particular flush at their edges. Between the transverse formwork skins and the walls of the formwork element, at least one space that preferably extends over its entire height and over its corner area opposite the inner corner can be open. It can then be reached through in order to be able to grip fastening elements in the interior of the formwork element if their fastening or loosening makes such an intervention necessary. For example, formwork corners, which only have keyhole-type perforations for push-through bolts with cross pins at their front ends, could be brought into overlap with the slot with such a perforation, after which the corresponding bolt was inserted from the inside of the formwork element through the elongated slot and the keyhole-type perforation of the formwork corner can be.

In particular when combining one or more of the features and measures described above and in the further claims, a formwork element results, which allows the joint formwork of ceilings and joists without having to make complex additional parts and possibly have to be assembled with difficulty. Rather, the formwork element allows the connection of formwork panels and formwork corners, which in turn then enable the connection of formwork panels in the ceiling area, so that already existing parts can be connected without problems and the spatial inner corner is formed by the formwork element itself

The invention is described in more detail below with its details that are essential to it, using the drawing. It shows:
  • Fig. 1 in a schematic representation of a formwork element according to the invention and
  • Fig. 2 shows an application example of the formwork element according to the invention when forming a beam with part of the other formwork elements then connected to it.

A formwork element 1 is used according to FIG. 2 to form a spatial inner corner, in this case an inner corner at a crossing point or corner point of two beams 2 of a ceiling, not shown. The formwork element 1 has two formwork skins 3 which are at an angle to the inner corner and have a common end at the same height. Averting points 4 are provided for connecting formwork panels 5 or the like and formwork corners 6 which continue the formwork skins 3.

At the front ends of the two formworks, further formworks 7 extending transversely to them are fastened according to FIG. 1 to form the spatial inner corner. For such a spatial inner corner, a single such formlining 7 is sufficient, but the formwork element according to FIG. 1 can be used with two such additional formlining 7 either in the position shown or in a position turned through 180 °. All formwork skins 3 and 7 are each arranged approximately at right angles to one another. It can be clearly seen in FIG. 2 that a flat formwork element 5 and a formwork corner 6 can also be connected to the second fastening point 4, which is left open in FIG. 2 for the better overview, in which case the end faces 6 a of allow two formwork corners 6 oriented at right angles to one another in turn to fit a rectangular formwork panel for a ceiling to be formwork.

In the exemplary embodiment, walls 8 are connected to the rear sides of the formwork skins 3 at right angles in cross section with elongated holes as fastening points 4, in the exemplary embodiment continuous slits are provided over the entire length or height of the formwork element 1 for connecting the formwork panels 5 and the corner elements 6. Thus, these formwork elements 5 and 6 can be provided at any height and thus allow adaptation to different heights of the beams 2. It should be mentioned that formwork panels 5 can then be connected to the formwork panels 5 via angles 9 for the underside of the beams 2. All in all, it can be seen that with the help of the formwork element 1, beams that intersect or are at an angle to one another can be easily formed together with a ceiling using only the formwork parts to be kept in stock. It is also easy to remove the formwork afterwards.

Auf diese Weise entsteht also ein kastenförmiges und somit sehr stabiles Schalungselement 1.Especially in Fig. 1 it can be seen that the transverse formlining 7 is designed as a rectangular, in the embodiment square end plate and covers the two formlinings 3 and the walls 8 or the like. In this way, a box-shaped and therefore very stable formwork element 1 is created.

Für die Einfachheit der Montage kommt deshalb diesem Zwischenraum eine große Bedeutung zu.Between the transverse formwork skins 7 and the walls 8 of the formwork element 1 one can see an intermediate space 11 which extends over the entire height and over the corner region opposite the inner corner, through which the interior of the box-shaped formwork element is accessible. Thus, fastening bolts or the like can be inserted, for example, through this intermediate space 11 and inserted from the inside through the elongated slot 4 into the end face of a formwork ceiling 6. This space is of great importance for the simplicity of assembly.

In the exemplary embodiment, the cross section of the formwork element 1 and thus also the transverse formwork 7 is square. The result is a largely symmetrical formwork element which can be inserted into an inner corner in any orientation.

The formwork 3 and 7 and the connecting walls 8 with the attachment points 4 can be made of sheet steel. It is conceivable in particular for formwork elements of greater height that 1 stiffening webs or plates, in particular at least one stiffening extending over the cross section, are provided in the interior of the box-shaped, partially open formwork element. This is not necessary in the embodiment shown for forming internal corners in joists, but such reinforcements could be advantageous for greater heights, for example for forming spatial internal corners between walls and a ceiling.

All features and construction details shown in the description, the claims, the summary and the drawing can have significant meaning both individually and in any combination with one another.
